Abstract

The Hospital Complaints Website acts as a forum for the public to convey complaints, aspirations, and complaints regarding hospital performance, so the importance of the quality of service on this website cannot be ignored. Researchers are interested in conducting a more comprehensive study regarding the quality of hospital complaint websites. The research aims to measure the quality of service on the hospital complaints website by paying attention to several aspects of the user and looking for obstacles found on the Hospital Complaints website. The data collection method involves the acquisition of primary research data using the WebQual method as the main conceptual framework for analyzing the quality of services contained in the Hospital Complaints website which emphasizes assessing the quality of satisfaction with using the website which consists of four variables: usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, and user satisfaction, while secondary data research carried out questionnaires and interviews with staff, patients and hospital leaders as many as 41 respondents to obtain quantitative data. To obtain quantitative data, the researcher compiled a series of valid research instruments that describe the relationship between several research dimensions in the WebQual method, including 4 variables and 26 questions. The data collected will be the basis for solving the problem that is the focus of the research and testing the hypothesis that has been formulated. Previously. Based on the results of validation testing, the r counting variable consists of Quality of Use = 0.936, Quality of Information = 0.859, Quality of Service Interaction = 0.874 against the r table of satisfaction with use 0.260, where (r count > r table) is declared valid, analysis of reliability test data value Information Value Criteria Cronbach's Alpha, Usability Quality 0.909 > 0.60, Information Quality 0.919 > 0.60, Service Interaction Quality 0.854 > 0.60, User Satisfaction 0.868 > 0.60. This means that each of these variables influences user satisfaction.

Abstract

Koperasi Pegawai was established to facilitate employees in managing employee funds that are stored and loaned for employees at PT. Envicon Ekatama. Guaranteed service for Koperasi participants needs to be made and designed systems that can support existing businesses.. The computer system at the Koperasi PT. Envicon Ekatama has not been used in its administration such as data input, savings,loan and installment data, as well as reporting requirements. In this study, the Employee Cooperative Information System (KOSIPA) with SQL programming language has been implemented, starting with analyzing the existing system, analyzing needs, creating and designing systems and software and hardware specifications, so that the system can run as expected.

Abstract

The tourism industry is a very dynamic and competitive sector, where the adoption of digital technology is the key to increasing competitiveness and operational efficiency. The Mandalika Special Economic Zone (KEK), as one of the leading tourism destinations in Indonesia, faces challenges and opportunities in adopting digital marketing to attract tourists and investment. This research aims to identify key factors that influence digital marketing adoption in the Mandalika SEZ using a technology–organization–environment (TOE) framework. Based on data collected from 310 respondents through an online survey, the research results show that compatibility, entrepreneurship, competitive pressure, changes in the digital environment, and shortage of human resources have a significant influence on digital marketing adoption. Compatibility was found to be the most significant factor influencing digital marketing adoption, while relative advantage and complexity had no significant influence. These results provide practical and theoretical insights for stakeholders in the tourism industry to implement effective and efficient digital marketing strategies. In this way, the Mandalika SEZ can maximize its potential as a world-class tourism destination and contribute to regional and national economic growth.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu pundamental dalam ekonomi suatu negara. Pajak digunakan untuk membiayai berbagai kegiatan yang menyangkut penyelengranaan negara, mulai dari pembangunan dan biaya biaya untuk keperluan aparatur negaranya. Kami dari Prodi Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika mengadakan pengabadian masyarakat dengan tema utamanya adalah Sosialisasi Pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 21 Untuk Aparatur Desa Cikampek Selatan. Permasalahan utama kenapa kami mengangkat tema ini karena boleh jadi para aparatur desa yang secara usia tidak lagi muda ditambah pemahaman mereka tentang pajak penghasilan masing kurang memadai, oleh karenanya kami terdorong untuk memberikan sosialisasi berupa berbagi informasi mengenai cara pelaporan SPT pajak penghasilan. Pelaksaan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini adalah tatap muka langsung yang bertempat dilokasi Kantor Desa Cikampek Selatan berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan mengenai apa saja yang perlu dipersiapkan dan di isi dalam laporan pajak ppenghasilan melalui sistem elektronik DJP pajak. Metode pengabdian masyarakat kali dengan cara memberikan simulasi bagaimana melaporkan SPT pajak melalui E-Filling DJP Online. Luaran yang dicapai pada pengabdian masyarakat kali ini berupa Press Release yang akan diterbitkan di media online. Semoga kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat khususnya para aparatur desa yang mungkin jauh dari kota dimana mereka bisa memiliki pemahaman untuk melaporkan dan membayar pajak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL), Total Quality Management (TQM), dan Reward System terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Tekpak Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dibagikan kepada 90 responden yang merupakan sebagian karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif statistik yang membuat pernyataan di google form dan menyebarkannya kepada 90 karyawan di PT Tekpak Indonesia. Kemudian data ini akan diolah menggunakan aplikasi spss versi 22, peneliti menggunakan 9 pengujian diantaranya adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji f, uji t, uji linear berganda, uji heteroskedstisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji koefisien determinasi. The reason of this consider is to look at how worker execution at PT Tekpak Indonesia is affected by the Quality of Work Life (QWL), Add up to Quality Administration (TQM), and Compensate Framework. This ponder was conducted utilizing quantitative approaches, gathering information through surveys disseminated to 90 respondents, a few of whom were firm representatives. Abstract

Bisnis online telah menjadi salah satu pondasi ekonomi Negara. Meski bisnis konvensional masih tetap berlangsung dan mungkin akan tetap berlangsung tetapi lambat laun bisa terkejar oleh bisnis via online. Kemudahan yang didapat dan banyaknya aneka produk membuat masyarakat bisa mudah memilih produk dengan harga bersaing hanya dari layar handphone. Keberadaan bisnis online pun dibarengi dengan belanja online dari masyarakat. Segala lapisan dan usia banyak yang memilih untuk berbelanja online termasuk dari kalangan mahasiswa. Hanya yang menjadi pertanyaan adalah apakah pandemi covid 19 mempengaruhi minat dan kemampuan belanja online dari mahasiswa, pertanyaan ini lah yang dibahas diartikel ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 150 mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi. Mereka mengisi kuesioner dengan 8 pertanyaan tentang belanja online dimasa pandemi ini. Kesimpulan yang didapat mayoritas mengurangi belanja online, meskipun ada sebagaian kecil yang tetap berbelanja online untuk kebutuhan dan gaya hidup. Mayoritas respoden memilih menyimpan uangnya dari pada berbelanja online, bila pun berbelanja online karena semata-mata untuk kebutuhan yang sangat penting.
