Abstract

This research aimed to thoroughly explore the problem of social injustice in the context of early marriage. It positioned the subject matter as a significant dilemma that undermines family resilience and hinders the pursuit of equitable regenerative development. Accordingly, the objectives of the investigation include analyzing how social injustice manifests in the practice of early marriage and how this practice serves as an obstacle to equitable regenerative development. In order to achieve the stated objective, the investigation was conducted using a normative approach. The obtained results showed that social injustice, in the context of early marriage, significantly disrupted family resilience, thereby presenting a substantial challenge to the realization of regenerative development. Based on the observations made, early marriage, which was found to be predominantly driven by socio-economic pressures, cultural norms, and lack of education, weakened family resilience. As a result, the respective capabilities of families to contribute to regenerative development were substantially diminished.

Abstract

Ischemic stroke is one of the main causes of disability in the elderly group which has an impact on decreased motor and cognitive function. The post-stroke recovery process requires non-pharmacological interventions that can be done independently at home with family support. Brain Gym or brain gymnastics is a simple method that has been proven to stimulate the integration of brain and body functions, as well as improve balance, coordination, and concentration. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of post-ischemic stroke sufferers and their families in implementing Brain Gym as part of independent rehabilitation efforts. The implementation method includes providing education through interactive lectures, demonstrations of Brain Gym movements, and direct practice sessions guided by the implementation team. The activity was carried out in Candirejo Village, Semarang Regency, involving 25 participants consisting of stroke survivors, family members, and health cadres. The eval_uation was carried out using a pre-test and post-test which showed an increase in participants' knowledge scores by 35%. The results of the activity showed that Brain Gym counseling was effective in increasing participants' understanding and motivation to do routine exercises at home. This activity is expected to support the rehabilitation process and improve the quality of life of post-stroke sufferers in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menyentuh hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan. Munculnya ICT (Information and Communication Technology) membawa perubahan signifikan pada fungsi dan aksesibilitas perpustakaan sebagai institusi penyedia informasi. Perpustakaan kini dapat diakses oleh siapa saja, kapan saja, dan dari mana saja, asalkan terhubung dengan internet. Namun, kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perpustakaan sekolah, termasuk di SMK Yadika 4 Ciledug, masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dalam pengelolaan data dan layanan informasi. Sistem manual ini tidak hanya memakan waktu dan biaya, tetapi juga kurang efisien dalam penyajian informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Perpustakaan SMK Yadika 4 Ciledug sendiri memiliki fasilitas yang masih terbatas, sehingga belum optimal dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran siswa secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi perpustakaan digital berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan perancangan sistem. Hasil dari implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mempermudah proses pengelolaan data buku, peminjaman, pengembalian, dan penyusunan laporan secara lebih cepat dan akurat. Selain itu, sistem juga memberikan kemudahan akses bagi siswa untuk mencari informasi buku secara mandiri, kapan pun dibutuhkan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan minat baca dan budaya literasi siswa dapat meningkat, serta kualitas layanan perpustakaan menjadi lebih baik.meningkatkan kemudahan dari  pihak yang berkepentingan untuk dapat menemukan artikel kita. Kata kunci: E-Library, PHP, MySQL

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era has influenced various aspects of life, including in the resolution of divorce cases. One phenomenon that has emerged is divorce without going through a court hearing, which is widely chosen because it is considered faster, more practical, and more efficient. However, this practice raises various legal issues, such as the unclear legal status of the couple, the unprotected rights of women and children, and the potential for violations of the principles of justice and legal certainty. This study aims to examine and analyze the legal challenges arising from the practice of divorce without a trial in the digital era and to provide constructive recommendations to overcome them. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a normative approach through literature studies of regulations, legal doctrines, and case studies in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the absence of clear regulations regarding online mediation, weak legal literacy of the community, and limited access to the digital justice system are the main obstacles in responding to this phenomenon. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for regulatory updates, integration of technology with the legal system, and strengthening digital legal literacy and ethics so that divorce in the digital era remains within the corridor of legitimate and just law.

Abstract

Bullying mungkin merupakan salah satu bentuk agresi antar pelajar yang mempunyai dampak paling negatif terhadap korbannya. Hal ini disebabkan adanya ketimpangan kekuasaan dimana pelakunya berasal dari kalangan pelajar yang merasa lebih senior, lebih pintar, merasa unggul dalam melakukan tindakan tertentu terhadap korban yaitu pelajar yang lebih junior dan mereka merasa tidak berdaya karena tidak dapat melawan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan layanan konseling terapi seni dengan penanganan trauma pada anak korban bullying. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 22 Medan tahun 2024. Berdasarkan data survei awal berjumlah 288 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 29 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar angket dan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah product moment Pearson. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara layanan konseling art terapi dengan penanganan trauma pada anak korban bullying di SMP Negeri 22 Medan Tahun 2024 dengan p-value = 0,004 α 0,05 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,517. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya adalah dapat menggunakan metode dan penelitian yang berbeda dengan memberikan intervensi untuk mengatasi, mencegah terjadinya trauma pada korban bullying baik di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah serta melakukan intervensi untuk mengatasi dampak bullying pada remaja

Abstract

− This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales information system using the Waterfall method at Amanah Offset Printing. The system was built using PHP Native, MySQL, and Laragon to manage sales transactions, raw material purchases, inventory, customer data, and financial reports in an integrated manner. The test results show that the system meets user requirements, improves transaction management efficiency, data accuracy, and simplifies realtime financial reporting.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess and elucidate the impact of perceived organizational support and social support on employee performance, with organizational commitment serving as a mediating factor. The study involved 543 employees from the Regional Secretariat Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province. A sample of 84 employees was selected using a proportional cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. For statistical analysis, SmartPLS 4.0 software was employed to model structural equations. The findings reveal that perceived organizational support, social support, and organizational commitment all influence employee performance. Specifically, perceived organizational support does not significantly affect organizational commitment, whereas social support has a significant impact on it. Organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee performance; however, it does mediate the relationship between social support and employee performance. The Regional Secretariat Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province and related stakeholders can utilize these findings to enhance employee performance by focusing on employee commitment, perceived organizational support, and social support.

Abstract

This article discusses the digitalization of performance services for State Civil Apparatus employees at the Regional Personnel Education and Training Agency of Grobogan Regency. Digitalization of performance services is needed to follow up on Grobogan Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2019 concerning Electronic-Based Government System Governance (SPBE). In implementing the digitalization of performance services for State Civil Apparatus employees in the Grobogan Regency, problems are still found in performance assessments that are less objective and not in line with organizational assessments. The theory used is the successful elements of digitalization from Indrajit (2006), which consists of Support, Capacity and Value with qualitative research methods to obtain data. The results of the study show that the support of the Grobogan Regency Government is not optimal because it does not yet have a Regent Regulation that regulates performance assessments using the e-Kinerja application. In addition, from the capacity aspect, there is still a lack of supporting devices in the form of computers in the field of apparatus performance assessments and awards at the Regional Personnel Education and Training Agency of Grobogan Regency. From the Value aspect, the benefits felt by the government and State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency have been widely felt, especially for employees with functional positions who have been facilitated in managing their credit score assessments through the e-Kinerja application. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of digitalization of State Civil Apparatus employee performance services at the Regional Education and Training Personnel Agency in Grobogan Regency is not yet optimal in terms of support and capacity because problems related to the legal basis and lack of information technology infrastructure are still found.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Pematang Gadjah, Kecamatan Jambi Luar Kota, Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai hukum lingkungan dan implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup (PPLH). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi masyarakat desa adalah rendahnya literasi hukum lingkungan serta masih maraknya praktik yang merusak ekosistem, seperti pembakaran terbuka, pembuangan limbah ke sungai, dan penggunaan bahan kimia berlebihan dalam pertanian. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, penyuluhan interaktif melalui ceramah, diskusi kelompok, focus group discussion (FGD), simulasi penerapan prinsip hukum lingkungan, serta tindak lanjut berupa pembentukan Kelompok Masyarakat Peduli Lingkungan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman hukum dan kesadaran ekologis masyarakat, ditandai dengan komitmen peserta untuk mengubah perilaku yang merugikan lingkungan serta menyusun program aksi lingkungan di tingkat desa. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa penyuluhan hukum berbasis partisipasi efektif memperkuat literasi hukum, membangun kesadaran kolektif, serta mendorong terbentuknya kelembagaan lokal yang berperan dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research analyzes the concept and law formulation of the joint property after divorce in an Indonesian and Malaysian polygamous marriage. The problem that often arises is when the first, second, third, and fourth wives live under the support of the husband. However, issues with dividing up the joint property are likely to arise when one of the women decides to get a divorce. This research uses a normative juridical approach to achieve the research aims by collecting secondary, primary, and tertiary legal materials. The concept of marriage in Indonesia is regulated based on article 35, paragraph 1, Indonesia Law Number 16 of 1974, marriage law number 16 of 2019, and instruction of President number 1 of 1991. In Malaysia, this concept is regulated based on the Islamic Family Law Enactment, section 122:2, and the Fatwa authority of the National Council for Malaysian Islamic Religious Affairs (MKI). Furthermore, the regulation of joint property in Indonesia is regulated in article 94 of the Islamic Law Compilation and Malaysia in MKI 2003, section 122:2. In these regulations, the two countries have similarities in regulating joint property after divorce, as sourced from Al-Qur’an and Hadith. However, some deficiencies should be corrected to reinforce and explain legal certainty.
