Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work spirit on employee performance at PT "PPA" Pekanbaru Branch. The research employs a quantitative approach using observation and questionnaire data collection techniques. The population and sample consist of 32 employees. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS version 25. Validity tests show all statement items are valid (r count > 0.349) and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.6). The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test indicates normally distributed data (sig. 0.200 > 0.05). Regression analysis yields the equation Y = 28.129 + 1.310X + e, with t count (6.663) > t table (2.042) and significance 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows work spirit influences employee performance by 59.7%, while 40.3% is influenced by other variables. The conclusion is that work spirit significantly affects employee performance at PT "PPA" Pekanbaru Branch. Higher employee work spirit correlates with increased performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on teachers' work enthusiasm at MTS Nurul Falah Sibiruang Koto Kampar Hulu. The organizational culture implemented in the school serves as a key factor in fostering a supportive work environment and enhancing teachers’ motivation. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population consisted of all 30 teachers at MTS Nurul Falah, and the sampling technique used was a census. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 23. The results revealed that organizational culture has a significant influence on teachers’ work enthusiasm, as indicated by the calculated t-value exceeding the critical t-value at a 0.05 significance level. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that organizational culture accounts for 49.4% of the variance in work enthusiasm, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore, it can be concluded that the stronger the organizational culture, the higher the teachers’ work enthusiasm.

Abstract

This paper examines the determinants of income inequality within the SDGs framework in Riau Province. Utilizing BPS secondary data from 2018–2025 across 12 regencies/cities, data were estimated using te random effect modelapproach applied to panel regresiion in EViews 12. F-test finding indicate that-HDI, LN_GRDP, and our jointly and significant influences on the Gini Ratio (R2 = 39.68%). Partially (t-test), HDI has a significant positive effect due to labor polarization in modern sectors. Conversely, LN_GRDP has a significant negative effect, confirming a trickle-down effect in reducing inequality. Meanwhile, OUR has no significant effect due to high labor absorption in Riau's informal agricultural and plantation sectors.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and promotion on consumer decisions through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Astana Motor Pekanbaru. Methodology/approach – The study population consisted of 1,287 Astana Motor consumers in 2025. The sample size was 93 respondents, using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis. Findings – First, service quality has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Third, service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction, proving that customer satisfaction can be an engaging variable. Fourth, promotion has been shown to have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through customer satisfaction. Novelty/value – These results clarify the role of customer satisfaction as a key factor that further strengthens the relationship between service quality and promotion variables and purchasing decisions at Astana Motor Pekanbaru..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on teacher performance in educational institutions. This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were all teachers totaling 49 teachers. The research data used SPSS version 23. It was found that the F count was 22,052 > F table 3,20 so that simultaneously the variables of leadership and work motivation had a significant effect on teacher performance. the contribution of the influence of competence and work environment on teacher performance is 47.3%, while 52.7% is influenced by other factors that are not cultivated in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of store atmosphere and product availability on consumer purchasing intentions at Mandiri Mart Stores in Pekanbaru City. Store atmosphere has been proven to improve mood, perception of quality, and the urge for consumers to make purchases. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The population in this study was 973 consumers who purchased household appliances at Mandiri Mart stores in 2025. A sample of 91 people was selected using a purposive sampling method.. Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results from the analysis of multiple linear regression equation was formulated:  Y= 13.307 + 0,293X1 + 0,544X2..  The results of the t test (partial test) obtained the value of t arithmetic for Store Atmosphere /X1 (3,388) and product availability/ X2 (5,591) greater than t table of 1,98698, then it has a significant effect on the purchase intention in the Mandiri Mart Pekanbaru. F Test Results (joint test), it is concluded that  F count  is 34.099> F table 3.10 so that simultaneously   the variables of Store Atmosphere and product availability have a significant effect on on the purchase intention in Mandiri Mart Pekanbaru.. There are contribution the influence of Store Atmosphere and product availability on the purchase intention in the Mandiri Mart Pekanbaru of Obtained value of Adjusted R Square equal to 0,424 or 42,4% and 57,6 % influenced by the other factors that are not pursuing in this research. So this research to strengthen previous studies.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan untuk memberikan pengetahuan teknis cara membuat brand popular dan proses pengurusan sertifikasi halal mulai dari bahan baku, alat kerja, tempat dan proses produksi agar menhasilkan produk bersih, sehat dan halal pada pada usaha rumahan yang ada di Perum Griya Cemara Aseri Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat, Kecamatan Tuah Madani. Target minimal kegiatan adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan memberi semangat kepada ibu-ibu yang sudah memiliki usaha maupun usaha yang baru akan dirintis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada yaitu : Sabtu, 11 Oktober 2025, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di Perum Griya Cemara Asri Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 36 orang ibu-ibu pelaku usaha rumahan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, peserta mendapat pengetahuan yang disampaikan narasumber berpengalaman tentang teknis membuat brand popular agar menarik minat pelanggan dan proses pembuatan produk berkualitas mulai dari bahan baku, alat dan prosesnya terlihat jelas bersih dan halal. Kedua, setelah mendapatkan penjelasan maka tergambar tahap tahap mengurus sertifikasi halal (lama pengurusan, biaya dan bahan-bahan yang perlu dipersiapkan).

Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan pemilahan sampah bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan partisipasi aktif ibu rumah tangga dalam mengurangi timbunan sampah rumah tangga melalui pemilahan sampah bernilai ekonomis di Kelurahan Delima, Kecamatan Bina Widya, Kota Pekanbaru... Target minimal kegiatan adalah mampu menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman pemilahan sampah sejak dari sumbernya (rumah). Kegiatan diselenggarakan pada : Sabtu, 23 Mei 2026, melalui rapat disepakati tempat dilakukan di Perum Flamboyan Kelurahan Delima, Kec. Bina Widya Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Peserta terdiri dari 26 orang yang merupakan warga perumahan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pertama, pelatihan yang dipadukan dengan penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan praktik langsung memberikan dampak yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan masyarakat untuk menerapkan perilaku pengelolaan sampah sejak dari sumber (rumah tangga). Kedua, pelatihan yang dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta mengenai jenis-jenis sampah, pentingnya pemilahan sampah, langkah-langkah pemilahan di tingkat rumah tangga,, pengalaman mengikuti pelatihan, serta minat untuk mengembangkan kegiatan pemilahan sampah di lingkungan tempat tinggal. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, Pemilahan Sampah, Partisipasi Abstract This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and active participation of housewives in reducing household waste through the segregation of recyclable and economically valuable waste in Delima Village, Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru City. The primary objective of the program was to enhance participants' knowledge and understanding of waste segregation practices at the source, namely the household level. The training was conducted on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at Flamboyan Housing Estate, Delima Village, Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru, Riau, based on a mutual agreement with the local community. A total of 26 residents participated in the activity. The results of the community service demonstrated that, first, the combination of lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice effectively improved participants' understanding and readiness to implement household waste management practices at the source. Second, the training significantly enhanced participants' knowledge of waste categories, the importance of waste segregation, practical procedures for household waste sorting, learning experiences gained during the training, and their willingness to develop waste segregation initiatives within their neighborhood. These findings indicate that community-based training is an effective approach to fostering public awareness and participation in sustainable household waste management. Abstract

This study examines the effects of quiet quitting and community pressure on the task performance of Family Hope Program facilitators’, incorporating the mediating roles of job hopping and job hugging, as well as the moderating role of digital fatigue. A quantitative, explanatory, and cross-sectional research design was employed. Data were collected from 203 PKH facilitators in Tulungagung, Indonesia selected through purposive sampling, with criteria including a minimum of five years of work experience and active involvement in program implementation. Data collection was conducted a survey method using a structured online questionnaire, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The findings reveal that quiet quitting significantly influences both job hopping and job hugging, while also negatively affecting task performance. Community pressure significantly affects job hopping and job hugging, but does not directly impact task performance. Further results indicate that job hopping reduces task performance, whereas job hugging enhances it. Mediation analysis shows that job hopping partially mediates the relationship between quiet quitting and task performance, and fully mediates the relationship between community pressure and task performance. Similarly, job hugging serves as a partial mediator in the relationship between quiet quitting and task performance, and as a full mediator in its relationship with community pressure. Additionally, digital fatigue does not significantly affect task performance nor moderate the relationships examined, indicating moderate its a rejected. The findings contribute to the literature by extending the understanding of task performance beyond digital fatigue and suggest that organizations should pay greater attention to employees’ behavioral work responses when designing strategies to support performance and adaptation to workplace demands.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the statistical effect of Trading Volume Activity (TVA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and systematic risk measured by beta on the stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2025. The study uses secondary data from 11 banking companies, resulting in 55 firm-year observations. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results show that TVA has no statistically significant effect on stock price (B = 0.589; p = 0.799), whereas ROE has a positive and significant effect (B = 0.075; p < 0.001). DER has a negative and significant effect (B = −0.137; p < 0.001), while systematic risk (beta) has a positive and significant statistical association with stock price (B = 0.002; p = 0.014). Simultaneously, the four independent variables significantly explain stock-price variation (F = 27.806; p < 0.001). The adjusted coefficient of determination is 0.665, indicating that the model explains 66.5% of the variation in stock prices, while the remaining 33.5% is associated with factors outside the model. The findings should be interpreted as results from pooled multiple linear regression because the observations consist of repeated firm-year data.
