Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pendidikan anak Down Syndrome di SKH Al-Mawaddah Kota Serang. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya pemahaman mengenai strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai bagi anak Down Syndrome, padahal kondisi ini bukan sekadar hambatan, melainkan perbedaan perkembangan yang membutuhkan pendekatan khusus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah dua siswa dengan Down Syndrome. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan guru dan orang tua, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pendidikan yang diterapkan menggabungkan pembelajaran berbasis aktivitas dan pembelajaran individual, dengan tantangan utama pada aspek konsentrasi, kemandirian, serta keterlambatan perkembangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan anak Down Syndrome dapat membantu meningkatkan efektivitas belajar sekaligus membentuk keterampilan hidup sehari-hari mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students’ understanding of inflectional morphology in articles in The Jakarta Post. Previous research generally focuses only on identifying the types and frequency of inflectional morphemes in narrative texts, thus limited studies examining students' understanding in the context of authentic news texts. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach involving 15 English Education students who had taken a Morphology course. Data were collected through written tests and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using the Spradley model. The results showed that students understood regular inflectional forms such as plural (-s/-es) and present participle (-ing) well, but experienced difficulties with irregular forms such as irregular past tense, irregular plural, and comparative and superlative. Difficulties were influenced by a lack of mastery of grammatical concepts, minimal practice in authentic texts, and limited vocabulary. These findings demonstrate the importance of integrating morphology learning with contextual text analysis to improve students’ understanding.

Abstract

This study is intended to investigate and analyze the extent to which the success of MSMEs of geprek chicken has an impact on attracting consumers. Digital transformation has made MSMEs one of the main pillars of the national economy, including by encouraging the formation of new job opportunities, improving living standards, and growing innovations based on local wisdom. MSMEs in the culinary field have great opportunities to develop, considering that food and beverage consumption is a primary need that never recedes in society. Geprek chicken is one of the most popular culinary delights, also followed by many other business actors, thus creating tight competition between geprek chicken sellers. This study used a qualitative approach with a data collection method in the form of interviews, involving business owners and consumers as the main informants. The results of the data collection were analyzed to determine the marketing strategies implemented, competitive advantages, and various aspects that determine buyer decisions. The conclusion of the study shows that the factors that contribute to the success of Ayam Geprek Sedulur include superior product quality with original caplak chili sauce, a strategic location near campus, students, and workers in the city of Serang, affordable prices, and friendly and fast service. In addition, the diversity of menus offered and digital promotions through food delivery platforms also play an important role in attracting customers.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of product and service quality on customer satisfaction in Mie Ayam Mas Kalimin MSMEs, Banten. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach by processing data from direct observation of information provided by salespeople and customers. The results showed that product quality, which includes taste, cleanliness, and presentation, as well as service quality such as comfort and convenience, made a significant contribution to positive perception and customer loyalty. Despite facing various challenges due to the pandemic, MSMEs are able to survive while maintaining quality. The recommendation for MSME actors is to improve the quality of products and services through training and innovation. The results of this study support the theory that customer satisfaction increases along with expectations of products and services.

Abstract

Kreativitas wirausaha muda memiliki kontribusi penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Salah satu contohnya adalah usaha pisang coklat (piscok) yang dijalankan secara mandiri oleh pemuda di Kota Serang. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penentu keberhasilan usaha yang dijalankan oleh kalangan muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana kreativitas dan kemandirian wirausaha muda dalam mengembangkan UMKM sederhana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara secara langsung kepada pelaku usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan usaha piscok dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan lokasi strategis, harga yang terjangkau, manajemen sederhana namun konsisten, dan kedekatan dengan konsumen. Pembahasan menekankan pada potensi besar wirausaha muda dalam mengembangkan usaha meskipun dengan keterbatasan modal. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa usaha mandiri berbasis kreativitas dapat tumbuh secara berkelanjutan jika didukung oleh strategi pemasaran dan pengelolaan yang tepat. Saran yang diberikan adalah perlunya pelatihan, pendampingan, dan akses modal untuk mendukung kemajuan wirausaha muda.
