Health problems resulting from flooding have a very significant role in the sustainability of people's lives. Major floods hit South Kalimantan, Indonesia in 2021. The impact of the flooding will cause nursing problems in the community. There has been no research on nursing outcomes for communities affected by floods, although research has been conducted on identifying nursing diagnoses for post-flood communities. The aim of the research is to develop nursing outcomes for nursing diagnosis in post-flood communities in Indonesia. Descriptive analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was 140 people with a consecutive sampling technique using a questionnaire with 207 assessment items on nursing outcomes for nursing diagnoses that emerged in post-flood communities. Univariate analysis was used. The 14 nursing diagnoses that emerged in flood-affected communities, there are 33 nursing outcomes labels with 91 outcome indicators. Nursing diagnoses and nursing outcomes that have been obtained can be made into a guidebook for nursing care in post-flood communities. The quality of nursing services can be improved when a disaster occurs to reduce disability, complications and even death during and after a flood disaster.

This study aims to analyze scientific articles that examine the impact of skipping breakfast on adolescents. The method used is a systematic review and The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis (PRISMA) is used as a guideline. The results of this study indicate that skipping breakfast has a negative impact on cognitive performance and academic achievement in adolescents. In addition, it can also increase the risk of more serious health conditions such as cardiometabolic disorders and other non-communicable diseases along with adolescent development. Conclusion, breakfast is one of the important factors in adolescent health and development, so skipping breakfast will have a negative impact on adolescents. Intervention strategies are needed from the individual, family, school, and government levels in improving adolescent nutrition. Background: Globally, there is an increase in mental health issues. The prevalence of mental health issues among 10 to 19-year-olds is estimated to be 1 in 7 (14%) globally, despite the fact that most of these conditions go undiagnosed and untreated. Mindfulness techniques have been employed consistently, and has suggested associated criteria for the treatment of depression. Objective: This systematic review was carried out to analyze relevant articles about the effectivity of mindfulness therapy to anxiety and depression on adolescent. Methods: The Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Review And Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) and the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) checklist provided as a guidance. The data conducted in Science Direct, ProQuest, SAGE, and Pubmed databases. The articles were published in the last five years. Results: In the final review, twelve articles were include. The articles were heterogeneous, RCT designs was used the most. Some of them also use mindfulness therapy that have been combined. Significant impacts of mindfulness therapy on adolescents have been found, particularly in the areas of anxiety and depression. Conclusion: It is crucial to understanding how mindfulness works during childhood and adolescence, as well as what type, dose, and frequency of therapy are most recommended.

Hypertension and rheumatism are common health problems in the elderly that have an impact on decreasing quality of life and increasing dependence on long-term medication. In the working area of Sungai Ulin Health Center, many elderly people experience high blood pressure and joint pain with low awareness and ability to carry out herbal-based independent therapy. The MADAM JAHERA (Let's Soak Feet with Ginger for Hypertension and Rheumatism) program aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the elderly in implementing foot soak therapy with warm ginger as an alternative management of hypertension and rheumatism. Activities include health checks, counseling, making ginger soaks, and therapy demonstrations. The activity partner is the Elderly Posyandu under the coordination of Sungai Ulin Health Center with 25 participants. Evaluation was carried out through pre-post tests and blood pressure measurements. The results showed an increase in knowledge of 25% (from 60% to 85%), a decrease in systolic blood pressure of 7-27 mmHg, diastolic 6-10 mmHg, and a positive response in the form of a sense of comfort and relaxation. This program is effective in increasing the capacity of the elderly to manage hypertension and rheumatism independently and economically.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the development strategy of sugar palm home industries based on local wisdom from the perspective of Islamic economics in Kandangan Village, Laut Tador District, Batu-Bara Regency. The background of the issue raised is the challenges faced by sugar palm home industries in optimizing local wisdom potential and integrating Islamic economic values to achieve business sustainability in the era of modernization. The novelty of this research lies in the implementation of a holistic development model that integrates SOAR analysis with local wisdom values and Islamic economic principles into a single strategic framework that has not been done before, especially in the context of sugar palm home industries in North Sumatra. This research uses qualitative methods with SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis. It is suggested that the importance of harmonizing local wisdom and Islamic economic values in the development of home industries, as well as the need for an integrated strategy that includes promotion of eco-friendly products, digital marketing training, and the utilization of digital platforms to expand the market reach of palm sugar from Kandangan Village.Keywords: Strategy, SOAR, Home Industry, Local Wisdom, Islamic Economy, Palm Sugar

Pubertas merupakan fase penting dalam perkembangan remaja yang ditandai dengan berbagai perubahan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial. Kurangnya pemahaman remaja terhadap tanda-tanda pubertas dapat menimbulkan kecemasan dan perilaku menyimpang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa sekolah dasar mengenai pubertas melalui media video edukatif dan permainan puzzle. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pretest, intervensi video edukasi, permainan puzzle edukatif, dan posttest. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan skor pengetahuan secara signifikan dari 46,7 pada pretest menjadi 68,2 setelah intervensi video dan mencapai 79,3 setelah permainan puzzle. Pendekatan pembelajaran ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterlibatan siswa. Pendekatan edukasi berbasis media visual dan permainan dapat menjadi strategi inovatif dalam pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a pressing health concern in Indonesia, with caregivers playing a decisive role in supporting treatment adherence and preventing household transmission. This community engagement project, conducted in Desa Keliling Benteng Ulu, South Kalimantan, sought to empower caregivers through structured educational and skill training using the Dingsanak Peduli TB module. Fifteen caregivers of TB patients participated in interactive sessions that combined knowledge transfer, demonstration, and skills practice. Knowledge assessment was performed before and after the intervention using domain-specific questionnaires covering TB transmission, household prevention, treatment adherence, family roles, and recovery support. Results showed a significant increase in mean knowledge scores from 56,7 to 85,3. The most pronounced improvements were observed in household prevention practices and treatment adherence, with caregivers reporting greater self-confidence in their caregiving roles. These findings highlight that structured caregiver empowerment can enhance household capacity in TB care and represent a scalable, community-based strategy to strengthen Indonesia’s TB control efforts.

Childbirth is a series of removal processes from the results of conception (fetus and placenta) with full-term gestational age and able to survive outside the womb through the birth canal or in other ways (Diana, 2019). Based on childbirth data obtained at PMB Nurhayati in 2019 there were 108 people.In 2020, the number of maternity mothers was 183 people, while the number of mothers who gave birth and were referred was 28 people with complications of KPD, Pre-eclampsia, placental retention, sunsang location and partus did not progress. In 2021, the number of normal maternity mothers was 155 people, while 30 people were referred with complications of KPD, placental retention, non-advanced partus, post term, gameli and sunsang location. The type of research used is descriptive research, which is a study conducted to descriptive or describe events that occur in the present which is carried out systematically with a case study design (Nursalam, 2013). The labor care carried out to Mrs. N went smoothly without complications and obstacles to childbirth. Labor lasts 2 hours. Childbirth starting from time I to time IV, the results of examination and monitoring have been attached to the partograph and documentation of obstetric care in the form of SOAP.

Introduction: As the demand for nursing professionals increases in response to evolving community health needs, the importance of effective educational strategies becomes more critical. Community-Based Education (CBE) offers a hands-on, context-driven approach that prepares nursing students to address real-world public health challenges. This study aimed to explore the impact of CBE on the development of teamwork skills among nursing professional students during their community and wetland health placement.Methods: A mixed-methods design was employed, combining quantitative and qualitative data collection. The quantitative component involved 31 nursing professional students who completed the Nursing Teamwork Survey (NTS). For the qualitative phase, in-depth interviews were conducted with five students until data saturation was reached. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the quantitative data, while thematic analysis was used for the qualitative findings. Triangulation was applied to integrate both data sets. The study was conducted at Puskesmas Martapura Barat.Results: The highest mean score in the NTS domains was found in "team orientation" (mean = 33.68), indicating strong collaborative tendencies among participants. Thematic analysis identified seven key themes reflecting the impact of CBE: self-determination, self-help, leadership, localization, integrated service delivery, reduced service duplication, and acceptance of diversity.Conclusion: The application of Community-Based Education significantly enhances students' teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration both within student groups and with the wider community. These findings suggest that CBE can serve as an effective clinical learning model, especially during community-engaged stages of professional nursing education, supporting the development of well-rounded, community-responsive nurses.
