Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dukungan publik dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru honorer di Jakarta Pusat, dengan menempatkan isu ini dalam konteks tren nasional peningkatan kesejahteraan guru honorer sebagai agenda utama pendidikan nasional. Studi kasus ini berfokus pada 50 guru honorer dari lima sekolah di Jakarta Pusat yang dipilih secara acak. Melalui metode survei dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 70% responden merasakan peningkatan kesejahteraan berkat adanya dukungan publik, baik berupa subsidi tunjangan maupun akses pelatihan profesional. Selain itu, 60% dari responden melaporkan bahwa dukungan dari masyarakat dan pemerintah lokal telah meningkatkan motivasi kerja mereka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya penyelarasan strategi kebijakan dengan kebutuhan nyata para guru honorer, yang dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan transparansi dan partisipasi publik dalam perumusan kebijakan pendidikan. Studi ini juga menggarisbawahi perlunya evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap kebijakan untuk memastikan efektivitas dukungan yang diberikan.

Abstract

Konflik dalam dunia pendidikan seringkali mengganggu proses belajar mengajar dan mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterlibatan publik dalam menyelesaikan konflik di lingkungan sekolah. Melalui pendekatan kolaboratif, penelitian ini melibatkan guru, siswa, dan orang tua dalam merumuskan strategi penyelesaian konflik yang lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi lokakarya, diskusi kelompok, dan observasi partisipatif untuk menggali pandangan serta solusi dari berbagai pihak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan memperkuat keterlibatan masyarakat, komunikasi antar pihak yang berselisih dapat ditingkatkan, sehingga menghasilkan solusi yang lebih berkelanjutan. Namun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan tantangan dalam keterlibatan yang merata dari semua pihak. Diharapkan, penelitian ini dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih harmonis dan inklusif.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the maintenance and utilization of Educational Game Tools (EGT) in early childhood education institutions located in Depok, Tangerang, and Bogor, Indonesia. Employing a mixed-methods approach, we collected data from 67 early childhood education teachers across 30 institutions through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The quantitative analysis revealed that the average maintenance score of EGT was 76%, categorizing it as "good." Qualitative insights highlighted key maintenance practices, including routine inspections and prompt repairs, which are essential for ensuring the safety and functionality of the equipment. The findings underscore the importance of effective maintenance strategies in enhancing the educational environment and supporting children's holistic development. Recommendations for improving training programs for educators and increasing government support for EGT procurement and maintenance are also discussed.

Abstract

Legal protection of trademark rights in Indonesia in implementing the TRIPs agreement based on Law No. 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. The research aims to analyse the forms of legal protection for registered trademarks in Indonesia and how the government attempts to prevent the emergence of trademark counterfeiting. The scope of research concerns the legal protection of trademark rights in Indonesia. The research method uses normative qualitative research methods. Research results show that the significance of trademarks in discerning the origin of high-quality products becomes more pronounced. This serves to deter imitation or unauthorised utilisation of trademarks. The law is a deliberate set of rules created by society to foster orderly, safe, and peaceful living. As for the conclusion, to secure legal protection, start by applying for trademark registration. If it's discovered that the registered trademark belongs to someone else, the necessary legal step is to initiate a lawsuit to cancel the registered trademark. The development of legal protection for trademark rights is on the rise due to rapid economic growth, resulting in numerous imitations by irresponsible individuals.

Abstract

This research explores and analyzes the problem of digital inequality in education, especially from the perspective of educational political policy. Digital inequality, which includes disparities in access and use of technology among students, can be a serious obstacle to achieving the goal of equitable and inclusive education. This research uses a policy analysis approach to investigate educational political policies that may be the cause or solver of digital inequality by involving case studies that occurred at Muhammadiyah Middle School in Depok City,By analyzing the role of educational political policies in digital inequality, this research aims to present findings that can contribute to the formulation of more effective policies in overcoming this inequality. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide insight for policy makers to develop policy strategies that can minimize digital inequality among students, as well as improve the overall quality and accessibility of education.

Abstract

Background: Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun tantangan persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat menuntut adopsi strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM dengan fokus pada strategi pemasaran online. Studi kasus dilakukan pada Ceuem Frozen food, sebuah UMKM di Beji, Depok, yang menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode: Metode penelitian melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan pemilik usaha, dan implementasi strategi pemasaran online melalui platform media sosial dan situs web. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemantauan kinerja penjualan, interaksi pelanggan online, dan survei kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil: Terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan dalam jumlah pelanggan baru dan peningkatan penjualan setelah implementasi strategi pemasaran online. Keberhasilan Ceuem Frozen food dalam menghadapi persaingan usaha di pasar lokal dapat diatribusikan pada pemanfaatan platform marketing digital, efektif media sosial, tampilan produk yang menarik, dan interaksi langsung dengan pelanggan melalui platform online. Kesimpulan: Pemahaman dan penguasaan strategi pemasaran online di kalangan pemilik UMKM, khususnya Ceuem Frozen food di Beji, Depok, merupakan faktor penting dalam keberhasilan bisnis mereka terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis di era digital.

Abstract

In today's era of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, executive function skills and adaptive character are crucial competencies for students to face complex future challenges. Teaching that integrates interactive media based on smart technology with a spiritual values ​​approach is seen as an effective and creative strategy to cultivate these skills from an early age. Although previous research has focused on basic digital literacy, evaluation of the impact of teaching that combines cognitive and spiritual aspects holistically is still limited. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of an instructional system based on the AEWake model through a smart puzzle barcode hijaiyah media designed to stimulate executive function while instilling an Islamic Growth Mindset. Using a Research and Development (R&D) method with an adapted development model, the study involved 90 early childhood children as test subjects. Data collection techniques were carried out through structured observations based on the AEWake instrument and digital documentation, which were then analyzed using inferential statistics to measure the media's effectiveness. The results showed that the use of this instructional media had a significant positive impact on improving children's directed attention, self-control, and cognitive flexibility. The findings revealed that digital scaffolding through interactive content was a key variable influencing learning success, while the use of recycled materials was shown to increase sensory comfort without reducing the effectiveness of the technology. It is concluded that the integration of AI-enabled technology and Islamic values ​​is able to support sustainable cognitive and character development in the PAUD environment.

Abstract

The People's Republic of China (PRC) and the United States (US) continue to compete for power and influence in Asia, especially in Southeast Asia. This region, united in the ASEAN Community Agreement, is very important in understanding the pressures on Indonesia's geostrategic development. Failure to anticipate these pressures could endanger Indonesia's national interests and hinder the achievement of its goals and aspirations. Even though the current strategic environment is dynamic, comprehensive research on development strategies in Indonesia's geostrategic landscape is still lacking. Therefore, it is very important for the Indonesian government to actively maintain and improve its geostrategic position in both global and regional politics. This study emphasizes the need for significant consideration of these efforts in national policy-making to effectively safeguard Indonesia's national interests. A comprehensive literature review was conducted over the past decade using the “PoP” application, which combines data from various databases such as PubMed, ABI/INFORM, EBSCOhost, Emerald, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, Web of Science, and ERIC. This study explores important concepts such as “global politics”, “ASEAN Community”, “political development”, “political dynamics”, and “geostrategic conditions”. It also addresses challenges posed by inadequate infrastructure and limited accessibility. This research provides a comprehensive survey of the existing literature on global and regional political development processes, emphasizing the need for long-term studies of impacts, distribution tactics, and research methodologies. By predicting vulnerabilities in each National Resilience Gatra based on global and regional political dynamics, this study underscores the importance of safeguarding national interests and achieving Indonesia's ideals. Further research is essential to fill existing gaps and support Indonesia in navigating the complexity of the evolving geopolitical landscape.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya literasi informasi, yang dimiliki guru di SDN Duren Jaya VI, karena hal itu akan menghasilkan pengetahuan untuk memajukan pendidikan yang baik juga. Sebaliknya, jika guru yang memiliki transformasi yang rendah dikarenakan faktor internal atau eksternal maka prestasinya akan terganggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data secara deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu guru-guru dan kepala sekolah di SDN Duren Jaya VI. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan uji kredibilitas dengan triangulasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) transformasi literasi informasi guru sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi setiap guru di SDN Duren Jaya VI, karena itu menjadi salah satu modal penting dalam mengajar. 2) guru memiliki kesadaran tinggi untuk selalu melakukan pembaruan dan pengembangan diri terutama mengenai informasi dunia pendidikan. 3) jika terdapat rekan guru yang belum mengetahui perkembangan informasi, maka guru yang mengetahui tidak sungkan untuk membagi informasi yang diketahuinya. 4) pendidikan mandiri belajar sudah diterapkan di SDN Duren Jaya VI pada kelas 1 dan 4, yang sudah menggunakan kurikulum merdeka. 5) sedangkan pada kelas 2, 3, 5 dan 6, meskipun menggunakan kurikulum 2013, tetapi prinsip-prinsip dalam mandiri belajar sudah diterapkan terutama pada litaresi, numerasi dan penguatan pendidikan karakter.
