Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of socio-economic conditions in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, government policy response on the sustainability and performance of small businesses. This research was conducted on leading sector small businesses in Malang City. Leading business sectors in Malang City include the craft sector, the fashion sector, the food and beverage sector, the application sector and the film and animation design sector. The population of the leading sector small businesses in the city of Malang is 356 business units. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling with proportional random sampling method. The inferential statistical analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the smartPLS 3 statistical application. The results of this study indicate that the socio-economic and government policy response variables have a significant positive effect on SME sustainability, then the SME sustainability variable has a significant positive effect on financial performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai keterkaitan antara pemasaran kewirausahaan, keunggulan kompetitif, dan kinerja bank syariah di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dari bank syariah di daerah tersebut melalui metode convenience sampling dan menganalisisnya menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart Partial Least Squares (Smart-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh signifikan langsung terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja bank syariah. Selain itu, keunggulan kompetitif juga berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara pemasaran kewirausahaan dan kinerja bank. Namun, gaya kepemimpinan tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa fokus utama bank syariah di Kabupaten Pasuruan harus pada pengembangan strategi pemasaran kewirausahaan untuk memperkuat keunggulan kompetitif dan kinerja mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru dengan mengeksplorasi pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan terhadap hasil organisasi dalam konteks perbankan syariah serta memperkenalkan gaya kepemimpinan sebagai variabel penelitian dalam studi ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Karakteristik  Perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan pertumbuhan perusahaan, leverage, profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap Corporate Social Responbility yang diukur dengan item 79 CSR pada Perusahaan Food And Beverage yang listing di BEI periode 2010-2013.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 9 Perusahaan Food And Beverage yang listing di BEI periode 2009 - 2013 yang sudah dipublikasikan laporan keungannya periode 2009-2013. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Growth dan Size berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Corporate Social Responbility Sedangkan variabel profitabilitas dan Leverage berpengaruh negative tidak signifikan terhadap Corporate Social Responbility.

Abstract

Abstract The shift from traditional markets to digital markets makes the community's need for expedition services very high. The increasing number of business competitors in electronic services requires companies to always pay attention to consumer needs and try to meet consumer expectations by providing quality electronic services that can create customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Recovery Service on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample is 100 respondents who are J&T Express Indonesia customers who have submitted complaints to the X @jntexpressid. Data analysis used is PLS- SEM analysis with mediating effect. The results showed that: the E-Service Quality had a significant direct and indirect effect on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction;variable E-Recovery Service is not a significant direct effect on Repurchase Intention but an indirect significant effect on Repurchase Intention through Customer Satisfaction; Customer Satisfaction as a mediating variable significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Abstrak Pergeseran pasar tradisional ke pasar digital menjadikan kebutuhan masyarakat akan jasa ekspedisi sangat tinggi. Meningkatnya jumlah pesaing bisnis dalam layanan elektronik menuntut perusahaan untuk selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan konsumen serta berusaha memenuhi harapan konsumen dengan memberikan kualitas pelayanan elektronik yang dapat menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality dan E-Recovery Service terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan J&T Express Indonesia yang pernah mengajukan keluhan kepada akun X @jntexpressid. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis PLS-SEM dengan efek mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: variabel E-Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Customer Satisfaction; variabel E-Recovery Service tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Repurchase Intention namun berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Customer Satisfaction; Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of security, perceived risk, and perceived ease of use on online shop purchasing attitudes on the Lazada application (Study of Lazada application users in Malang City). This research is quantitative in nature and primary data consists of filling out a questionnaire taken using the Machin and Champbell formula for 106 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire by collecting data through an online survey and then processing it using multiple linear analysis using the SPSS 20.00 for Windows Executed application. The results of this research show that all variables, namely security, perceived risk and perceived ease of use have a positive influence on purchasing attitudes.

Abstract

The Banana Chip and Peel Community Micro Business in Bandung needs help in marketing promotion and financial management despite the high nutritional potential of banana peels. This initiative aims to enhance local micro-businesses marketing strategies and financial practices by empowering community members with the necessary skills and knowledge. Utilizing a community-based research (CBR) method, the project involved focus group discussions, interviews, and marketing training seminars to identify obstacles and promote product innovation. Participants were taught effective marketing techniques and financial accounting practices, including cash flow management and profit-loss reporting. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in business stability and sales performance, with participants adopting diverse product offerings such as cheese and chocolate-flavored chips. Community engagement played a crucial role, ensuring strategies were culturally relevant and fostering a sense of ownership among participants. In conclusion, this initiative successfully applied theoretical frameworks to enhance the economic viability of local micro-businesses. By integrating effective marketing, sound financial management, and community participation, the program empowered entrepreneurs to innovate and sustain their enterprises, ultimately contributing to the region's economic development. Future efforts should build on these principles to support local businesses further.

Abstract

The current millennial generation also utilizes digital technology to make investments, such as transacting through digital investment platforms. However, it still depends on the perception of convenience and usefulness. This phenomenon creates a potential market for digital investment platforms, but it also raises questions about how literate millennials are about financial information and how their perception of the platform influences their investment decisions. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the Influence of Perception of Convenience and Perception of Usability on Digital Investment Platforms on the Attitude and Investment Interest of the Millennial Generation in Malang City. The sample used in this study is the millennial generation who are using one of the Digital Investment Platforms with a total of 106 respondents.  The research method in this study is the Quantitative Method and data are obtained from the distribution of Questionnaires offline and online. This study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) models. Data processing is carried out using the SPSS version 25 application. The results obtained in this study are that the variables of perception of convenience and perception of usability have a significant positive effect on the variables of the attitude of users of the Digital Investment platform. In addition, the variable of perception of convenience has a significant positive effect on the interest of investment users.  Then, in the variable of perception of usability to the variable of user interest of digital investment platforms, it is significant but not statistically fulfilled. Meanwhile, the attitude variable has a significant positive effect on the variable of interest of investment platform users.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the role of waqf as an alternative source of funding in the development of halal tourism in Indonesia. Methodology: This research adopts a literature study approach by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data from various relevant sources to draw comprehensive conclusions. Findings: The study finds that the significant potential of waqf funds in Indonesia can be optimized as an alternative financing mechanism for halal tourism development projects. This potential is supported by Indonesia’s status as the country with the largest Muslim population, its strategic geographical location, rich biodiversity, and extensive natural landscapes. Utilizing waqf funds can enhance productivity and ensure better management outcomes for the benefit of the ummah. Furthermore, this financing alternative supports the circulation of the halal value chain within the halal tourism supply chain in Indonesia. Research limitations: This study is based on a literature review; thus, future empirical research is needed to validate the practical application of waqf-based financing models in halal tourism projects. Practical implications: The findings provide insights for policymakers, investors, and tourism developers on the potential of integrating waqf-based funding to strengthen the halal tourism sector. Social implications: Implementing waqf funds in halal tourism development can contribute to broader social welfare, promote economic inclusivity, and enhance community empowerment aligned with Islamic economic principles. Originality: This study highlights the underexplored potential of waqf as an innovative and sustainable financing solution for the development of halal tourism in Indonesia. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement, compensation, and job insecurity on turnover intention of drivers of PT. Surya Nusa Berkat Abadi. Turnover intention is a crucial issue in this company, especially because high turnover has a negative impact on company operations, increases recruitment costs, and training. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. Data were collected through a survey involving all drivers of PT. Surya Nusa Berkat Abadi as respondents. The results of the study indicate that employee engagement, compensation, and job insecurity significantly affect turnover intention. Employee engagement and compensation have a negative effect on turnover intention, which means that increasing employee engagement and providing appropriate compensation can reduce employee intentions to leave the company. Conversely, job insecurity has a positive effect on turnover intention, which indicates that job insecurity increases employee intentions to leave the company. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly affect turnover intention. This study provides practical recommendations for companies to improve employee engagement and provide adequate compensation to reduce turnover intention, as well as better manage job insecurity to maintain workforce stability. The results of this study also contribute to the development of human resource management literature, especially in the context of the transportation industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the era of globalization has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of e-commerce and the digital economy. One of the innovations that has emerged is an online food delivery service, with Gojek through the GoFood feature becoming one of the main players in Indonesia. GoFood has become a service that is widely used by the public, excelling in terms of convenience, menu diversity, and transaction security. However, amid its popularity, GoFood faces several challenges. In terms of promotions, there are complaints about confusing terms and invalid promo codes. Prices on GoFood tend to be more expensive than direct purchases due to additional costs. Online rating systems also face problems such as alleged manipulation and lack of objectivity. In addition, the use of GoFood also affects people's lifestyles, potentially encouraging consumptive behavior and reducing direct social interaction. This study aims to measure the influence of promotions, prices, online customer ratings and lifestyle on purchasing decision-making. The population in this study is consumers who use GoFood services with a sample of 272 respondents taken by the non-probability sampling technique (purposive sampling). The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. To obtain the test results in this study, a classical assumption test is carried out.  namely normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and then hypothesis test using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 22). The results of the study show that promotions, prices, online customer ratings, and lifestyle simultaneously have a significant effect on GoFood purchase decisions. Partially, price and lifestyle variables have the most significant influence, followed by price and online customer ratings.
