Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of interpersonal conflict, workload, and communication on work stress. This research was conducted at PT. Satya Kisma Usaha in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 91 working employees, then the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of data instrument testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the study concluded that partially interpersonal conflict and workload had a positive and significant effect on work stress on employees, while communication partially had a negative and significant effect on work stress on employees.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Good Governance variables, Organizational Culture and Internal Control Systems on Organizational Performance with Organizational Commitment as a Mediating Variable in Bener Meriah Regency Regional Work Units. And the data was analyzed using a path analysis tool with the SEM Amos Version 25 program. The research results showed that the variables good governance, organizational culture, internal control system had a significant effect on organizational commitment and SKPD performance in Bener Meriah Regency. Then organizational commitment was also found to influence SKPD performance. Furthermore, in the analysis of indirect effects through mediation effect testing, it was found that organizational commitment mediates the relationship between good governance, organizational culture and internal control systems on SKPD performance, both fully (full mediation) and partially (partial mediation). It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a real contribution to organizational leaders in efforts to improve organizational performance in the future.written in a single paragraph is, no more than 200 words. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work-life balance on turnover intention of millennial generation employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Kalimantan Health BPJS. The sample in this study amounted to 91 employees who used the SEM PLS analysis method with WarpPLS software. The results revealed that career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Work life balance has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. In this study job satisfaction acts as a mediator. Turn over intention can be improved by career development, job satisfaction, and protection for the company's intangible assets.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze consumer intentions in using Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in Lhokseumawe City, and the factors that influence it. The sample in this study was 155 people who used QRIS. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using a data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operationalized with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) tool. The research results show that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer intentions. And consumer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on consumer intentions. Then, in testing the indirect effect of satisfaction partially mediating the relationship between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on intention to use QRIS products. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide important information for organizations in the banking product development process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The data used are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 168 nurses at Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh. The sampling technique used was Purposive Random Sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the structural analysis method (SEM) and processed with the Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS) program. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership and transactional leadership influence organizational commitment, and transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and organizational commitment influence job satisfaction. In addition, organizational commitment is proven to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and transactional leadership on job satisfaction of nurses at Cut Meutia General Hospital, North Aceh.

Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive literature review integrating six scholarly works related to ethics in operations management. The review encompasses various perspectives, including business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR), organizational culture, Islamic business ethics principles, case studies on ethical operational practices in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on operational efficiency. The research employs a systematic literature review method by analyzing articles from reputable academic sources. The findings indicate that ethics plays a significant role in improving operational performance, strengthening public trust, enhancing organizational culture, supporting business sustainability, and minimizing operational risks. Additionally, the implementation of AI demonstrates substantial efficiency improvements but requires careful ethical governance related to privacy, data security, and social impact. Overall, ethics in operations management is a crucial component that influences organizational effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
