Abstract

Riset untuk melakukan analisis dan melakukan penilaian penerapan SIA persediaan di organisasi, dengan menilai lebih kurang teori yang diungkapkan pakar via pengerjaan dalam organisasi. Lokasi dalam riset ini adalah gudang distributor PT. Chandra Citra Cemerlang. Disini riset menerapkan deskriptif kualitatif. Hendak mendapatkan notifikasi yang diperlukan penulis memakai metode pengumpulan informasi yaitu wawancara, observasi ke lokasi riset, dan dokumentasi. Informasi yang di dapat dalam bentuk struktur organisasi serta uraian jabatan, visi dan misi organisasi, hasil sesi Tanya jawab, surat order pembelian, faktur, dan file lainnya yang dibutuhkan. Atas perolehan riset bisa disimpulkan sistem akuntansi persediaan pada PT. Chandra Citra cemerlang sudah baik namun belum seluruhnya sesuai dengan fungsi terkait dan dokumen terkait yang telah dijelaskan pada teori, diantaranya fungsi penjualan yang tidak ada pada teori namun berjalan pada PT. Chandra Citra Cemerlang dan dokumen yang ada pada sistem akuntansi persediaan pada PT. Chandra Citra Cemerlang namun tidak dijelaskan pada teori yakni Tanda Penerimaan Barang, Tanda Permintaan dan Pengeluaran Barang Gudang dan Order Penjualan.

Abstract

Openness of communication is one part of the science of business ethics, a business science that is believed to provide benefits not only to companies or business people, but also to employees, the general public, and the environment. Openness of communication becomes a principle in running a company in which there are many diverse people. Open communication will have an impact on mutual trust with each other. Open communication will then transform into effective communication. Effective delivery of information will automatically launch a workflow in a company so that it gets maximum results. PT. Global Synergy Karut is one of the companies that run this rule. Employees of the company stated that they tended to like the communication openness policy implemented by their leadership. Employees feel given freedom of speech and get clear and definite information. Research with this type of qualitative research, as well as using in-depth interview methods to obtain data, shows the results that the application of the principle of information openness has a real positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The company is an important compenent is supporting management activities. The most important part is, the payroll and wage accounting system are very useful for companies, which can help to make decisions and achieve the implementation of salaries and wages for employees. The goal is to get the results of the implementation of the salary and wage process. In this study the author uses a qualitative descriptive method, which aims to read and analyze the performance of the accounting system at PT. Karya Mitra Tehnik. The results of this analysis show the salary and wage accounting system at PT. Karya Mitra Tehnik, which is still not support, and lack of supervision over employee attendance lists, this shows the weakness that occurs at PT.Karya Mitra Tehnik company on the payroll and wage accounting system

Abstract

The Researchers write this article aims to conduct income planning analysis of the company. In the company certainly expects an increased income. So it requires a planning in improving that. The web-based calculation will be able to record in detail each time the transaction that has been ubiquitous and more efficient. The impact on these developments have been optimal for the activities in the company. Web in this study is the nitogen web which combines between nitrogen machines with web. In the web system development information planning system requires overall identification. Planning in data information system is actually not a new thing. Planning is an effort in determining various kinds of things that are about to be achieved or seven with various stages in a certain period of time. A system will have an impact on being influenced by the environment. To provide the existence of the web, there are elements supporting. Likewise, in the business field of Nitrogen tire pumps are also many developments to increase management in companies. The role of this web in a company is that it can record all transactions in detail from operating hours of operating machines not operating so it cannot anticipate cheating carried out by employees in the field.

Abstract

The benefit of this research is that the author analyzes whether the sales accounting information system implemented at the "Z" pharmacy is in accordance with the current accounting information system procedures in processing sales made so far. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method in analyzing. In this study, the data collection method used was by conducting observations, interviews, participatory, and direct documentation at the pharmacy "Z" directly to the pharmacy owner and to the pharmacy employees. From the results of this study, the analysis of sales and purchase accounting information systems found in these pharmacies is still a lot of lag or not according to accounting information system procedures, where the sales system carried out by pharmacies is still manual or conventional. In addition, in the internal control system there are still deficiencies or not yet effective and the design of the SIA which consists in the division of tasks is not in accordance with the organizational structure.

Abstract

PT. Prima Makmur Bersama or commonly called PT. PMB is an outsourcing company that is a service company engaged in the provision of labor. Until now PT. PMB has more than 20 partners throughout Indonesia and employs hundreds of contract employees under its auspices. Discussing employees will not be separated from the name of salary/wages. Companies/businesses are obliged to issue salaries/wages for their employees. Salary/wages themselves are used in return for services for work that has been done during a certain period. Every month the company is obliged to pay the employee's salary/wage, where the employee's salary transfer company will be billed to each partner in accordance with the salary period and the location of the employee is placed. This certainly requires an effective and efficient flow/salary billing process, so that the billing process is smooth, fast, and precise. Therefore, in this article, the author wants to discuss the flow of employee salary billing to partners/users in the outsourcing company. The data collection carried out is a direct observation of the parties concerned.

Abstract

Chocolate is a product made from ingredients that are very easy to find. Therefore, providing large amounts of chocolate bars can be very helpful. This way, you don't have to worry about running out of the main ingredient, which will become the most important ingredient for chocolate. Add to layer with chocolate mixture. There are still many variations and different toppings, such as almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc. Indonesia's cocoa farming industry is currently developing. Many countries in Indonesia produce nuts, especially almonds, as the primary raw material. On this occasion, the researcher hopes to create an entrepreneurial spirit with a product called "chocolate almond", which produces various types of chocolate products both on industrial and small business scales. One of the producers of processed chocolate products is Kampung Chocolate. This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction with processed almond chocolate products. In addition, this study uses descriptive analysis techniques with business feasibility studies and direct observations of products thrown by entrepreneurs to determine the characteristics of processed almond chocolate products that need improvement. It is intended that the attributes included in the level of customer satisfaction are maintained. This means that consumers are happy with processed almond chocolate products. Manufacturers must improve properties whose performance has yet to reach consumer satisfaction to increase consumer satisfaction and present a positive image for students towards ongoing business activities.

Abstract

The development of a business is a way to improve, upgrade and implement a quality product from the company in progress. The purpose of product development is to maximize the achievement of product sales and also to increase customer satisfaction with these products. Many ways can be used to develop a business on a small scale. One of the product development efforts from the student activity program is made from chocolate and almonds. Chocolate is a processed product that many people like, so the demand for this chocolate product will continue to increase, and the existence of processed products made from chocolate will have a very positive impact on the income of small businesses in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development strategy and business position in economic life per sector. The research methodology used is qualitative, with data processing and analysis consisting of primary data analysis in the form of interview data and secondary data in the form of information about Chocolate Almond products. The research results show that the development of a chocolate-based business must be able to innovate according to consumer needs and expand market networks using market share strategies and market access strategies by increasing production volume through additional capital and utilizing modern technology networks

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to be able to know and understand what the application of the sales management control system is like in Dasby'D's business. Dasby'D is a business trading daster clothes and women's pajamas that have a business process, namely buying daster in large quantities/wholesale to convection at prices that can be reached by all levels of society and has good quality, which will later be marketed through outlets and also digital markets. In its operational activities, Dasby'D prepares an operating budget that aims to provide information on the expected performance of each business owner. The Management Control System in a business has the task of determining and ensuring the company's operating budget can reach sales and profit. The data analysis technique used is to use deductive analysis methods and also descriptive analysis methods. Research that has been carried out shows that, Dasby'D's efforts in achieving success in controlling the purchase of merchandise and the use of finance in business operations. Profit acquisition is one of the performance standards in companies getting a return of around 20% of revenue. This informs that the company's operating performance is a standard of performance achievement for a business that has experienced growth in a good and positive direction.
