Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisa tingkat/ indeks kepuasan lulusan Program Studi Magister (S2) Bimbingan dan Konseling Pascasarjana UNNES, dan tingkat/ indeks kepuasan pengguna lulusan Program Studi Magister (S2) Bimbingan dan Konseling Pascasarjana UNNES serta untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya kesesuaian antara indeks kepuasan lulusan dengan pengguna lulusan Program Studi Magister (S2) Bimbingan dan Konseling Pascasarjana UNNES. Metode: Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah Lulusan dan Pengguna Lulusan Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Pascasarjana UNNES. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkap kepuasan lulusan ialah sebesar 0% tidak puas, 18% cukup puas dan 82% puas. Sedangkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna lulusan ialah sebesar 30% kurang puas, 45% cukup puas dan 25% untuk kategori sangat puas. Simpulan: Tingkat kepuasan masing-masing lulusan maupun pengguna lulusan tentunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya ialah adanya kebutuhan yang berbeda sehingga menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan yang berbeda pula.

Abstract

Abstrak. Dewasa ini kegiatan pemasaran melalui media masa banyak dipilih sebagai strategi yang manjur dalam meningkatkan interaksi dengan para konsumen. Pascasarjana sebagai unit penyelenggara 21 Program Magister dan 9 Program Doktor, perlu kiranya untuk meningkatkan promosi melalui media sosial agar mampu menarik banyak mahasiswa serta mampu bersaing di pasaran dengan perguruan tinggi lain. Berdasarkan wawancara awal dengan Direksi Pascasarjana, kendala-kendala yang ditemui adalah kurang optimalnya peran media sosial, utamanya unggahan promosi kelembagaan yang berupa video. Kendala tersebut memang belum teratasi dengan baik hingga saat ini, sehingga untuk lebih mengoptimalisasikan peran video kontan pada media sosial tim pengabdi mencoba menelaah dan mendiskusikan solusi. Dimana solusi tersebut diharapkan menjadi sumber perumusan solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan kondisi yaitu dilaksanakannya pelatihan pembuatan video konten pada media sosial Pascasarjana. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan unggahan konten video pada media sosial Sekolah Pascasarjana. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan monitoring secara berkala oleh tim pengabdi, dimana dari aktivitas monitoring dapat diketahui bahwa hampir setiap hari terdapat minimal 1 unggahan video konten pada media sosial Sekolah Pascasarjana. Abstract. Nowadays marketing activities through mass media are often chosen as an effective strategy in increasing interaction with consumers. Postgraduate as the organizing unit for 21 Master's Programs and 9 Doctoral Programs, it is necessary to increase promotion through social media so that it can attract many students and be able to compete in the market with other universities. Based on initial interviews with Postgraduate Directors, the obstacles encountered were the less than optimal role of social media, especially institutional promotional uploads in the form of videos. This obstacle has not been resolved properly until now, so to further optimize the role of direct video on social media, the service team is trying to study and discuss solutions. Where this solution is expected to be a source for formulating appropriate solutions according to the conditions, namely the implementation of training in creating video content on Postgraduate social media. The results of the training showed an increase in video content uploads on the Postgraduate School's social media. Furthermore, regular monitoring is carried out by the service team, where from monitoring activities it can be seen that almost every day there is at least 1 video content uploaded to the Postgraduate School's social media.

Abstract

Public spaces have been prepared for technology-literate human resources. Technology is synonymous with computerized operations, even all applications can be developed through computer devices. This ability is needed to keep pace with the development of technological innovation around the world. Central Java has great potential in contributing to the increase in computerization understanding scores for school students. The target elementary school is considered appropriate, because from the study of developmental psychology has proven that elementary school students are most appropriately taught early talents and interests. This service aims to improve the ability of teachers and elementary school students in digital literacy to master computers. The service was carried out through a zoom meeting with participants of elementary school teachers and students in the Semarang City area. Workshop activities began with analyzing training needs, determining the type of training, delivering materials, and evaluating through practice by participants. As a result, the participants' skills in using computers have improved from the previous one. The participants' understanding of computer operation, especially the use of automation in Microsoft Word, also increased.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a widespread impact on the education and training sector. Central Java, a province with training management resources, is experiencing a crisis in training management today. The large number of training participants from the state civil apparatus (SCA) who come from various regions in Indonesia requires innovation and change despite the various limitations of managers who do not have a special education base. Training managers at BPSDMD for SCA training need to be strengthened by developing distance learning through MOOCs because it can overcome the problems of distance, time, and financing to organize training that is usually done offline. This MOOCs will also increase the trust of other government agencies by making BPSDMD a pilot local government-based MOOCs developer. This service is carried out through mentoring and training that focuses on improving the resources of training managers at BPSDMD Central Java Province. This training and mentoring activity was attended by 38 BPSDMD employees with an In-House Training scheme for two days. As a result, there was an increased understanding of MOOCs and its application, designing training programs, presenting training materials, and evaluating training programs. The skills of the trainees can be seen from the portfolios collected. This service is useful in developing BPSDMD training programs for SCA in Central Java.

Abstract

Digital competence for teachers needs special attention because learning today cannot be separated from the use of technology, so learning is of high quality. However, conditions in Indonesia show the opposite, where not all teachers have mastered digital technology. This study examines the relationship between social media-based learning strategies teachers' digital competencies and learning quality in Indonesia. The quantitative method with a correlational approach was used in this study. A total of 1001 teachers in Indonesia were the respondents. Data was obtained through questionnaires completed by the respondents. The results showed a positive relationship between social media-based learning strategies and teachers' digital competencies. A positive relationship is also seen between social media-based learning strategies and learning quality. The implication is that teachers should maximize the use of social media in learning to increase their digital competence and improve learning quality. On the other hand, schools should also provide facilities, training, and mentoring to encourage teachers to implement social media-based learning strategies.

Abstract

The pandemic condition greatly influences the educational sector where the learning process must be carried out online which causes the learning experience of children to become less. Education in early childhood is developed to provide meaningful and enjoyable real experiences for children. AR technology is a new digital innovation where many experiences can be obtained without bringing the actual conditions. The objectives of this study are to Analyze the needs for technology-based learning models at the early childhood education level in Indonesia; and Develop mobile-based AR technology using deep learning to improve early childhood learning performance in the present time. The research began with a needs analysis, followed by the development of AR products, then limited trials were conducted and trials on respondents, namely early childhood. The results of the research show that the deep learning-based AR technology developed has a positive effect on improving early childhood learning performance in mastering animal introduction materials. This study has implications for the learning process and in the long run provides benefits to the wealth of applied educational technology science.

Abstract

Competency-based education (CBE) is an instructional model gaining popularity in schools. A preliminary study found that teachers' identities must shift to engage in CBE fully. They must construct classrooms engaging and supporting students in independent learning. This study aims to uncover teachers' understanding of CBE and implementation challenges. A quantitative descriptive research method used questionnaires distributed to 1,905 teachers across Indonesia. The results showed that teachers have a good grasp of CBE regarding learning standards, methods, media, strategies, assessment, and student involvement. Challenges included determining the achievement of learning objectives, assignment deadlines for students, and strategies for sharing experiences. Proper CBE implementation requires teacher readiness in skills and CBE understanding. Those challenges provide implications for quality competency-based learning and assessment in schools.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran digital menjadi tren saat ini sehingga guru harus memiliki kompetensi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Namun, di Jawa Tengah khususnya belum keseluruhan guru memiliki kemampuan dalam mengembangkan media sebagai alat bantu dalam membangun proses pembelajaran bermakna. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi guru di Jawa Tengah dalam mengembangkan keterampilan pengembangan media pembelajaran digital. Metode pengabdian melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dipilih untuk memberikan materi terkait perancangan dan pengembangan media digital berbasis aplikasi android. Pengabdian dilakukan dalam kurun waktu 6 hari dengan skema 2 hari pemberian materi secara daring dan 4 hari dilakukan pendampingan kepada peserta pelatihan. Sebanyak 1044 peserta yang merupakan guru di wilayah Provinsi Jawa Tengah ikut serta dalam program pelatihan tersebut. Hasilnya sebanyak 75% peserta berhasil mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis aplikasi android.
