Abstract

This research discusses the role of lifestyle, social media and peers in consumptive behavior when shopping online for fashion products on the TikTok platform. With the aim of knowing the effect of lifestyle on consumptive behavior, the influence of social media on consumptive behavior, the influence of peers on consumptive behavior. The variables used are Lifestyle (X1), Socialmedia (X2) and Peers (X3) as independent variables and Consumptive Behavior (Y) as the dependent variable. The research approach used is a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The population in this study were students of the State Islamic Institute of Bone (IAIN Bone). with a sample of 80 respondents. These data were tested using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the help of the SmartPLS software analysis tool. The results showed that lifestyle (X1) has a significant effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a sig value of 0.034, which means the value is smaller than α 0.05 or (0.034 <0.05). Social Media (X2) has a significant effect on Consumptive Behavior (Y) with a sig value of 0.000 which means the value is less than α 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05) and Peers (X3) have no effect on Consumptive Behavior (Y) with a sig value of 0.128 which means the value is greater than α 0.05 or (0.000 > 0.05).

Abstract

Studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peranan fintech atau financial technology terhadap performa pemasaran usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah, atau disingkat UMKM, yang sejak kasus pandemi COVID-19 menjadi topik kajian ilmiah menarik untuk diteliti, terlebih lagi di Kota Makassar yang mengalami peningkatan dari sisi laju perekonomian lokalnya. Melalui perspektif perbankan digital, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis performa pemasaran dengan berfokus pada laporan promosi dan penjualan UMKM setelah penggunaan layanan fintech. Sebagai kontribusi secara teoritikal, studi ini pun kemudian menemukan bahwa fintech melalui layanan payment gateway, selain menjadi pendorong dalam perkembangan laju bisnis UMKM, fintech juga berperan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM. This literature study aims to explore the role of fintech or financial technology on the marketing performance of micro, small and medium enterprises, or MSMEs for short, has become one of the interesting topics of scientific study to be researched, especially in Makassar City which has a positive trend in its economic level. Through the perspective of digital marketing management, this study uses marketing performance analysis by focusing on the promotion and sales reports of MSMEs after the use of fintech services. As a theoretical contribution, this study then found that fintech through payment gateway services, in addition to being a driver in the development of MSME business rates, fintech also plays a positive and significant role in MSME marketing performance.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang berperan penting dalam menjaga serta meningkatkan kinerja seorang karyawan adalah motivasi kerja. Hal ini salah satunya disebabkan karena karyawan memerlukan dorongan baik dari internal maupun eksternal dirinya dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini pun kemudian bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran dari motivasi kerja terhadap performa karyawan UMKM utamanya yang berlokasi di Kota Makassar. Metode penelitian studi kasus digunakan dengan melakukan teknik wawancara di salah satu Kafe di Kota Makassar bernama Kafe Dua Jiwa Makassar. Penelitian ini kemudian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja dari karyawan, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan performa karyawan, atau dengan kata lain, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap performa karyawan UMKM. One of the factors that plays an important role in maintaining and improving the performance of an employee is work motivation. This is partly because employees need encouragement from both internal and external sources when doing their work. This research then aims to explore the role of work motivation in the performance of MSME employees, especially those located in Makassar City. The case study research method was used by conducting interview techniques at one of the cafes in Makassar City called Kafe Dua Jiwa Makassar. This research then found that work motivation from employees, both intrinsic and extrinsic, has an important role in improving employee performance, in other words, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME employees.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan dalam perusahaan yang menyediakan pelayanan publik dimana karyawan perusahaan memberikan pelayanan sesuai aturan yang berlaku demi terciptanya kedisiplinan kerja dan kualitas kinerja yang meningkat, pekerjaan yang maksimal dengan waktu yang tepat dan hasil yang memuaskan yang dapat di berikan penilaian terhadap pelayanan publik yang dapat di percaya oleh orang-orang yang mempercayakan kepada kantor tersebut sehingga dapat bekerja sama dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap pelayanan publik pada pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (2) pengaruh kinerja terhadap pelayanan publik pada pegawai DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kinerja terhadap pelayanan publik pada pegawai DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (2) kinerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada DPMPTSP Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja dan kinerja secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada DPMPTSP Provisi Sulawesi Selatan. Human resources are needed in companies that provide public services where company employees provide services according to applicable rules in order to create work discipline and improve performance quality, maximum work with the right time and satisfying results that can be given an assessment of public services that can be trusted by people who entrust the office so that they can work well together. This study aims to: (1) The effect of work discipline on public services on employees of the South Sulawesi Province One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP); (2) the effect of performance on public services on DPMPTSP employees of South Sulawesi Province; and (3) the effect of work discipline and performance on public services on DPMPTSP employees of South Sulawesi Province. The results showed that: (1) work discipline partially has a positive but insignificant effect on the quality of public services at the DPMPTSP of South Sulawesi Province; (2) performance partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of public services at the DPMPTSP of South Sulawesi Province; and (3) there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline and performance together on employee performance at the DPMPTSP of South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

Produk Scarlett merupakan salah satu produk yang mampu bersaing dengan para competitor di pasaran sejak 2022. Fakta di lapangan memaparkan beberapa konsumen merasa sangat puas terkait dengan pelayanan serta produk Scarlett. Namun, ketidakpuasan konsumen juga pernah terjadi saat produk yang diterima konsumen pada saat pembelian tidak memiliki logo, sehingga hal tersebut memicu kecurigaan terkait original Scarlett. Minat beli ulang berkaitan dengan kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah memberikan hasil analisis terkait dengan minat pembelian ulang yang dipengaruhi oleh kualitas layanan serta produk Scarlett. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah menggunakan kuantitatif. Kesimpulan yang diambil berdasarkan hasil penelitian ialah (1) minat beli ulang Scarlett dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, hal tersebut berarti semakin baik kualitas produk dari body lotion scarlett yang baik dengan presepsi konsumen akan meningkatkan minat beli ulang; (2) minat beli ulang Scarlett dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pelayanan yang berarti peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dapat meningkatkan minat beli; (3) kualitas pelayanan serta produk sama-sama mempunyai pengaruh pada minat beli ulang Scarlett pada mahasiswa Manejemen FEB Universitas Negeri Makassar. Scarlett products are one of the products that have been able to compete with competitors in the market since 2022. Facts in the field show that several consumers feel very satisfied with Scarlett's services and products. However, consumer dissatisfaction has also occurred when the product received by consumers at the time of purchase does not have a logo, so this triggers suspicion regarding the original Scarlett. Repurchase interest is related to product quality and service quality. The purpose of this paper is to provide analytical results related to repurchase interest which is influenced by the quality of Scarlett's services and products. The type of research used is quantitative. The conclusions drawn based on the results of the study are (1) Scarlett's repurchase interest is influenced by product quality, this means that the better the product quality of Scarlett body lotion which is good with consumer perception will increase repurchase interest; (2) Scarlett's repurchase interest is influenced by service quality which means that increasing service quality can increase purchase interest; (3) service quality and products both have an influence on Scarlett's repurchase interest in Management students of FEB, Makassar State University.

Abstract

This research examines the role of social media marketing in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Makassar, Indonesia, employing a case study approach to provide an in-depth understanding of its impact. As the digital landscape evolves, SMEs are increasingly turning to social media platforms to enhance their marketing strategies, engage with customers, and promote their products and services. This study analyses various SMEs across different sectors in Makassar to identify the benefits and challenges associated with social media marketing. The findings reveal that social media marketing significantly contributes to increased brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for SMEs. Businesses that effectively utilize platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter report improved customer relationships and greater market reach. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, resource constraints, and heightened competition hinder the effective implementation of social media strategies. This research highlights the need for targeted training programs to enhance digital skills among SME owners and employees, enabling them to leverage social media marketing more effectively. By providing insights into best practices and strategies, this study aims to assist SMEs in Makassar in optimizing their social media marketing efforts, ultimately contributing to their growth and sustainability in a competitive marketplace. Studi ini menganalisis berbagai UKM di berbagai sektor di Makassar untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat dan tantangan yang terkait dengan pemasaran media sosial. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran media sosial secara signifikan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesadaran merek, keterlibatan pelanggan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan untuk UKM. Bisnis yang secara efektif memanfaatkan platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, dan Twitter melaporkan peningkatan hubungan dengan pelanggan dan jangkauan pasar yang lebih luas. Namun, tantangan seperti literasi digital yang terbatas, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan persaingan yang semakin ketat menghambat implementasi strategi media sosial yang efektif. Penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya program pelatihan yang ditargetkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital di antara pemilik dan karyawan UKM, sehingga mereka dapat memanfaatkan pemasaran media sosial secara lebih efektif. Dengan memberikan wawasan tentang praktik dan strategi terbaik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu UKM di Makassar dalam mengoptimalkan upaya pemasaran media sosial mereka, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan mereka di pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This activity aims to provide counseling and training on entrepreneurship and marketing related to the sale of brick products. The target participants of this activity were brick-producing residents in Limbung Village, Gowa Regency. In general, participants can be expected to be very enthusiastic about following the provision of material as shown by their diligence and discipline in following each stage in the activity. Each participant was able to produce good quality brick products and was also able to market these products through both offline and online sales mechanisms. Through this activity, each participant feels the benefits of this activity and hopes that activities like this can be provided regularly and also bring new treasures to their knowledge and skills so that it will improve the standard of living of residents economically.

Abstract

Pentingnya manajemen strategi terletak pada kemampuannya untuk membantu organisasi menghadapi perubahan lingkungan yang cepat dan kompleks. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah tuntutan dari dinamika dunia usaha yang mendorong organisasi agar dapat menyesuaikan diri, berinovasi, dan juga mengantisipasi perubahan pasar, kebutuhan teknologi, dan kebutuhan pelanggan. Penelitian ini pun kemudian mencoba menggali lebih dalam terkait peranan manajemen strategi dalam perspektif ilmu manajemen dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu studi literatur. Hasil dari studi literatur ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategi dalam sudut pandang manajemen melibatkan serangkaian aktivitas yang terkait dengan pengamatan lingkungan, perumusan strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi serta pengendalian. Dalam pengamatan lingkungan, manajemen strategi melakukan analisis pasar, analisis pesaing, analisis tren ekonomi, teknologi, sosial, dan politik, serta identifikasi peluang dan ancaman yang ada.
