Abstract

Banyaknya kerusakan bangunan IPAL sepeti pecahnya pipa saluran mengakibatkan IPAL tidak berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Dampak kerusakan tersebut diantaranya polusi lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhikeberlanjutan pengelolaan IPAL Komunal di Kota Solok. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan responden stakeholders yang berkaitan dengan IPAL. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 84 orang. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 2 faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan IPAL Komunal yang terdiri dari 11 variabel. 5 variabel paling dominan yaitu Kondisi fisik sarana dan prasarana sistem penyaluran  hanya sebagian yang berfungsi, Kualitas effluent berbau menyengat, merusak estetika dan menganggu ekosistem didekatnya , Kondisi fisik tidak lengkap dan tidak berfungsi, Layout tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan dan tanpa penjelasan dan Lokasi IPAL terlalu dekat dengan rumah warga, dimana tidak terjangkau dengan truk penyedot tinja.

Abstract

Pembangunan infrastruktur jalan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan konektivitas antar wilayah dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, keterlambatan dalam proyek konstruksi jalan masih menjadi permasalahan yang sering terjadi dan berdampak pada biaya, kualitas proyek, serta mobilitas masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan membandingkan faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan proyek konstruksi jalan di Kabupaten Solok, dengan pendekatan komparatif antara dua proyek yang mengalami keterlambatan, yaitu pemeliharaan jalan Paninjauan - Kuncir dan pembangunan jalan Muaro–Garabak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 4 faktor utama yang sama penyebab keterlambatan adalah Komitmen pemilik terhadap proyek, Pemantauan dan pengendalian proyek oleh pemilik, Kemampuan pemilik dalam manajemen proyek, dan Pemahaman kontraktor tentang ruang lingkup pekerjaan.

Abstract

Batang Bayang River is one of the rivers that crosses densely populated settlements in Nagari Ujunggading, Lembah Melintang District. Domestic waste from the community, both liquid and solid, is often dumped directly into the river. This causes the condition of the river water quality to worsen due to minimal efforts to manage domestic waste and the habit of people who throw organic and inorganic waste into the river carelessly. The purpose of this study was to analyze river quality against community behavior and then recommend strategies for handling it. The research method used was to analyze test data from the laboratory and determine the level of river pollution using the Pollution Index (IP). To determine community knowledge, attitudes and actions using a questionnaire. The results of the correlation test showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and action with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, between attitudes towards actions with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, and between knowledge and attitudes with a significance value of 0.011 <0.05. The handling strategy that can be done by the community is to process waste at home and create a waste bank. The strategy for the government is to provide outreach to the community, create village regulations, create TPS, build domestic IPAL, implement prokasih, cross-sector cooperation and budget priorities in the West Pasaman Regency APBD.

Abstract

The construction industry faces high uncertainty due to economic fluctuations, regulatory changes, and resource limitations. In South Tapanuli, construction projects often experience delays, budget overruns, and quality issues due to economic factors. This study aims to identify the most dominant economic risks in building construction. Using AS/NZS 4360:2004 and the Relative Importance Index (RII), this research analyzes the impact of raw material price fluctuations, delayed payments, labor wage increases, and regulatory changes. Findings indicate that raw material price fluctuations (RII: 0.948) and delayed payments (RII: 0.934) are the highest risk factors. Financial risks pose major challenges, requiring effective mitigation strategies. Recommendations include stabilizing material prices, reforming payment systems, and improving labor wage management. Proper policy implementation can enhance efficiency and project sustainability in this region.
