Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing Generation Z's intention to reuse digital wallets in the Greater Jakarta area, focusing on perceived ease of use, brand image, e-service quality, and the mediating role of trust. The research employed a quantitative approach using survey methods, with data collected from 230 Generation Z respondents who have been active digital wallet users for at least one year. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the relationships between variables. The results reveal that perceived ease of use and brand image have positive effects on reuse intention, while e-service quality indirectly influences reuse intention through trust. Trust plays a significant mediating role in the relationships between brand image and e-service quality with reuse intention. However, contrary to previous studies, perceived ease of use did not significantly affect trust, nor did trust mediate the relationship between perceived ease of use and reuse intention. These findings highlight the importance of building a strong brand image and providing high-quality electronic services to enhance trust and promote continuous use of digital wallets among urban Indonesian youth. The study contributes to the understanding of digital wallet adoption and usage dynamics in emerging markets, offering valuable insights for service providers targeting young urban consumers in Indonesia. It also opens avenues for future research on the evolving perceptions of digital financial technologies among Generation Z users.

Abstract

Objectives: The aim of this research is to examine and maintaining the high product quality while optimizing resource efficiency is a critical challenge in today’s competitive global market. PT XYZ, a leading ophthalmic lens manufacturer, struggles with particle defects, particularly in the UV coating process, which contributes to 80% of total production defects. Methodology: To address this issue, the study applies the Six Sigma methodology using the DMAIC framework to identify root causes, reduce defects, and improve production efficiency. This research adopts a quantitative approach with comparative and descriptive methods. Data collection methods include direct observation, focus group discussions, interviews, and historical data analysis. Findings: The initial analysis identified several defect sources, including environmental factors, improper process handling, and machine performance issues. Improvement actions, such as installing an antistatic blower and optimizing pre-cleaning processes, successfully reduced the defect rate from 12% to 4.7%. The Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) dropped from 112,801 to 46,782, while the Sigma level improved from 2.71 to 3.18. Conclusion: This study conclude that implementing Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies effectively enhances quality control in ophthalmic lens manufacturing. These improvements strengthen PT XYZ’s long-term competitiveness while supporting sustainable manufacturing practices aligned with SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPT Puskesmas Cipayung, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPT Puskesmas Cipayung. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa SEM dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada UPT Puskesmas Cipayung. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perhatian terhadap isu lingkungan, sosial dan ekonomi, inovasi hijau dan kewirausahaan hijau muncul menjadi prioritas utama yang efektif. Penekanan inovasi untuk kelestarian lingkungan menjadi sangat penting di kalangan pengambil keputusan para wirausahawan. Dalam banyak kasus, meskipun pentingnya manfaat inovasi ramah lingkungan, namun partisipasi wirausahawan dalam inovasi ramah lingkungan masih sedikit. Studi ini bertujuan Mewujudkan kewirausahaan hijau yang inovatif menuju keberlangsungan lingkungan di Kelurahan Meruya Utara. Metode: Ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi dengan melibatkan 28 peserta Kader PKK termasuk pengelola RPTRA. Hasil: Kader PKK dan para pengelola RPTRA memahami dan menyadari betapa sangat berartinya penekanan lingkungan melalui implementasi inovasi hijau dan kewirausahaan hijau menuju keberlanjutan usaha dan lingkungan. Kesimpulan: Kewirausahaan hijau terbentuk melalui: pengambilan risiko, proaktif, otonomi, pengembangan UMKM, dan menciptakan industri baru dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Pemerintah memberikan kepastian hukum yang memadai untuk memperkuat pasar kewirausahaan yang ramah lingkungan dan memfasilitasi teknologi yang stabil.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat pengembangan sumber daya manusia Indonesiadi luar negeri, khususnya di Malaysia, melalui pembangunan karier berkelanjutan berbasis teknologi digital.Di tengah persaingan global dan terbentuknya Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN (MEA), Indonesia perlumenyiapkan tenaga kerja yang kompetitif dan adaptif. Pekerja migran Indonesia masih menghadapi tantanganberupa produktivitas rendah, keterampilan teknis terbatas, dan kecakapan bahasa asing yang kurang memadai.Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan baru yang menggabungkan kompetensi teknis dengan keterampilanberorientasi keberlanjutan, seperti green skills yang sesuai dengan tren global. Pemanfaatan teknologi digitalmenjadi kunci untuk meningkatkan efisiensi perencanaan karier, memberi akses pelatihan, serta mendukungpekerja migran dalam merancang karier yang fleksibel dan beradaptasi dengan tuntutan digitalisasi. Programini akan melibatkan 50–100 pekerja migran yang tergabung dalam PERMAI Penang, Malaysia, dengan fokuspada pembekalan keterampilan merencanakan karier dan mengelola usaha berkelanjutan. Metode yangdigunakan mencakup ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, praktik, serta aktivitas gamified yangmengenalkan konsep ramah lingkungan dalam perencanaan karier. Luaran yang diharapkan berupapeningkatan kapabilitas peserta dalam perencanaan karier dan bisnis berkelanjutan, terbukanya peluang barudi ekonomi digital global, serta keluaran terarah berupa publikasi media, dokumentasi video, artikel jurnalPKM, dan pendaftaran HKI terkait keberlanjutan dan transformasi digital. Kolaborasi antara UniversitasMercu Buana (UMB), PERMAI Penang, dan Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) memperkaya program denganperspektif internasional, memastikan pelatihan berkualitas, relevan, serta berdampak luas bagi pekerja migranIndonesia.Kata Kunci: peningkatan keterampilan kerja tim melalui perangkat digital dan metode pembelajaran kolaboratif;pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber pengembangan pengetahuan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore the influence of green marketing on green purchase intention and the mediating role of green brand awareness and green brand trust.Method: A random sample of 187 respondents was sampled, and PLS analysis used.Results: Green marketing positively influences green purchase intention and green brand awareness. Green brand awareness mediates the relationship between green marketing and green purchase intention. However, green brand trust has no direct effect on green purchase intention and does not mediate the relationship.Novelty: This study focuses on the mediating role of green brand awareness and green brand trust.Contribution: These findings provide insights for marketers to focus on other aspects that can increase purchase intention.

Abstract

Fintech bukan merupakan layanan yang diberikan oleh perbankan melainkan model bisnis baru yang saat ini sangat membantu kebutuhan masyarakat. Meskipun fintech bukan merupakan lembaga keuangan seperti perbankan namun fintech tetap diatur oleh Bank Indonesia agar konsumen atau masyarakat dapat terlindungi. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan penyelenggara fintech wajib mendaftarkan perusahaannya pada Bank Indonesia ataupun Otoritas Jasa Keuangan terkait PBI Nomor 19/12/PBI/2017 tentang penggunaan teknologi sistem keuangan yang menghasilkan produk, layanan, teknologi, dan/atau model bisnis baru serta dapat berdampak pada stabilitas moneter, stabilitas sistem keuangan, efesiensi, kelancaran, kemananan dan keandalan sistem pembayaran. Literasi manejemen kuangan secara sederhana dengan pendekatan kepada teknologi finansial sangat relevan dengan kondisi saat ini. Salah satu penerapan manajemen keuangan dengan finansial teknologi adalah sebagai media investasi saham, dimana pada saat ini dengan menggunakan smartphone yang secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi aktivitas investasi saham dibandingkan dengan metode investasi secara konvensial. Sasaran peserta dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelaku UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Meruya Utara. Alasan dipilihnya UMKM adalah saat ini kondisi sedang dilanda pandemic Covid19, maka berdampak terhadap ekonomi masyarakat secara umum serta proses jual dan beli dari UMKM secara khusus. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat adalah metode penyuluhan, tanya jawab, dan praktek. Hasil dari pelatihan mendapatkan sambutan yang baik dari peserta. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil angket yang disebar ada 87% peserta sangat setuju bahwa topik yang dibicarakan sesuai dengan harapan peserta, 82% peserta sangat setuju bahwa materi yang disampaikan pembicara dengan jelas, dan 84% peserta sangat setuju bahwa pembicara menguasai topik yang disampaikan.

Abstract

This community service is related to economic society development by introducing financial inclusion with the profit-sharing financing scheme for the sustainability of The Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The partner of this community service is Pondok Aren District, in this case, the Cooperatives & UMKM Service, South Tangerang, Banten 15228. Pondok Aren District is multiplying, with a population of around 294,996. This is directly proportional to the number of MSMEs reported based on the SKDU document, which is around 1,373. Currently, the government, through the Financial Services Authority (OJK), is calling on the public to continue to encourage the progress of the Sharia Financial Industry, which has grown rapidly in the last five years both. For this reason, there is a need for an advancement in understanding Sharia profit-sharing financing and literacy about Sharia financing products that can be implemented for the MSMEs

Abstract

Background: Poor management of human resources can lead to employee discomfort in the workplace, resulting in reduced productivity and diminished benefits for the company. Thus, effective human resource management is crucial to fostering a conducive work environment that enables employees to thrive. Enhanced employee productivity can significantly contribute to the company's advancement. Purpose: This study investigates the impact of work stress and organizational commitment on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Jakarta AquariumDesign/methodology/approach: This research method is quantitative causality, using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS statistical method (PLS-SEM) and a Likert measurement scale. Findings/Result: The results in this study show that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Another friend revealed that work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, while organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Organizational commitment influences turnover intention through satisfaction as an intervening variable. Fascinatingly, this study reveals that job-related stress does not diminish employee satisfaction, as stress can serve as a challenge, a stimulus, and a source of fascination for employees. Conclusion: Work stress demonstrates a significant positive impact on turnover intention. Organizational commitment exhibits a positive and statistically significant effect on turnover intention. Additionally, work stress is found to have a positive and important influence on job satisfaction, and organizational commitment similarly has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.Originality/value (State of the art): The research uses job satisfaction which acts as a mediating variable that provides new academic insights into human resource strategies related to issues of employee retention and organizational stability. Abstract

There are several models that can be used in analyzing a company's Financial Distress, the most widely used is the Altman model. The study aims to analyze and identify the influence of fundamental factors represented by ratios such as Sales Growth Analysis, ROA Ratio, Current Ratio, and Firm size on Financial Distress conditions. This research was conducted on financial statements of oil and gas mining sector. Data was collected using data panel with multiple linear regression technique analysis. Data was proceed using Eviews 12. The result show Sales growth, ROA, Current Ratio and TATO ratio have a partially significant effect on Financial Distress. Sales growth ROA, Current Ratio and TATO ratio together and a simultaneous have an effect on Financial Distress
