Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational support and intrapersonal competence on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Darma Ayu Indramayu. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive and verificative research design. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 108 employees selected from a population of 147 employees using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.565 and a t-value of 4.772. Intrapersonal competence also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.472 and a t-value of 7.412. Simultaneously, organizational support and intrapersonal competence significantly affect employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 61.178 and an Adjusted R Square of 0.529. These findings suggest that PDAM management should strengthen organizational support systems and develop employees’ intrapersonal competence to improve service-oriented performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between employees’ perceptions of the quality of the work environment, employee behavior, and organizational functioning within an Indonesian manufacturing company. A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to employees across various departments. The variables examined include perceived quality of the work environment, employee work behavior, and organizational effectiveness. The findings reveal a positive and significant correlation between employees’ perceptions of work environment quality and their work behavior. Employees who perceive their work environment as supportive, safe, and conducive tend to demonstrate more constructive behaviors, higher engagement, and stronger organizational commitment. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by empirically demonstrating how perceived workplace quality influences behavioral outcomes and organizational performance. The results suggest that organizations should continuously enhance both the physical and psychosocial dimensions of the workplace to foster employee satisfaction and productivity. A comprehensive understanding of how individual perceptions shape behavior and contribute to organizational outcomes is essential for achieving sustainable competitive advantage in an increasingly globalized market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of health workers (nakes) at Waled Regional General Hospital, Cirebon Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was all health workers at Waled Regional General Hospital, Cirebon Regency with a sample of 175 respondents determined using the Slovin technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression analyses, coefficients of determination, and hypothesis tests (t-test and F-test). The results showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.398, a calculated t-value of 7.293, and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Work discipline also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.605, a calculated t-value of 10.797, and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the simultaneous test indicate that the work environment and work discipline significantly influence employee performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that variations in employee performance can be explained by the work environment and work discipline, while the remaining variation is influenced by other factors outside the study. Work discipline is the most dominant variable influencing employee performance. This research is expected to provide consideration for hospital management in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Most sea turtle species around the world are threatened with extinction. The threat of sea turtle extinction is largely caused by humans for consumption, souvenirs, trade, medicine and religious activities as well as for commercial purposes such as the sale of eggs, meat and shells. This human behavior is threatening sea turtle populations. Preventing the decline of these threatened sea turtle populations requires changes in human behavior that are educated through conservation campaigns. This international service was carried out with the aim of recognizing local culture and local wisdom products and participating in painting traditional Thai pottery. This activity is a community service activity that collaborates between the Faculty of Economics and Business of Swadaya Gunung Jati University Indonesia, Panca Sakti Tegal University Indonesia, Suan Dusit University and Eastern Instutite for Integrated Learning in Management University India. Community service activities were carried out in Nong Nooch Thailand, with a total of 25 participants consisting of 10 students and 15 lecturers. Sea turtle conservation is one of the community's efforts to preserve the environment and sea turtle habitat for the survival of sea turtles

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of employee well-being and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of PT Hui Shun Indonesia (HSI). The population of this study consisted of all 150 employees of PT Hui Shun Indonesia. A saturated sampling technique was employed, whereby the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that employee well-being has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Meanwhile, work motivation does not have a significant partial effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a significance value of 0.105 (> 0.05). However, employee well-being and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination shows that employee well-being and work motivation jointly explain 43.1% of the variance in Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while the remaining 56.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. These findings provide practical implications, suggesting that improving employee well-being can encourage extra-role behaviors that contribute to enhanced organizational performance, productivity, and competitiveness, thereby supporting economic growth and development through the strengthening of human resource quality.

Abstract

This study examined the effects of Organizational Culture, Work Morale, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of non-healthcare employees at Waled Regional General Hospital, Cirebon Regency. A quantitative survey design was employed involving 148 non-healthcare employees selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 26, including validity, reliability, classical assumption, and simple linear regression analyses followed by partial t-tests. The findings revealed that Organizational Culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (B = 0.452; β = 0.506; t = 4.843; p < 0.001). In contrast, Work Morale (t = 0.348; p = 0.729) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (t = 1.689; p = 0.093) showed positive but statistically insignificant effects on employee performance. These findings indicate that Organizational Culture is the most influential factor in improving the performance of non-healthcare employees, while Work Morale and OCB alone are insufficient to produce significant performance improvements. This study provides practical implications for hospital human resource management by emphasizing the importance of strengthening organizational culture to enhance employee performance and offers a reference for future studies in public healthcare organizations
