Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara dynamic pricing dan dynamic bundling terhadap persepsi ketidakadilan harga yang akhirnya menentukan tingkat kepuasan umum dalam membeli sebuah produk/jasa. Sebesar 340 responden dijadikan sebagai sampel setelah melalui proses penyaringan. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa harga dinamis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi ketidakadilan harga. Kedua dynamic bundling berpengarauh tidak signifikan terhadap persepsi ketidakadilan harga. Ketiga persepsi ketidakadilan harga yang disebabkan oleh dynamic pricing berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Terakhir persepsi ketidakadilan harga yang disebabkan oleh dynamic bundling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasann.

Abstract

This article aims to increase partners' knowledge and skills in utilizing songket woven fabric. Reject coal, make online management and marketing systems effective. The method of activities is carried out in the form of assistance through counseling and training stages with lecture methods, question and answer, demonstrations which include preparation, implementation and evaluation. To determine the level of success of activities carried out monitoring and evaluation can be seen during preparation, process and end of the activity. The first meeting included preparation and planning, during the implementation phase counseling included knowledge of using reject woven fabrics. Training on making tissue boxes, bags, wallets and tablecloths, business management and assisting partners in training to market products online. The results of the activities of Partners 1 and 2 already have the knowledge and skills to make various bags, wallets and tablecloths. compile simple business management and make cash books and partners already have a website and utilize online media as a means of marketing products. Products are arranged in the Coal Workshop Cluster and Creative House. Various souvenir products have been exhibited at various national exhibition events. The impact of the activities of weavers was able to increase the economy and reduce unemployment in the Coal District. This can be seen from several residents who have joined the business.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan pada salah satu bisnis online di Bandung yang bernama Kasih Kamu, yang menjual beragam hampers yang terdiri dari dari lilin aromaterapi, hiasan akrilik, dan snack hampers. Hasil observasi menunjukkan adanya beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh bisnis ini yaitu promosi pada sosial media yang kurang konsisten, kurangnya modal untuk beriklan, logo dan nama bisnis yang kurang sesuai dengan produk, foto produk, desain dan packaging yang kurang menarik. Usaha ini masih menggunakan strategi samudera merah karena tergolong baru dan banyak pesaing. Observasi terhadap jalannya usaha dan membuat angket dan menanyakannya kepada pemilik dan karyawan usaha ini merupakan metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini. Solusi yang telah diberikan adalah menggunakan aplikasi hookle agar promosi menjadi konsisten, mengubah logo dan nama bisnis, serta mengoptimalkan foto produk dan packaging di media sosial sebagai wadah periklanan.

Abstract

A Student Decision on Choosing a University: Impact of Education Costs. This study aims to analyze the effect of the cost of education on students' decisions to continue their studies in tertiary institutions. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research type. The research sample consisted of 380 respondents and statistically processed with the simple linear regression method using the SPSS version 26.0 application. The results showed that the cost of education had an effect on students' decision to choose a university. These findings indicate that higher education institutions must take into account the tuition fees charged to students. This is related to the level of students' ability to complete their studies at a college. Several studies have shown that in general the cost of education is important for universities to attract and retain students who are studying.

Abstract

A b s t r a c tThis study was to analyzed the assessment of local tourists on the elements of tourism development in Medan. This research is descriptive research with the sampling technique used Accidental Sampling. Samples were 354 respondents who are the community of Medan City. Data were collected through literature study and questionnaire distribution. The results which are categorized as the best three are the development of hotels in the city of Medan, the ease of use of public transportation and the condition of electricity. On the other hand, the results of the assessment of the three worst categories are road conditions, traffic, and cleanliness of the city. The community and the Medan city government must care and work together in advancing the tourism sector in the city that the city of Medan is expected to get the nickname of the city of Paris van Sumatra.A b s t r a kPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penilaian wisatawan lokal terhadap unsur-unsur pengembangan pariwisata di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Sampel sebanyak 354 responden yang merupakan masyarakat Kota Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil yang masuk dalam kategori tiga terbaik adalah perkembangan hotel di kota Medan, kemudahan penggunaan transportasi umum dan kondisi kelistrikan. Sedangkan hasil penilaian dari tiga kategori terburuk adalah kondisi jalan, lalu lintas, dan kebersihan kota. Masyarakat dan pemerintah kota Medan harus peduli dan bersinergi dalam memajukan sektor pariwisata di kota sehingga kota Medan diharapkan mendapat julukan kota Paris van Sumatra.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan pada UMKM di Medan yang menjual rujak ulek dengan nama Rujak Ulek Umi Dewi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi ditemukan beberapa permasalahan yaitu lokasi usaha, gerobak usaha, dan penataan produk. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membina Rujak Ulek Umi Dewi dalam menyelesaikan kesulitan utamanya seperti yang diuraikan sebelumnya. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini adalah berinovasi meliputi lokasi usaha, gerobak usaha, dan penataan produk. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah melangsungkan pengamatan, tanya jawab, dan menggali fakta-fakta dari berbagai referensi seperti buku, artikel pada jurnal, surat kabar, majalah yang relevan dan juga pencarian informasi secara online. Capaian luaran kegiatan ini adalah buah pikiran melalui diversifikasi rujak untuk memperbaharui dan keberlanjutan Rujak Ulek Umi Dewi  yaitu pada lokasi usaha agar lebih menjaga kebersihan, inovasi mengenai gerobak usaha dan penataan produk yang rapih agar pembeli tertarik.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of relational marketing to customer satisfaction with the case study on Postgraduate Students at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia who become the customer of Bank BNI Setiabudhi, Bandung. The study aims to determine the impact of relational marketings variables such as the level of commitment, empathy, reciprocity and trust to customer satisfaction. The research method is an explanatory research with probability sampling as the sampling method. There are 110 samples that collected through questionnaire. The samples are randomly selected and measured by Likert scale. Furthermore, the data is analyzed  with Multiple Linier Regression methods. The result of study implies that the variables of relational marketing impact positively to the level of customer satisfaction. The dimension of œtrust gives the strongest effect on customer satisfaction and the dimension of œempathy gives the weakest effect on customer satisfaction.KeywordsBank; customers; relational marketing; satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: This activity was carried out on SMEs producing snacks from sweet potatoes, namely opaque located in Medan under the name UD. Opak Minang Yolanda. Based on the observations, several problems were found, namely the texture is too fragile so it breaks easily, the taste has only one taste (original taste), the size is too large and the packaging is too simple. This activity is intended to assist UD. Opak Minang Yolanda in solving the main problems as described previously.The specific target in this activity is to improve product by diversifying products including texture, taste, size, packaging. The methods used in this activity are observations, interviews and seeking information from various literatures in the form of books, articles in journals, newspapers, relevant magazines and searching online. This activity also used a coaching pattern. The achievement of this study is the idea of opaque diversification for improvement in the sustainability of UD. Opak Minang Yolanda is an improvement in texture by thickening the volume of the opaque when formed, flavors made into various variants that are tailored to consumer tastes, sizes are made into two variants, namely large and small, making the packaging more attractive.Keywords: observation; opaque; snacks Abstrak: Studi ini dilakukan pada UMKM di Medan yang menghasilkan opak yaitu makanan ringan dari ubi dengan nama UD. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membimbing UD. Opak Minang Yolanda dalam menyelesaikan kesulitan utamanya seperti yang diuraikan sebelumnya. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini adalah membenahi produk dengan diversifikasi produk meliputi tekstur, cita rasa, ukuran, kemasan. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini adalah melangsungkan pengamatan, tanya jawab, dan menggali fakta-fakta dari berbagai referensi seperti buku, artikel pada jurnal, surat kabar, majalah yang relevan dan juga pencarian informasi secara online. Selain itu dilakukan pembinaan untuk merubah kualitas produk UD. Opak Minang Yolanda. Capaian luaran kegiatan ini adalah buah pikiran melalui diversifikasi opak untuk memperbaharui dan keberlanjutan UD. Opak Minang Yolanda yaitu pada tekstur dengan cara lebih menambah volume opak ketika dibentuk, cita rasa yang lebih bervarian yang disesuaikan dengan selera konsumen, ukuran menjadi 2 (dua) varian yaitu besar dan kecil serta menciptakan kemasan menjadi lebih menarik.Kata kunci: makanan ringan; observasi; opak

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of the product and the price of the purchase decisions of consumers SME market case on Pajak USU (Pajus) Medan. This research uses quantitative approach with explanatory research type. The sample technique used is non probability sampling, the number of samples are 96 respondents selected at random and data collection techniques used are questionnaires that measurement using Likert scale and statistical analysis with multiple linear regression method. The results showed that product completeness partially has no positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decision and price partially have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase decision. Whereas product completeness and price simultaneously influencing consumer purchase decision in Pajus Medan. The findings confirm that consumers' choice of coming to that place is to buy a product at a cheap price not because of the availability of a more complete product.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of product assortment and price discount on online purchase decision among university student in Indonesia. Ninety samples were employed which is students who had made an online purchase for fashion products. Purposive sampling has been applied as a sampling technique in this study. The results revealed that product assortment affected significantly to student online purchase decision. However, price discount did not affect significantly to online purchase decision. The limitation is only to test two variables of price discount and product diversity. Further studies are encouraged to consider other variables in determining online purchasing decisions such as trust, reputation, attractiveness of posting messages.
