Abstract

Implementasi jaringan komputer memiliki banyak masalah, terutama pada Wide Area Network (WAN), salah satunya adalah masalah routing. Routing masalah adalah bagaimana melakukan transmisi data antara node dengan jalur tercepat, terutama dalam topologi ring. Dalam topologi ring, setiap simpul hanya bisa dilalui oleh sebanyak satu. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, kami menggunakan algoritma genetika. Kami telah diuji pada arsitektur wan dari PT. XYZ terletak di Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah. Dengan ukuran populasi 100, metode seleksi elitisme, dan tingkat mutasi 0,08, hasil yang optimal diperoleh dengan jarak akhir adalah 44. Penggunaan metode seleksi elitisme dan nilai rate mutasi sangat berpengaruh untuk mendapatkan rute yang optimal.

Abstract

Routing problem is how to perform data transmission between nodes with the fastest path, especially in a ring topology. In a ring topology, every node can only be passed by as much as one. To solve this problem, we used a genetic algorithm. We have tested on the wan architecture of PT. XYZ  located in Kotawaringin Barat, Central Kalimantan. With a population size of 100, elitism selection method, and the mutation rate of 0.08, an optimal result is obtained with the final distance is 44. The use of elitism selection method and mutation rate value is very influential to get the optimal route.Keywords: Wide Area Network, Routing Problem, Genetic Algorithm, Ring Topology

Abstract

AbstrakKemajuan pesat dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi berpengaruh secara global yang dampaknya meluas hampir ke seluruh lini masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk dampak positif dari perkembangan TIK adalah munculya sistem digitalisasi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang dikenal sebagai Electronic Government (e- Government). Fenomena e-Government dapat didefinisikan yang mencakup semua penggunaan teknologi informasi oleh instansi pemerintah (seperti WAN, Internet, dan mobile computing) yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mengubah kondisi hubungan dengan warga, bisnis, dan pihak lain. E-Government pada saat ini masih sampai pada tahap pengembangan belum pada tahap evaluasi/penilaian e-government itu sendiri, sedangkan e-Government dapat dilihat mampu memberikan manfaat yang optimal ketika dalam kondisi mature, yaitu kondisi matang atau sempurna. Tujuan dari jurnal adalah membahas  model pengembangan  model maturity dari E-Government sesuai dengan 5 kategori Capability Maturity Models, the governmental models, the holistic appoarch models,  evolutionary e-government model maturity , dan related special purpose model serta kekurangan, kelebihan dari setiap kategorinya.Kata kunci: E-Government,model maturity, model maturity e-Government .AbstractRapid advances in information technology are globally influential whose impact extends almost to the entire community. One of the positive impacts of ICT development is the emergence of a digitalization system in government administration known as Electronic Government or e-Government. The phenomenon of e-Government can be defined that includes all the use of information technology by government agencies (such as Wide Area Network, Internet, and mobile computing) that have the ability to change condition relationships with citizens, businesses and other parties. E-Government is still at the stage of development not yet at the stage of evaluation / assessment of e-government itself, while e-Government can be seen able to provide optimal benefits when in mature conditions, ie conditions mature or perfect. The purpose of the journal is to discuss the maturity development model of E-Government according to the five categories of Capability Maturity Models, the governmental models, the holistic appoarch models, the evolutionary e-government maturity model, and related special purpose models and the shortcomings, advantages of each category.Keywords: E-Government,model maturity, model maturity e-Government

Abstract

Information technology can not be denied in daily activities and is the source of life of some business processes that cause companies to compete in making IT investments. Noted that IT investment increased significantly. However, the data also indicated this investment is not always followed by the achievement of organizational performance. This is known as IT Productivity Paradox, where the benefits obtained do not match what is invested. This phenomenon has long been discussed to this day. IT Productivity Paradox has become an interesting topic in some circles because some findings find different results. Some research proves that investment in IT / IS has driven the performance of the company, while not at other companies. This study aims to determine the phenomenon of IT productivity. The object of research is an organization that has invested and developed ERP system for the last 2 years. The analysis using Information Economics method. The result of investment measurement from this research shows that the application of ERP using Economic Information method in the period of about 2 years shows total project score (64,6) with predicate of influential project. The total score of the project is derived from three aspects of benefits, namely the real aspect, the quasi-real aspect, and the intangible aspect.

Abstract

Electronic grocery (e-grocery) is currently the most emerging subset of online shopping. Every week, 28.3% of people buy grocery products online. The value of e-grocery sales in Indonesia is predicted to continue to rise and will reach around US $5.6 trillion by 2026. This indicates that e-grocery is an important potential market for quick-commerce online shopping services in the future. A Systematic Literature Review research in the field of e-grocery has existed before. A Systematic Literature Review research in the field of e-grocery has existed before. However, to date, the authors have not found SLR research that focuses on exploring the driving factors of e-grocery adoption. To bridge the gap, the purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive overview of the factors that influence consumers to adopt e-grocery or online grocery shopping. The method used was Systematic Literature Review. The process of searching and selecting scientific articles through Scopus with various criteria resulted in 25 primary studies. The results showed that the most common driving factors found among the 25 studies were Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness adapted from TAM theory, delivery time factor, and demographic factors such as age, gender, income, and education level. Despite the numerous factors mentioned in the primary studies, no factor has been able to represent the phenomenon of deals and promotions that are often found in various e-commerce applications, including e-grocery service providers.

Abstract

IT Telkom Jakarta merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta di bawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom, bertransformasi dari Akademik Teknik Telekomunikasi Sandhy Putra Jakarta atau dikenal dengan nama Akademi Telkom Jakarta (Akatel). Pihaknya terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas internal dengan tujuan supaya mampu ikut bersaing bersama perguruan tinggi lain. Yaitu dengan mencoba salah satu upaya dengan mengevaluasi kinerja pegawai ITTelkom Jakarta. Saat ini, ITTelkom Jakarta masih melakukan evaluasi subjektif untuk menilai karyawan mana yang berkinerja baik, buruk, atau sangat buruk. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem evaluasi dan pemantauan yang akurat, jujur, dan objektif yang dapat memotivasi karyawan demi meningkatkan produktivitas kerja mereka. Saat melakukan proses evaluasi kinerja pegawai, instansi menetapkan berbagai kriteria. Penulis mengembangkan sistem pengambilan keputusan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode algoritma profile matching. Abstract

Pembelajaran daring adalah metode yang sering disebut pembelajaran online, dimana pembelajaran tersebut memanfaatkan telnologi internet, yang memiliki fitur-fitur unggul dalam menyajikan banyak bentuk konten pembelajaran. Internet merupakan teknologi dalam perkembangannya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kebutuhan masyarakat. Internet adalah koneksi antara komputer yang saling keterhubungan. Media sosial merupakan salah satu contoh aplikasi yang berbasis pada penggunaan teknologi internet. Media sosial menjadi tempat di mana pengguna dapat terhubung, berkomunikasi dan bertukar informasi dengan menggunakan internet sebagai jaringan penghubung. Aplikasi media sosial yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Discord. Discord adalah aplikasi untuk komunikasi berbasis suara, video dan teks. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, penulis mencoba mengimplementasikan aplikasi Discord dalam pembelajaran Pemrograman di Universitas Telkom kampus Jakarta. Penggunaan Discord digunakan dalam pelaksanaan perkuliahan asinkron untuk meningkatkan minat dan kreativitas mahasiswa dalam pemrograman.

Abstract

Website is one of the necessities needed by organizations, including educational organizations. Telkom University Jakarta Campus (TUJC) is an educational organization that needs it. Analysis methods needed to be conducted to find what needed to be improved. WebQual is utilized to gain this insight. Web Quality Index and Importance Performance analysis are performed to calculate the results. The results of the Web Quality index show that users' perspective is 60% on average and got a negative gap analysis. Therefore, the website needs improvements to satisfy the user. Importance Performance Analysis is used to find the indicator that needs improvement. The Importance Performance Analysis shows that timely website information and security are the main priority for improvement.
