Abstract

Pengelolaan tenaga administrasi di madrasah menjadi aspek kunci dalam menentukan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kualitas pelayanan pendidikan. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pemerintah Indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan signifikan dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, termasuk madrasah. Peneliti di lapangan telah menemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian jumlah tenaga administrasi sekolah dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis data yang digunakan dengan motode deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan administrasi yang dilakukan oleh tenaga administrasi di MTs Al Hidayah terdapat 6 bagian, dengan jumlah tenaga administrasi sekolah 6 orang. Adapun keenam urusan tersebut yang pertama adalah urusan administrasi sarana dan prasarana, kedua urusan administrasi umum, ketiga urusan administrasi kesiswaan, keempat urusan administrasi kepegawaian, kelima urusan administrasi kearsipan dan yang keenam urusan administrasi layanan khusus terutama pada bagian operator emis, hal ini tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 24 tahun 2008 tentang Standar Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah/Madrasah. Jadi dapat diambil kesimpulan yakni ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pengelolaan tenaga admnistrasi sekolah antara lain: penempatan posisi yang tepat, pembinaan dan pengembangan kompetensi, pengawasan, dan evaluasi kinerja.

Abstract

Effective leadership is a key factor in the success of project management. This paper analyzes various leadership styles applied in project management through a literature review. The primary focus of this study is on transformational, transactional, and situational leadership styles and their impact on team performance and project outcomes. The findings suggest that selecting an appropriate leadership style depends significantly on the project context, team characteristics, and challenges faced. Transformational leadership is particularly effective in projects requiring innovation and high collaboration, while transactional leadership is more suited for structured projects with clear procedures. Additionally, situational leadership, which allows leaders to adjust their style based on the project's dynamic nature, is highly flexible and adaptive. Other contributing factors to project success include emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and adapting to organizational culture and team diversity. These findings offer valuable insights for project management practitioners in selecting and developing leadership styles best suited to achieve optimal results in various project contexts.

Abstract

Multicultural education is an urgent need in a pluralistic Indonesian society. This article examines the urgency of multicultural education from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy as a foundation for building a tolerant, just, and inclusive civil society. This study collects and analyzes literature related to multicultural values in Islamic teachings and Islamic educational practices in Indonesia through a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results of the study show that in the treasury of Islamic educational philosophy, there are fundamental principles that are in line with multicultural values, such as tolerance (tasamuh), justice ('adl), equality (musawah), respect for differences, and the spirit of deliberation (shura). Islam views diversity as part of the sunnatullah that cannot be avoided and must be addressed with mutual respect. However, the reality of Islamic education in Indonesia still shows the dominance of a normative-doctrinal approach, providing little space for cross-cultural dialogue and critical thinking. Therefore, a reconstruction of the paradigm of Islamic education that is inclusive and contextual is needed by instilling multicultural values in the curriculum, learning methods, and educational practices as a whole. Thus, Islamic education does not only function as a transmission of religious knowledge, but also as a tool for social transformation in building a harmonious civil society in diversity. This article highlights explicitly two main questions: (1) how multicultural values are integrated into Islamic educational philosophy, and (2) to what extent such integration contributes to forming a civil society. The main contribution of this study is to offer an integrative conceptual framework that combines Islamic values with the principles of multiculturalism, which can be used as a reference in developing inclusive and contextual Islamic educational policies and practices.

Abstract

Islamic religious education faces various challenges that develop along with the times and social changes. Globalization, technology, politicization of religion, multiculturalism, and exclusivism are some of the main factors influencing the dynamics of Islamic religious education today. This research aims to discover the challenges and opportunities of Islamic religious education in a secular environment. The methodology used in this research is a literature study. The research results show that Islamic religious education in a secular environment faces complex challenges such as globalization, technology, multiculturalism, and religious exclusivism. Globalization brings secular values that conflict with Islamic religious teachings, while multiculturalism demands interfaith tolerance. Changes in the educational paradigm also require Islamic religious education to adapt to more holistic learning. However, opportunities, such as interfaith collaboration and the use of technology in learning, can be exploited. With a holistic and adaptive approach, Islamic religious education can strengthen Islamic identity, improve teacher quality, utilize technology, involve parents and the community, and realize comprehensive learning. This will help Islamic religious education become an important instrument in shaping student character, building interfaith harmony, and facing various challenges in modern life.Keyword : Islamic Religious Education; Multiculturalism; Secularism; Opportunities and Challenges

Abstract

This article explores the role of transformational leadership in youth empowerment to promote creativity and social innovation as part of a sustainable human resource development effort. Youth are vital national assets with great potential to contribute to social, economic, and cultural advancement. However, the lack of visionary leadership support often hinders the optimization of their potential. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature review method to examine relevant theories and previous research related to leadership, empowerment, and innovation. The findings reveal that transformational leadership enhances youth participation, creativity, and social responsibility through inspirational, communicative, and collaborative approaches. Transformational leaders act not only as policymakers but also as facilitators who foster a spirit of change and independence. Youth empowerment based on creativity and innovation has proven effective in strengthening competitiveness and driving positive social transformation. Therefore, the application of transformational leadership principles is an essential strategy in shaping young generations who are characterized, adaptive to change, and actively contribute to sustainable development.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of teacher performance management and its impact on the quality of education. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research explores an in-depth understanding of tesacher experiences, implementation challenges, and the contribution of performance management to student achievement. Teachers' awareness of performance management was found to be high, but was faced by implementation challenges, such as high workload and limited resources. School leadership plays a critical role in creating a culture that supports teacher performance management. These findings suggest that good implementation of teacher performance management correlates with improved quality of education. Recommendations include training program development, strengthening school leadership, implementation of a clear reward system, revision of school policies, and follow-up research. These recommendations are designed to strengthen practices and policies that support teacher engagement and education improvement. This research contributes to a better understanding of the complexity of teacher performance management implementation and its relevance to education quality. The implications and recommendations of this research can lay the foundation for improvements in practices and policies at the broader education level.

Abstract

In marriage, both husband and wife are required to carry out the rights and obligations, including the rights and obligations in intimate relationships. Islamic law and the Marriage Law regulate all aspects of married life. The aim of this research is to analyze the provisions of wives who reject intimate relations from the perspective of Islamic law and marriage law. The methodology used in this research uses qualitative research with literature study research procedures and uses deductive data analysis methods. So the research results were obtained, namely the first analysis of Islamic law, wives are required to continue to have the obligation to serve/serve their husbands, wherever and whenever with all their body and soul and an open heart. If the wife refuses, then the wife will have no blessings in her life and will be disobedient to her husband, except when the wife has obstacles that are justified by the Shari'a, such as illness, menstruation and childbirth. The second analysis of the Marriage Law in article 31 number 1 of 1974 confirms that the position and rights of the wife are the same as the position and rights of the husband in married life and in interacting with each other and with society, including the position and rights in intimate relations, husband or wife. has the right to refuse invitations to have intimate relations, reinforced by article 33 which states that husband and wife are obliged to care for each other, love, have and respect each other, be loyal and provide physical and spiritual assistance to each other, so between Islamic law and the marriage law There is a common thread that can be taken away, namely that there must be good communication between husband or wife in the context of intimate relationships and a strong sense of tolerance must be fostered so that a sakinah mawadah warahmah household can be built.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak penggunaan teknologi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran terhadap pola pikir inovatif siswa di Jawa Barat, Indonesia, dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif. Sampel sebanyak 150 siswa dari berbagai tingkat pendidikan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, memberikan wawasan tentang frekuensi penggunaan teknologi dan skor pola pikir inovatif mereka. Statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasilnya menunjukkan frekuensi penggunaan teknologi yang cukup tinggi (rata-rata = 4,2 kali per minggu) dan tingkat pemikiran inovatif yang terpuji di kalangan siswa (rata-rata skor pola pikir inovatif = 78 dari 100). Analisis korelasi menunjukkan hubungan positif yang sedang hingga kuat (r = 0,62) antara penggunaan teknologi dan pola pikir inovatif, dengan analisis regresi berikutnya menunjukkan kekuatan prediksi yang signifikan dari penggunaan teknologi (β = 0,48). Temuan ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang interaksi dinamis antara teknologi dan inovasi dalam pendidikan, memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para praktisi pendidikan dan pembuat kebijakan di Jawa Barat.

Abstract

This comprehensive literature review explores the multifaceted dimensions of optimizing educator professionalism in learning development. Digging into the field of an educator who must have and master his competencies and at the same time know his rights and obligations so that he becomes a truly professional educator. This review synthesizes existing research, identifies trends, and offers insights for educators, policymakers, and researchers. The reason behind this exploration lies in the urgency to find out the professionalism of a teacher, namely: the position of professional educators, realizing professional educators, and the development of learning models by professional educators. This review examines models of teacher professional development with the aim of providing teachers with options to improve their professionalism. If teacher professionalism improves, it is certain that the quality of education can also increase.
