Abstract

Edu-Game mitigasi bencana bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mitigasi bencana bagi anak usia dini, hal ini berlandaskan dari rendahnya kesiapsiagaan anak usia dini dalam menghadapi situasi bencana alam. Penelitian ini merancang produk yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran yang bisa dioprasikan melalui komputer atau android. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dapat membantu guru dalam meningkatkan dan menumbuhkan kesadaran mitigasi bencana sejak dini kepada siswa. Pada edu-game mitigasi bencana dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang media pembelajaran yang efektif yang dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan kemampuan mitigasi bencana bagi anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan dengan desain model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu Analize, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluate. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data berupa validasi yang dilakukan oleh para ahli yaitu ahli PAUD, ahli Bahasa dan ahli media yang selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba ke lapangan. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di TKN PKCJ pada kelompok B. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa edu-game mitigasi bencana sangat layak digunakan dan efektif dalam memberikan pemahaman mitigasi bencana bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Konteks pekerjaan akan banyak berorientasi bahwa salary merupakan dukungan yang besar bagi jod satisfaction, namun demikian pendapat itu tidak sepenuhnya bisa dibenarkan. Bahwa uang bukan menjadi dukungan sepenuhnya seseorang mendapatkan kepuasan. Asumsi tersebut kemudian akan dibahas berdasarkan teoritical framework job satisfaction yang memandang pekerjaan adalah sebuah panggilan adalah sebuah pemaknaan terhadap kebermanfaatan layanan untuk orang banya, sehingga bukan cara pandang status, pendapatan, dan prestige yang di tuju. Artikel ini mengemukakan mengenai argumen-argumen  terhadap Job Satisfaction pendidik PAUD ditengah problematika kesejahteraan materil yang belum terpenuhi secara maksimal. Argumen inti pada artikel ini bahwa proses pengabdian yang dilakukan secara penuh dan tanpa pamrih oleh guru PAUD merupakan perilaku baik (kindness). Kebaikan dalam sisi psikologis yang dilakukan oleh seorang memungkinkan membangun kebermaknaan yang berharga dan mendorong kepuasan. Hak yang dimaksud dalam konteks ini tidak hanya sebatas kesejahteraan pada materil, akan tetapi hak yang didapatkan kesejahteraan psikologis yang mana salah satunya adalah job satisfaction (kesejahteraan dalam pekerjaan). Hal ini penting untuk diperhatikan, agar kemudian seorang pendidik dapat optimal dalam menjalankan kewajibannya secara profesional.

Abstract

The PAUD to Elementary School Transition Movement is a movement released by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Culture.  This transition movement is expected to be not just a breath of fresh air as a mere policy. But it can be realized according to the government's goal of creating a pleasant transition for PAUD children to enter the elementary level.  Of course, this needs various parties to work together to make it happen, starting from the exit, teachers, schools and policy makers. The period of early childhood education to the level of elementary education can be called the transition period from early childhood education to elementary school. The transition from PAUD to elementary school is a critical stage for children. During the transition period, children are usually not ready to receive the learning process in elementary school. If the transition stage fails, the next learning process will also fail. The transition from PAUD to elementary school must certainly have readiness for children, parental readiness and school readiness. Parents are in the scope of the family and the family is the closest educational scope of a child, parents are a crucial role in the readiness of children to go to school. Parents' perception of how their children are ready is certainly different. This is a preliminary study by the researcher with the aim of having a basis for further research on the transition from early childhood education to elementary school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, with interview techniques, from this research there are three themes, namely the perception of children's readiness to enter the elementary level, the perception of parents' preparation to enter the early childhood level and the dilemma of parents in preparing their children to enter the elementary education level

Abstract

Anak dengan kebutuhan khusus berbeda dari anak biasa. Setiap orang tidak ingin dilahirkan dengan kelainan. Orang tua juga tidak ada yang ingin anak mereka dilahirkan dengan kelainan. Sekolah Khusus (SKH) atau Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) biasanya adalah sekolah yang mampu memfasilitasi anak berkebutuhan khusus, namun telah berubah dan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus sekarang dapat bersekolah di Sekolah Regular. Pemerintah juga sudah menetapkannya melalui undang-undang bahwa sekolah umum harus memberikan pendidikan inklusif. Ketidaksiapan guru dalam melayani anak berkebutuhan khusus di kelas rentan mengalami stres dikarenakan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan sarana prasarana yang tidak memadai. Stres pada guru dapat mengakibatkan hal yang fatal. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pelatihan Coping Stress (Problem And Emotion Focused) Untuk Guru PAUD Dalam Menangani Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Di Sekolah Reguler dengan tujuan memberikan pengetahuan kepada guru PAUD yang menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus atau yang kemungkinan besar akan menerima anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah PAUD regular untuk mengelola stres denga cara yang bijak sehingga tidak melampiaskan rasa tertekan dengan cara-cara yang negatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan Pelatihan kepada guru PAUD yang menangani anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah regular. Penelitian ini menunjukan adanya penambahan pemahaman guru tentan coping stres dan penanganan anak ABK. Children with special needs are different from typically developing children. No one wishes to be born with a disability, and parents also do not want their children to have disabilities. Special Schools are typically institutions that cater to children with special needs, however times have changed and children with special needs can now attend regular schools. The government has also mandated this through legislation, which requires public schools to provide inclusive education. One challenge is that many teachers are unprepared to serve children with special needs, which can lead to stress due to limited knowledge and insufficient infrastructure. Teacher stress can have serious consequences. Therefore, there is a need for training in stress coping strategies (both problem-focused and emotion-focused) for Early Childhood Education (ECCE) teachers, particularly those caring for children with special needs in regular schools. The goal of this training is to equip ECCE teachers with the knowledge and skills needed to manage stress effectively and avoid expressing it in harmful ways. The method used in this study involves training ECCE teachers who work with children with special needs in regular schools. The results of the research show that there is an improvement in teachers' understanding of how to cope with stress and support children with special needs.

Abstract

Early reading is one of the preparations for kindergarten children to be able to read simple words, know the spelling and meaning of the words. Early reading can have a positive impact on children's language development for educational levels. Early reading is a reading activity that is taught in a programmed manner to preschool children. This program focuses on words that are complete and meaningful in the child's personal context. One method that can stimulate early childhood to develop their language is through the storytelling method. The storytelling method is a way to convey or present learning materials orally in the form of stories from teachers to children. In educational units, storytelling is one method to improve early language skills that can develop several physical and psychological aspects of early childhood according to their developmental stages. The purpose of writing this research is to determine the application of the storytelling method in the reading skills of early childhood children aged 5-6 years at Karya Mandiri 2 Kramatwatu Kindergarten. This type of research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate the application of the early childhood storytelling method to reading skills. The storytelling method is very helpful for early childhood to develop their language skills. In addition, the storytelling method can also develop children's imagination, making children braver and more confident.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of students' mathematical concepts influenced by several things, one of which is the learning model used by the teacher. The teacher's selection of an inappropriate learning model will affect the student's learning process. Therefore, learning is needed to make it easier for students to understand mathematical concepts and involve them to be more active and concentrate more in the learning process. The research aims to determine: 1). Is the ability to understand the concept of students who are given learning with nested type models better than those given conventional learning; 2). How does using the nested type model affect the ability to understand the concepts of class VII MTS Ashhabul Maimanah? The method used in this study is the True experimental design method, posttest-only control design. Data collection techniques using students' mathematical concept understanding tests amounted to 8 items of description, and data analysis was carried out by testing requirements (normality test and homogeneity test), Hypothesis 1 Test (Average difference test), and Hypothesis 2 Test (Effect Size). Based on the t-test obtained = 2.8108 and = 1.1683. Because > so the decision is rejected and accepted. Based on the interpretation of the Cohens table in Table 1.7 with the 79th percentile in addition to the effect size, which is 0.882, this shows that the non-overlapping distribution of the experimental class scores with the control class score distribution of 47.7% is high. The conclusion is 1). Understanding the concept given by nested model learning is better than the conventional model. 2) The effect of using a nested learning model on the concept understanding of the seventh-grade students of MTS Ashhabul Maimanah is high.

Abstract

Membentuk sebuh kebiasaan yang positif sejak dini menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun karakter anak. Program 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat yang diluncurkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan bertujuan untuk menanamkan kebiasaan baik, seperti bangun pagi, beribadah, berolahraga, makan sehat, gemar belajar, bermasyarakat, dan tidur cepat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kelompok Bermain (Kober) Al-Mizan, Kecamatan Tatakan, Kota Serang, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran guru dan orang tua mengenai pentingnya kolaborasi dalam membentuk kebiasaan positif anak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei lapangan, sosialisasi melalui workshop, serta pendampingan dalam menyusun strategi implementasi kebiasaan tersebut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa orang tua dan guru semakin menyadari pentingnya peran mereka sebagai teladan, serta mulai menerapkan strategi seperti pemberian reward, mengajarkan berbagi, dan menjaga pola makan sehat anak. Kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu bersama anak dan pengaruh lingkungan keluarga lain dapat diatasi melalui komunikasi yang efektif. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekitar sangat diperlukan untuk menciptakan konsistensi dalam pembentukan kebiasaan positif anak. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi dan pendampingan berkala serta dukungan dari berbagai pihak menjadi kunci keberhasilan program ini.

Abstract

Masa transisi dari Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) ke Sekolah Dasar (SD) merupakan fase krusial dalam perkembangan anak. Tidak semua anak dapat langsung beradaptasi dengan perubahan ini, sehingga diperlukan persiapan yang matang, baik secara emosional, sosial, maupun kognitif. Gerakan Transisi PAUD ke SD yang diluncurkan oleh Kemenristekdikbud bertujuan untuk menciptakan pengalaman transisi yang menyenangkan bagi anak-anak. Namun, keberhasilan transisi ini sangat bergantung pada kolaborasi antara orang tua, guru, dan lingkungan sekolah. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada orang tua dan pendidik mengenai pentingnya kesiapan anak dalam menghadapi masa transisi. Fokus utama yang dibahas adalah stimulasi 6 pondasi dasar kesiapan sekolah, Metode yang digunakan dalam Sosialisasi ini mencakup survei, sosialisasi, dan diskusi interaktif yang melibatkan orang tua dan guru. Hasil dari Sosialisasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep kesiapan sekolah serta strategi praktis dalam mendampingi anak selama masa transisi. Dengan adanya kolaborasi yang baik antara orang tua dan guru, diharapkan anak-anak dapat menghadapi fase transisi ini dengan lebih nyaman dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Strengthening character education in early childhood is one of the strategic steps in preparing a generation that is intelligent and has good character. This Community Service Activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the role of collaboration between teachers and parents in developing the character of great children through seven positive habits in early childhood. The implementation was carried out through socialization with a participatory approach to teachers and parents at PAUD Darunnajwa regarding the urgency and implementation of the seven positive habits of great children. The results showed an increase in teachers' and parents' understanding of the urgency of character education in early childhood and the implementation in integrating character values through the habituation of 7 (seven) positive habits of great children and the importance of positive habits both at home and at school. This Community Service Activity provides recommendations to teachers and schools to be able to maintain consistent and sustainable cooperation in the formation of children's character.

Abstract

The transition period is a crucial time for children, during which they are required to adapt to a new environment and various changes. Many children feel anxious, afraid, or hesitant to be separated from their parents. The role of parents and teachers is vital in helping children adapt during this period so that they are ready for school. The DPL KKM 70 UNIBA group conducted community service activities coinciding with the beginning of the new school year in the form of parenting sessions, featuring speakers from PGPAUD UNIBA lecturers, using a socialization method. This activity aimed to encourage parents to prepare for their child's transition period, recognize their needs, and promote active parental involvement in optimizing child growth and development through collaboration between teachers and parents. The results showed an increase in parental understanding before and after the socialization. If you want, I can also help make it more concise or formal.
