Abstract

Marketing plays a vital role in business success, where well-designed strategies such as high product quality and online customer reviews serve as a key determinants of consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the influence of product quality and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Vaseline Gluta-Hya hand & body lotion in Surabaya. A quantitative approach was employed, using purposive sampling with a total of 98 respondents. Data were analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4. The results show that both product quality and online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that consumers of Vaseline Gluta-Hya tend to choose products that offer tangible benefits and added value compared to competing products in the market. Moreover, online customer reviews serve as a crucial source of information for consumers in evaluating the product’s quality, strengths, and weaknesses.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) implementation in production waste management at Batik Royyan Tuban by integrating the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method based on POM-QM for Windows software. The research method used is a case study with a mixed approach: descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and primary and secondary documentation. The results show that the application of EOQ with an annual demand of 19,800 units results in an optimal order quantity of 890 units per order with a total annual inventory cost of Rp 2,224,860. This strategy reduces ordering frequency, optimizes storage space, reduces raw material waste, and supports energy efficiency and carbon emission reduction. The integration of EOQ and GSCM has significantly impacted operational efficiency and environmental sustainability in the batik industry sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses optimalisasi usaha nasabah BTPN Syariah di Bulak melalui kegiatan pendampingan usaha. Optimalisasi usaha difokuskan pada empat aspek utama, yaitu identitas usaha, literasi usaha, literasi digital, dan perilaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap nasabah UMKM peserta pendampingan di Bulak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan memberikan dampak positif terhadap penguatan identitas usaha melalui penggunaan nama dan logo yang lebih konsisten, peningkatan literasi usaha dalam memahami kualitas produk dan pemasaran sederhana, serta peningkatan literasi digital dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi digital sebagai media promosi. Selain itu, pendampingan juga mendorong perubahan perilaku usaha ke arah yang lebih proaktif, profesional, dan adaptif terhadap teknologi. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan modal dan fasilitas usaha, pendampingan terbukti mampu mengoptimalkan kapasitas usaha dan memperkuat daya saing UMKM nasabah BTPN Syariah.Kata Kunci: UMKM; pendampingan usaha; identitas usaha; literasi digital; perilaku usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ketidakefisienan pengelolaan usaha warung makan kuning ditinjau dari penerapan fungsi manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam terhadap pemilik usaha. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa ketidakefisienan pengelolaan usaha disebabkan oleh belum optimalnya penerapan fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengawasan sumber daya manusia. Pemilik usaha masih mengandalkan pengalaman dan intuisi dalam perencanaan produksi dan tenaga kerja, pembagian tugas belum jelas, pengarahan kerja belum terstruktur, serta pengawasan terhadap keuangan dan operasional belum berjalan secara konsisten. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan beban kerja tidak seimbang, keterbatasan pemanfaatan peluang pasar, serta tingginya ketergantungan usaha pada peran pemilik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman awal kepada pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya manusia sebagai aset strategis sehingga diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kualitas pelayanan, dan keberlanjutan usaha warung makan kuning di Kecamatan Cerme.

Abstract

The Warung Nasi Bu Menik MSME in Keboananom Village faces the challenge of limited marketing reach, which hinders the growth of its consumer base. This community service project aims to increase the visibility and accessibility of the business by optimizing the Google Maps platform and Facebook social media. The method used is participatory assistance, which includes adding the business location to Google Maps and creating and managing promotional content on the Facebook account. The results of the activity show that the integration of Google Maps has succeeded in facilitating consumer navigation to the physical location, while the use of Facebook has significantly expanded product information exposure. The use of integrated digital media has proven to be effective in increasing the online presence of MSMEs, which is a crucial foundation for the competitiveness of micro businesses in the digital era.
