Employee compliance is a form of obedience from a person's attitude in complying with certain regulations or provisions related to work. This study aims to determine and analyze employee compliance at PT Cipta Megaswara Televisi (Kompas TV) Traffic Division. This study uses a qualitative research method, a type of research where researchers rely on the views of participants or informants. Researchers took four samples related to the research topic. These four samples provided researchers with various information or important aspects that improve or enrich understanding of the perspective being studied. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that employee compliance in the traffic division has improved significantly due to the regulations enforced by the company and employees' ability to demonstrate a responsible attitude and professionalism when implementing compliance in the workplace. Factors influencing employee compliance can be improved through motivation, leadership, and effective communication, thus employee compliance can be significantly improved and to encourage greater compliance. Strategies to improve employee compliance require companies to develop more in-depth strategies such as weekly training and more effective supervision. Therefore, researchers hope that the results of this study can provide suggestions and insights regarding employee compliance in any company.

This study aims to analyze the use of the Electronic Official Manuscript (NADINE) application in managing archive documents at LEMIGAS as part of the implementation of digital transformation in government agencies. NADINE is an electronic correspondence system that includes the process of inputting, verifying, disposing, and storing documents in PDF format. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, through interview techniques, observation, documentation, and literature studies. Informants consisted of one key informant (Head of the Archives Building) and three active NADINE users. The results of the study show that the implementation of NADINE makes a significant contribution to increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of archive management. This application facilitates online document access, supports work flexibility, and speeds up the search process through features based on letter numbers or sender names. However, there are still technical obstacles such as dependence on internet connections, suboptimal features, and the lack of integration of static archives and archive destruction systems. From a non-technical perspective, challenges include limited training and readiness of human resources in adopting digital technology. This study is expected to be a recommendation for the development of the NADINE system for other agencies in implementing electronic archive management effectively and sustainably.

This study aims to determine the effect of time management and learning discipline on academic achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire data collection technique in a Google form with a Likert scale of 1-5. The population in this study were 743 student activists at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, using the Taro Yamane formula with a 5% error tolerance level, resulting in a sample of 260 respondents. Data processing was carried out using the statistical application Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 27. The results of the study indicate that time management and learning discipline influence academic achievement partially and simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination of the influence of time management and learning discipline contributes 73% to academic achievement, while the other 27% is influenced by other factors that have not been studied.

This study aims to analyze the digital communication patterns in the Institutional Business Division of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. In today’s digital era, effective communication is crucial to support smooth operations and relationships between internal and external parties. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation and in-depth interviews with employees in the division. The results show that the division utilizes various digital communication platforms such as WhatsApp, email, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, for both formal and informal communication. However, several challenges were identified, including miscommunication, information overload, and technical issues such as unstable signal quality. Miscommunication often occurs due to the limited non-verbal expression in text-based communication. The study also found that digital communication facilitates coordination among teams and speeds up decision-making. However, challenges such as difficulty in understanding the context of messages and information overload need to be addressed to enhance communication effectiveness. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company enhance digital literacy and optimize communication platforms to support digital communication effectiveness within the organization.

Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi, terutama bagi generasi muda yang memiliki potensi besar untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan berkontribusi pada perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Keterampilan Berwirausaha (X2) Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (Y) Siswa SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan analisis statistik untuk menguji hipotesis. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer, yang dikumpulkan langsung oleh peneliti dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada responden melalui google forms menggunakan skala Likert 1-5, lalu hasilnya dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Populasi terjangkau dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta yang berjumlah 360 siswa. Dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian, purposive sampling dan proportionate stratified random sampling akan digunakan secara bersamaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen untuk mengevaluasi validitas dan reliabilitas merupakan langkah awal dalam penelitian ini. Selain itu, dilakukan analisis statistik deskriptif (mean, mode, range), uji normalitas dan linearitas, uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji heteroskedastisitas dan multikolinearitas, dan uji F, T, dan koefisien determinasi R2. Berdasarkan perhitungan uji analisis tersebut, hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan (X1) terhadap keberhasilan usaha (Y). (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan berwirausaha (X2) terhadap keberhasilan usaha (Y). (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pendidikan kewirausahaan (X1) dan keterampilan berwirausaha (X2) secara simultan terhadap keberhasilan usaha (Y).

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Belajar yang Kreatif, Orientasi Tujuan Pembelajaran, dan Ikatan Jaringan Terhadap Kreativitas Siswa di SMKN 42 Jakarta dengan Berbagi Pengetahuan sebagai Mediator. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran angket melalui Google Form. Populasi yang digunakan adalah siswa SMKN 42 Jakarta pada kelas X dan XI. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsionate stratified random sampling dengan menerapkan rumus Hair, sehingga total minimal sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 150 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis Penilaian Model Pengukuran (Outer Model), Penilaian Model Struktural (Inner Model), dan Analisis Hipotesis untuk menguji pengaruh langsung (direct effect) dan pengaruh tidak langsung (indirect effect) dimana pengujian akan dilakukan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah variabel mediasi yaitu berbagi pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kreativitas siswa, ketiga variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu lingkungan belajar yang kreatif, orientasi tujuan pembelajaran, dan ikatan jaringan juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kreativitas siswa ketika dimediasi oleh berbagi pengetahuan. Lingkungan belajar yang mendukung kreativitas mendorong siswa bertukar ide melalui kegiatan kolaboratif, diskusi, dan kerja kelompok untuk menemukan solusi kreatif. Keinginan mempelajari hal baru juga menuntut siswa berbagi pengetahuan agar memperoleh informasi yang memperkaya wawasan dan meningkatkan kemampuan diri. Selain itu, ikatan jaringan dengan teman, guru, atau lingkungan di luar sekolah memperluas akses informasi yang mendukung pengembangan kreativitas siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kewirausahaan digital dan content creativity terhadap inovasi produk digital siswa SMKN 40 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 216 orang dari seluruh siswa kelas XI SMKN 40 Jakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini berdasarkan table Issac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% adalah 140 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan SEM PLS dengan software Smart PLS versi 4.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktual, dan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Mendapatkan hasil bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan digital berperngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi produk digital, content creativity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi produk digital, pembelajaran kewirausahaan digital berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap content creativity dan pembelajaran kewirausahaan digital berpengaruh tidak langsung positif dan siginifikan terhadap inovasi produk digital melalui content creativity pada siswa SMKN 40 Jakarta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas pembelajaran dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap keterampilan digital siswa di SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta Timur. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan bersifat kuantitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 4.0. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta sebanyak 643 siswa. Dari populasi tersebut, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 108 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, skala likert digunakan untuk pengukuran variabel, dan analisis yang diterapkan adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya fasilitas pembelajaran dan teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan digital siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengembangan kurikulum dan fasilitas pendidikan di SMK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel Fasilitas Pembelajaran terhadap Keterampilan Digital Siswa. Selain itu, variabel Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Digital Siswa. Secara bersamaan, Fasilitas Pembelajaran dan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap Keterampilan Digital Siswa.

The objectives of this research are 1) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on the resilience of students at SMK Tirta Sari Surya. 2) to determine the effect of parenting styles on the resilience of students at SMK Tirta Sari Surya. 3) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and parenting styles on the resilience of students at SMK Tirta Sari Surya. This study utilizes a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population for this research consists of 518 students from SMK Tirta Sari Surya. The samples were obtained using the proportionate stratified random sampling method, resulting in a total of 225 students for this research. The data collected was then analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square) with data processing utilizing the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis techniques in this study include measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that are 1) there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence on resilience. 2) there is a positive and significant effect between parenting styles on resilience. 3) there is a positive and significant effect jointly between emotional intelligence and parenting styles on resilience.

This study aims to examine the influence of academic stress and self-regulation on academic procrastination among students at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Academic procrastination is a behavior commonly observed among vocational students who are required to balance both theoretical learning and practical skills development. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational survey method. A total of 289 students from tenth and eleventh grades, representing six vocational programs, were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires utilizing a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The findings of this study revealed that academic stress has a positive and significant effect on academic procrastination, with a regression coefficient of 0.224 and a t-value of 8.668 (p < 0.05). This indicates that higher levels of academic stress are associated with greater tendencies to procrastinate. In contrast, self-regulation was found to have a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination, with a regression coefficient of -0.351 and a t-value of 7.943 (p < 0.05), suggesting that students with stronger self-regulation skills are less likely to engage in procrastination. Furthermore, the simultaneous influence of academic stress and self-regulation on academic procrastination was significant, as evidenced by an F-value of 64.765 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.644, indicating that 64.4% of the variance in academic procrastination can be explained by the two independent variables. These results underscore the critical role of stress management and the development of self-regulation abilities in mitigating academic procrastination among vocational school students. Educational interventions focused on reducing stress levels and enhancing self-regulatory behaviors may serve as effective strategies to promote better academic outcomes and reduce counterproductive procrastination habits.
