Congregational prayer is worship carried out by a group of people, at least two people, with the selection of an imam who is fluent in reading and has a good understanding of Islamic law. It is the Imam who stands in the front row, while the others are the makmum or followers. As far as the author is concerned, there is an interesting side when discussing the efforts and supporting factors that regional heads are trying to improve the culture of congregational prayer for students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation techniques. For data analysis, Miles and Huberman's interactive model was used through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of discussions on regional head management in improving the culture of congregational prayer in the Zaid bin Tsabit area show that regional heads implement various efforts, such as setting an example, providing motivation and religious activities, routine supervision. The implementation of these efforts has proven effective in increasing the participation of students in carrying out congregational prayers and strengthening social and spiritual ties in the Islamic boarding school environment. Evaluation can be done by looking at supporting and inhibiting factors. This research concludes that the active role and commitment of the head of the Sengat area is important in building a strong culture of congregational prayer in Islamic boarding schools, especially in the Zaid bin Tsabit area

Abstract

Inclusive education is an approach that aims to provide equal access to education for all children, including students with special needs. This approach emphasizes respect for diversity and equality of learning opportunities without discrimination. This study aims to identify the role of teachers in the success of inclusive education in regular schools, including professional, pedagogical, social, and personal competencies. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document studies. The research was conducted in Indonesia, where the implementation of inclusive education is increasingly strengthened as part of expanding access to education and implementing the principle of equality. The results of the study indicate that teachers play an important role in creating an inclusive learning environment. This is done through curriculum adaptation, the application of differentiated learning methods, and classroom management that encourages collaboration between regular students and students with special needs. In addition, training and support from schools and the government are key factors in improving teacher capacity. Teachers not only act as teachers, but also as facilitators, motivators, and mentors who help student development. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of teachers as the vanguard in inclusive education. Effective implementation requires competent teachers and is supported by a supportive education ecosystem. These findings contribute to the development of inclusive education policies and practices, especially in improving the quality of inclusive and equitable learning in Indonesia.

Abstract

Education is one of the basic needs of humans as cultured and rational beings who also act as caliphs on earth. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) functions to form humans who are faithful, pious, have noble character, and have a complete personality through the transfer of experience, knowledge, and skills. This study aims to examine the application of a scientific approach in PAI learning with the Project Based Learning (PBL) method in high schools. This study uses a descriptive field research method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of PAI teachers and the learning process. The analysis was carried out inductively to understand the existing phenomena. The results of the study showed that PAI teachers designed a scientific approach before the semester began by reviewing the syllabus, Core Competencies (KI), Basic Competencies (KD), educational calendar, materials, methods, learning models, assessments, time allocation, and learning resources. The application of a scientific approach with the PBL method involves learning activities including preliminary, core, and closing activities. This approach makes students more active in the learning process, especially in the 5M stages: observing, asking, trying, reasoning, and communicating. The contribution of this research lies in the finding that a scientific approach applied with PBL strategies can increase student motivation and engagement, thereby creating a more meaningful learning experience according to each student's learning style.

Abstract

Combining online and physical education transformed Pakistan's higher education. This study compares educational methods' pros and cons. This study investigates Pakistani higher education institutions' instructional modes' performance, student choice, and challenges. Good mixed-methods study used quantitative and qualitative data. This extensive survey comprised 500 Pakistani public and private college students. Students, instructors, and administrators were carefully questioned to confirm the results. Theme analysis examined qualitative data, whereas descriptive statistics, t-tests, and regression analysis examined quantitative data. According to data, many students choose online education for its flexibility and convenience. Student engagement and success are lower in online education than in physical education. Physical education is superior to high-quality education despite logistical restrictions due to active involvement and controlled learning conditions. Technology, the digital divide, accessibility, and packed classrooms affect online and physical education. The paper recommends separate online and physical education for Pakistani higher education students. A hybrid paradigm combining both modalities' capabilities is proposed. These results show policymakers and educators require technical infrastructure, digital literacy, and inclusive education. All Pakistani children need these programs for a fair and practical education.

Abstract

Ethical considerations should be examined to determine how AI and ML affect education. Educational AI and ML bring privacy, security, and student data usage problems. This research examined AI and ML ethics in higher education at selected universities. Ethical issues AI and machine learning in education provide fairness, privacy, and openness. AI training data may perpetuate educational biases and impair student achievement. For complete comprehension, mixed methods research included quantitative and qualitative data. Four Lusaka district universities contributed 100 survey respondents. The initiative included four universities' department chairs, professors, and students. Structured open-ended interviews and questionnaires collected data. Quantitative questionnaire data was descriptively examined in SPSS and Excel, while semi-structured interview data was thematically evaluated. According to research, AI may reduce educational monitoring and learner engagement. Another concern is the digital gap and AI access. AI's sophisticated skills may be inaccessible to impoverished students, worsening educational inequity. The report advised training students and staff on data security and providing explicit permission procedures for data use in AI-driven educational systems, including strong encryption, anonymisation, and access limits.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is expected to encourage positive changes and improve management quality so schools become more responsive to the demands of the times. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on management innovation in Islamic Senior High Schools in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach and survey design, this study involved 150 respondents, consisting of teachers and staff in selected schools. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis to test the relationship between transformational leadership and management innovation. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a significant influence on management innovation. School leaders who apply an inspirational leadership style have been shown to facilitate the implementation of more effective managerial practices. These findings indicate that leadership that motivates and empowers teachers and staff increases their creativity and participation in the innovation process, ultimately improving the quality of education. This study recommends developing a more effective leadership model to encourage sustainable management innovation in these schools. In addition, this study also provides important implications regarding the role of leadership in creating an environment that supports innovation in schools.
