Abstract

Seks bebas pada remaja menjadi isu kesehatan masyarakat yang mendesak, seiring dengan tingginya angka kehamilan remaja di Indonesia, khususnya di Sleman. Kurangnya edukasi seksual serta pengaruh lingkungan memperparah situasi ini. Buku saku sebagai media edukatif dinilai potensial dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja secara inklusif dan mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest control group design yang melibatkan 76 siswa SMP Negeri 2 Gamping, Sleman, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Kelompok intervensi diberi buku saku tentang seks bebas selama 14 hari, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak menerima perlakuan. Pengetahuan diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok intervensi, dari 94,7% kategori pengetahuan kurang menjadi 97,4% kategori baik (p < 0,05). Sementara pada kelompok kontrol tidak terjadi peningkatan signifikan. Media buku saku terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja mengenai seks bebas, berkat sifatnya yang praktis, fleksibel, dan mampu menjangkau siswa secara mandiri. Media ini direkomendasikan sebagai strategi edukatif di lingkungan sekolah untuk mencegah perilaku seksual berisiko.

Abstract

Stunting adalah masalah gizi yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian ASI eksklusif terhadap kejadian stunting pada anak di bawah dua tahun di Puskesmas Karangmojo II, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 55 ibu dengan anak usia 0-24 bulan yang dipilih secara accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner mengenai pengetahuan ibu tentang ASI eksklusif dan stunting. Hasil analisis Chi-square menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dan kejadian stunting (p = 0,000). Dari 19 ibu yang memberikan ASI eksklusif, 14 anak tidak mengalami stunting, sementara dari 36 ibu yang tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif, 33 anak mengalami stunting. Pemberian ASI eksklusif berperan penting dalam pencegahan stunting, namun faktor lain seperti pendidikan, pekerjaan ibu, dan pengetahuan juga mempengaruhi kejadian stunting. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah desain cross-sectional dan sampel terbatas pada satu wilayah. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan edukasi tentang ASI eksklusif dan memberikan dukungan bagi ibu bekerja agar dapat menyusui dengan optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze phonological interference in Arabic language learning and to formulate an effective strategy through the integration of the Total Physical Response (TPR) method and feedback. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research design. The focus is on learners in Islamic schools, namely Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), and Madrasah Aliyah (MA), who are generally at beginner to intermediate levels with Indonesian as their first language. The findings indicate that phonological interference is influenced by differences in sound systems, articulatory habits (muscle memory), and psychological factors such as language anxiety. The integration of TPR and feedback is effective in minimizing pronunciation errors through cognitive, motor, and affective approaches. In the comprehension phase, recast is used, while in the production phase, explicit corrective feedback is more effective, with metalinguistic feedback serving as reinforcement. This study proposes the TPR-F model as an adaptive, systematic, and contextual procedure for teaching Arabic phonology in Islamic school settings.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis interferensi fonologi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab serta merumuskan strategi melalui integrasi metode Total Physical Response (TPR) dan feedback. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis library research. Fokus kajian diarahkan pada pembelajar di MI, Mts, dan MA, yang umumnya berada pada tingkat pemula hingga menengah dengan latar belakang bahasa ibu bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interferensi fonologi dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan sistem bunyi, kebiasaan artikulatoris (muscle memory), serta faktor psikologis seperti language anxiety. Integrasi TPR dan feedback efektif meminimalisir kesalahan pelafalan melalui pendekatan kognitif, motorik, dan afektif. Pada fase pemahaman digunakan recast, sedangkan pada fase produksi explicit corrective feedback lebih efektif, dengan metalinguistic feedback sebagai penguatan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model TPR-F sebagai prosedur pembelajaran fonologi yang adaptif, sistematis, dan kontekstual dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di madrasah.

Abstract

The National Health Insurance Program aims to improve equitable access to health services through a tiered referral system. However, many people still do not understand the referral mechanism, so they often go directly to advanced health facilities without first visiting primary health facilities. This community service activity aims to increase public understanding of the National Health Insurance referral system and to strengthen the role of health cadres in delivering health information. The implementation method was carried out through health education activities for community members visiting the Bayan Community Health Center in Purworejo Regency. The activities were conducted using lectures, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions with simple, easy-to-understand language, supported by basic educational media. The participants totaled 50 people, consisting of housewives, fathers, pregnant women, adolescents, and parents of toddlers. The analysis technique was descriptive, based on evaluating participants’ understanding after the health education sessions. The results showed that participants were enthusiastic, and most were able to better understand the flow of the health service referral system. Around 95 percent of participants demonstrated improved comprehension of health service procedures and the correct referral steps. This activity indicates that direct health education through counseling can enhance community health literacy and support the proper utilization of health services in accordance with the applicable referral system.

Abstract

Stunting is a global nutrition problem. World Health Organization Data shows that as many as 22% of toddlers experience stunting, which can affect children's cognitive development  in  the  future.  The  incidence  of  stunting  in  Indonesia  remains  high  in 2024  according  to  the  SSGI  (Indonesian  Nutritional  Status  Survey).  The  national stunting  prevalence  is  19.8%.  While  the  target  for  2025  is  18.8%,  the  Indonesian government  must  continue  to  strive  to  reduce  stunting  cases  to  reach  the  target  of 18.8%.  The  government  program  to  provide  free  nutritious  food  for  pregnant  and breastfeeding mothers and children aged 2-5 years has been implemented as an effort to reduce stunting cases, but the issue of maternal height also affects the incidence of stunting. Women of childbearing age who are under 150 cm tall are at high risk of giving birth to stunted babies. Yogyakarta is one of the developed cities in Indonesia known as a city of education, but still has quite high cases of stunting in toddlers in one of the districts in Gunung Kidul. Although maternal height has been identified as a  risk  factor  for  stunting,  local  evidence  shows  that  areas  with  a  higher  burden  of stunting incidence, such as in the Rongkop Community Health Center working area, have stunting incidences of 60 respondents out of a total of 148 toddlers in 2025. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal height and the  incidence  of  stunting  in  toddlers  at  the  Rongkop  Community  Health  Center, Gunung Kidul in 2025. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design, with a total sampling of 148 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The  results  of  the  study  is  that  there  are  148  respondents  who  are  pregnant  with reproductive  age  characteristics  of  20-35  years  85,1%,  with  employment  as  a housewife  62,2%  and  the  highest  level  of  education  is  senior  high  school  45,9%. Mother's height data short <150 cm is 14,2% and all of them gave birth to incidence of  stunting  toddlers.  The  results  of  the  Chi-Square  analysis  showed  a  significant relationship (0.001 <0.05). Conclusion  There  is  a  relationship  between  maternal  height  and  the  incidence  of stunting in toddlers at Rongkop Community Health Center, Gunung Kidul Regency in 2025.
