Abstract

This research aimed to develop a valid, practical, and effective problem-based learning-based managerial competency improvement training model for Islamic boarding school administrators. This research and development (R&D) research was developed using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments were interview sheets, needs analysis questionnaires, validity questionnaires, practicality questionnaires, and test instruments. The results showed that the validity test of the developed training model was in the valid category, with an average score of 0.91. The average scores of the practicality test given by the instructor and training participants were 90.00% and 90.72%, respectively, in the efficient category. The results of training activities showed an increase in the average test score of 40.77 points, with a moderate increase criterion. The effectiveness test with the N-Gain formula scored 0.65, with a fairly effective category. Additionally, the conclusion was that the problem-based learning-based managerial competency improvement training model for Islamic boarding school administrators is valid, practical, and quite effective.

This research includes research and development. This research uses the ADDIE development model with 5 stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments in this research used validity and practicality test questionnaires, and student learning outcomes to test the effectiveness of the Fiqh module being developed. The results of this research and development show that the validity test results based on media expert questionnaire validation obtained an average score of 95.55% with valid criteria. while the validation results from material experts obtained an average value of 86.95% with valid criteria. Linguist validation obtained an average score of 87.69% with valid criteria. The results of the practicality test based on the Fiqh teacher response questionnaire obtained an average score of 95.65%. The results of the practicality test based on the student response questionnaire from the experimental class obtained an average score of 89.83. Abstract

To improve the maximum use of the free learning platform by teachers, it is necessary to explore in more depth the problems that influence it, what factors influence it, and prevent the use of the free learning platform by teachers from being carried out as it should. Research aims to determine the correlation between the principal's change in leadership and the school climate in West Pasaman Regency State High School, the change in leadership of the school principal contributes to the use of the independent teaching platform, The school climate contributes to the use of the teacher's use of the freedom to teach platform, The principal's change leadership and the school climate contribute together to the use independent platform for teaching, This research uses a correlational quantitative method with an "ex-post facto" type of research, where ex-post facto research is an attempt to explore without manipulating conditions. Research results that show a direct and significant relationship between principals' change leadership and teachers' use of PMM can provide a basis for improving principals' change leadership. Abstract

This study aimed to develop and evaluate a Google Sites-based learning medium for teaching Visual Arts to Grade X high school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The developed media was assessed by subject matter, media, and language experts and determined to be highly valid. Practicality testing with teachers and students indicated that the media was very practical for classroom use. Effectiveness was evaluated using pre-test and post-test comparisons, showing a moderate improvement in students' cognitive learning outcomes, based on an N-Gain score in the medium category. These findings suggest that the Google Sites-based media is a valid, practical, and potentially effective tool for enhancing student engagement and understanding in Visual Arts education.
