Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and machine maintenance on production performance at CV Pabrik Tahu Sumedang. In the food industry, production efficiency is a crucial factor in maintaining business sustainability and company competitiveness. SCM plays an essential role in ensuring the availability of raw materials, smooth distribution, and coordination among parties within the supply chain, thereby optimizing the production process. On the other hand, proper machine maintenance is necessary to maintain operational stability, reduce the risk of equipment failure, and enhance production effectiveness. This research utilizes a quantitative approach by conducting a survey and distributing questionnaires to 54 employees at CV Pabrik Tahu Sumedang. To ensure the reliability of the data, the analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression, starting with validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The implications of this study suggest that the company must continuously optimize supply chain management to minimize production constraints, such as delays in raw material supply and distribution inefficiencies. Additionally, the company should implement a more structured machine maintenance strategy, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to ensure machines operate in optimal conditions. By improving SCM and machine maintenance aspects, the company can enhance overall production performance, maintain competitiveness, and meet the growing market demand.

Abstract

In the highly competitive food and beverage industry, operational efficiency is key to business sustainability; however, fluctuations in tofu consumption in East Jakarta as well as CV Pabrik Tahu Sumedang's production indicate challenges influenced by service quality and suboptimal implementation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The objective of this research is to examine how Quality Service and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) impact operational performance of CV Pabrik Tahu Sumedang. Operational performance is a crucial aspect of the food and beverage industry that affects efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. The study utilises a quantitative method, gathering data through surveys given to CV Pabrik Tahu Sumedang employees. An analysis of the data was conducted using multiple linear regression to explore the correlation between Quality Service and SOP as independent variables, and Operational Performance as the dependent variable. The findings demonstrate that Quality Service positively and significantly influences Operational Performance. Similarly, the proper implementation of SOPs significantly improves operational efficiency and effectiveness. Furthermore, simultaneous analysis shows that Quality Service and SOPs together contribute significantly to enhancing Operational Performance. These findings confirm that optimising service quality and consistently implementing SOPs can enhance the factory’s competitiveness and productivity. The originality of this research lies in analyzing the effect of service quality and standard operating procedures on operational performance in the context of the traditional food industry, which still lacks scientific exploration. This approach provides a new contribution in the context of operational management in small-medium enterprises based on local products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how bedsar the effect caused on Quality Control and the Production Process on the quality of the products produced partially. Product Quality is the ability of a product to carry out its function, including durability, reliability, and other valuable attributes. In other words, production is said to be successful if it can produce quality products as expected. This study used a questionnaire method as an instrument. The respondents were 54 employees at CV. Sumedang Tofu Factory. And the sampling process is using saturated sampling technique using a quantitative approach that is associative in nature using primary data. With multiple linear regression analysis methods and data analysis techniques using SPSS Version 20. These results indicate that Quality Control has a positive and significant effect on product quality and the production process has no significant effect on product quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen operasi dalam mengoptimalkan operasi e-commerce di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus multiple, penelitian ini menganalisis lima perusahaan e-commerce terkemuka di Indonesia. Melalui analisis dokumen, observasi tidak langsung, dan data sekunder, penelitian ini mengungkapkan beberapa temuan kunci. Pertama, perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia mengadopsi pendekatan yang sangat terlokalisasi, menyesuaikan strategi dengan karakteristik unik pasar. Kedua, pemanfaatan teknologi canggih seperti AI dan analisis data besar menjadi faktor krusial dalam optimalisasi operasi. Ketiga, pengembangan jaringan logistik yang ekstensif dan manajemen rantai pasokan yang fleksibel menjadi prioritas utama. Keempat, fokus pada pengalaman pelanggan yang seamless menjadi diferensiator utama. Kelima, terdapat peningkatan perhatian terhadap keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti efisiensi biaya logistik dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan regulasi. Kesimpulannya, optimalisasi operasi e-commerce di Indonesia membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang memadukan teknologi canggih, pemahaman mendalam tentang pasar lokal, dan fokus kuat pada kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi industri, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen operasi e-commerce yang efektif di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen terhadap pengalaman belanja dan kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Dwi Cell. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap interaksi antara pelanggan dan sistem informasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi yang efektif antara pelanggan dan sistem informasi dapat meningkatkan akses informasi produk, mempercepat proses transaksi, memungkinkan personalisasi layanan, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pengoptimalan sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belanja dan membangun loyalitas pelanggan di pasar ritel elektronik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan literatur yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dampak penggunaan digital marketing terhadap umkm. Melalui metode tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur dari jurnal ilmiah, uku, artikel, dan laporan riset terkait topik tersebut. Hasil dari tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing dapat diamnfaatkan sebagai media pemasaran, produk yang dihasilkan dapat dikenal oleh lebih banyak orang dan berpeluang lebih besar untuk memperluas pasar yang telah ada.

Abstract

Innovative work behavior (IWB) is a very important factor in achieving competitive advantage and continuity of an organization, especially for millennial employees. This research discusses Work Engagement and Proactive Personality that occur in millennial generation employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a population of millennial generation employees in Jakarta. The sample used used a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, with 100 respondents. The results of this research are that the Work Engagement variable has a significance value for Innovation work behavior of 0.049, while the Proactive Personality variable has a significance value for Innovation work behavior of 0.058. From the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the Work Engagement and Proactive Personality variables influence Innovation work behavior by 16.6%, while the other variables are 83.4% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing Integrated Information Management Systems (SMIT) and Internet of Things (IoT) technology on inventory management efficiency at Ramayana Ciputat. The background of this research stems from the increasing complexity of inventory management in the retail sector in the digital era. Inventory efficiency is crucial to reducing operational costs and enhancing competitiveness. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 20 operational staff members. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results show that both SMIT and IoT have a significant positive effect—individually and simultaneously—on inventory management efficiency. These findings highlight the importance of digitalizing information systems and utilizing sensor technology to optimize retail stock management.

Abstract

The effect of price and service quality is very important for the continuity of online transportation service companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to collect sufficient information about the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi transportation users. The research method used is a literature study that collects several previous studies to determine the effect of price and service quality on online motorcycle taxi transportation. The research results from existing articles show that the effect of price and service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study delves into the role played by social media in contemporary marketing strategies. With the ever-expanding landscape of information and communication technology, social media has emerged as a primary platform for companies to engage with their consumers. The research aims to identify how social media influences consumer behavior, creates brand awareness, enhances customer engagement, and ultimately impacts purchase decisions. Research methods employed include surveys, interviews, and data analysis. Findings indicate that social media not only serves as a means to promote products or services but also as a vital platform for fostering closer relationships between brands and consumers. The practical implications underscore the importance of integrated marketing strategies with social media in this digital era. In conclusion, a profound understanding of the role of social media in marketing can offer valuable insights for practitioners and researchers in developing effective marketing strategies for the future.
