Abstract

Abstract Background. Early childhood education (PAUD) is an essential foundation in child development. We compiled this study titled The Importance of Early Childhood Education and the Role of Infrastructure Facilities in Supporting Learning in Orchid Play Groups (Kober) in Kendungjaya Village, Cirebon. Aims. This study explores early childhood education's importance and infrastructure's role in supporting learning in the Orchid Play Group (Kober), Kedungjaya Village, Cirebon. Methods. The method used is qualitative research with a literature approach. The study results show that good education at an early age can improve children's cognitive, social, and emotional abilities. Conclusion. Adequate infrastructure also contributes significantly to learning effectiveness and children's growth and development. Implementation. Kober Orchid in Kedungjaya Village has shown that with the proper support, children can develop well. Therefore, all parties need to pay more attention to improving the quality of early childhood education. In addition, training for educators also needs to be improved so that they can provide quality education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi di RSUD Arjawinangun Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 138 karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan berperan sebagai mediasi parsial antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang transformasional mampu meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja.Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penguatan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional di lingkungan rumah sakit, serta upaya berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memperkaya literatur tentang hubungan kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kinerja di sektor pelayanan kesehatan. Kata Kunci:Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, SEM-PLS, RSUD Arjawinangun

Abstract

In the current digital era, the utilization of information technology has become an essential requirement for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to maintain business sustainability and competitiveness. SMEs in Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, still face financial management problems, particularly related to manual bookkeeping, limited accounting knowledge, and low adoption of digital accounting systems. This community service activity aims to develop SME businesses through digital accounting training to improve financial management quality and support better decision making. The methods used include needs analysis, socialization, training on simple digital accounting applications, mentoring, and evaluation. The results show an improvement in SMEs’ understanding and skills in recording transactions, preparing simple financial statements, and utilizing financial information for business development. This activity contributes positively to strengthening financial governance and digital readiness of SMEs.
