Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Quality of Human Resources on Tourist Satisfaction. The method used in this research. This research is quantitative which is explanatory in nature with a sample size of 35 respondents, namely employees in the Special Economic Zone area. Totaling 35 respondents, namely employees in the Special Economic Zone area of  Mandalika, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Method  data analysis method using simple linear regression test. Research results  stated that the quality of human resources affects tourist satisfaction positively and significantly. This is an input for decision makers  decision makers both for officials and apparatus of the Central Lombok Regency Tourism Office as well as decision makers of PT. officials and apparatus of the Central Lombok Regency Tourism Office as well as decision makers of PT Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) to continue to improve tourist satisfaction. Indonesia or Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) decision makers to continue to increase the visit of domestic and foreign tourists by continuing to improve the quality of human resources. improving the quality of human resources who have  literacy in serving tourists. Thus, it can create  comfort in the form of satisfaction which is reflected in the return visit of the tourists.

Abstract

The escalating global geopolitical tensions have garnered significant attention from researchers and practitioners. This study investigates the impact of domestic geopolitical risks and the influence of countries with the highest geopolitical index, namely Ukraine, America, Russia, and China, on the Indonesian composite stock price index. Employing geopolitical risk index (GPRH) and geopolitical action (GPRA) data spanning from January 2004 to October 2023, the analysis is based on 238 observations. The findings reveal that Ukraine and America exert a negative and significant influence, while China and Russia demonstrate a positive and significant impact on the index. Moreover, the study underscores that the influence of geopolitical risk on the Indonesian stock market is more pronounced during periods of heightened geopolitical activity, such as escalating conflicts and acts of terror. These results suggest that investors should carefully consider geopolitical risks when making investment decisions.

Abstract

This community service aims to implement the SBM concept at the Mutiara Bunda PAUD Institution through training, coaching and mentoring activities. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) combined with outcome-based evaluation (OBE) and the CIPP (context, input, process, product) model. The results of the activity show that managers and teachers' understanding of the SBM concept has increased significantly. The institution succeeded in compiling important documents such as the miso vision, annual work plan, organizational structure and simple financial reporting. The conclusion of this activity is that a participatory and action-based approach has proven effective in encouraging the institutional independence of Mutiara Bunda PAUD and creating transparent, accountable and sustainable governance. This model has the potential to be replicated at the Mutiara Bunda PAUD Institution with a similar contextual approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat suku bunga, tingkat inflasi, dan nilai tukar terhadap return saham pada sektor peternakan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2019–2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi data panel. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 12 perusahaan subsektor peternakan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan, publikasi otoritas keuangan, dan data pasar saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat suku bunga dan tingkat inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap return saham. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kondisi makroekonomi memiliki peran penting dalam menentukan kinerja saham di sektor peternakan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi investor, pelaku usaha, dan pembuat kebijakan untuk mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor makroekonomi dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial knowledge, financial self-control, dan fintech payment terhadap financial management behavior generasi Z di Kota Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendeketan asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial knowledge, financial self-control, dan fintech payment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial management behavior. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengetahuan keuangan, kemampuan pengendalian diri, serta adaptasi terhadap layanan keuangan digital dalam membentuk perilaku pengelolaan keuangan yang sehat di kalangan generasi Z. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi lembaga keuangan, institusi pendidikan, dan pengambil kebijakan dalam merancang program literasi keuangan, penguatan kontrol diri, serta pengembangan layanan fintech yang sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi Z.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green finance, enterprise risk management (ERM), dan volatility terhadap keputusan investasi generasi milenial di era frugal living. Dengan meningkatnya kesadaran keuangan dan penerapan gaya hidup hemat, penting untuk meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi, terutama pada sektor perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 96 responden milenial berusia 29–44 tahun yang memiliki pengalaman investasi minimal enam bulan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial enterprise risk management dan volatility berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi milenial, sedangkan green finance tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Namun secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi. Hasil ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi lembaga keuangan dalam merancang strategi yang sesuai dengan preferensi dan perilaku investasi milenial yang mengedepankan kehati-hatian, keberlanjutan, dan stabilitas pasar di tengah gaya hidup hemat.

Abstract

The cigarette industry is undergoing rapid change and contributes significantly to Indonesia's national income through excise taxes. However, the cigarette industry faces challenges from the macroeconomy and pressure from the government, such as regulatory pressure, health policies, tightening regulations on cigarettes, and annual increases in excise taxes, which put pressure on the cigarette industry in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the partial effects of inflation, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on the financial performance of tobacco companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Additionally, the study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous effects of inflation, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership on the financial performance of tobacco companies listed on the IDX. The type of research used is associative causal with a quantitative approach, and the analysis technique used is panel data involving four tobacco companies over an eight-year observation period from 2017 to 2024. The sample data was processed using E-Views 12, totaling 32 samples. The results show that inflation has no partial effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, institutional ownership and managerial ownership have a partial positive effect on financial performance. Simultaneous testing shows that the three independent variables in this study have a simultaneous effect on financial performance.

Abstract

The shift of the era toward digitalization has had a significant impact on public reading interests, especially among the digital generation. In this context, this community dedication aims to boost the interest in reading through an innovation by opening up a library of paths. The method of activity is community development that is named after the Askara Aksara street library program. The Character Soldier was designed as a street library that made dedication participants discover new things about books and reading. This approach is expected to increase public accessibility and involvement in literacy in the midst of the digital information stream. Based on the results of interviews with dedicated participants, the implementation of Askara Aksara has been successful in raising public interest in reading, especially among the digital generation. This success can be seen in increased frequency of visits, participation in literacy activities, and changes in reading behavior. Soldiers of Characters is expected to be an inspiring model for the development of street libraries in various communities, presenting innovative solutions to strengthen literacy amid the dynamic change of information technology.

Abstract

The role of academic advisors in higher education becomes the frontline in guiding students not only in academic aspects but also in psychological aspects. However, academic performance is still often viewed as merely an administrative activity, so its potential to enhance student performance has not been fully realized. The purpose of this service is to develop and implement a structured academic program that can methodically calculate academic advisors. Activities were carried out through training for academic advisors, evaluation of the advising module, and evaluation of program effectiveness. The results show a significant improvement in the quality of interaction between students, the effectiveness of academic support, and student loyalty. This article highlights the importance of institutional support for structured mentoring as a component of the higher education quality system

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman serta penerapan dari penggunaan laporan keuangan sebagai dasar informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomis sehari-hari dalam rumah tangga keluarga khususnya pada siswi Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyatul Mustafid. Materi pelatihan terdiri dari materi terkait konsep dasar akuntansi serta contoh praktek penggunaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi excel dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan yang berfokus pada laporan keuangan laba rugi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Ahad, tanggal 17 November tahun 2024 di Gedung Madrasah Aliyah Tarbiyatul Mustaifd Batu Rimpang, Desa Badrain, Kecamatan Narmada, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki literasi akuntansi dasar, baik dari siklus akuntansi yaitu Pencatatan Transaksi ke dalam ayat Jurnal, kemudian memposting ke dalam Buku Besar, penyusunan Neraca Saldo, Penyesuaian, Kertas Kerja, hingga penyususnan Laporan Keuangan dengan menggunakan aplikasi excel. Serta, hasil dari proses penyusunan laporan keuangan dapat dijadikan bahan informasi yang berguna bagi para peserta dalam proses pengambilan keputusan ekonomis dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dalam keluarga.
