This research aims to analyze the factors influencing the entrepreneurial interest of students (santri) in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) affiliated with HEBITREN (Himpunan Ekonomi Bisnis Pesantren) in Solo Raya. The revealed factors include Self-Efficacy, Risk Tolerance, and The Environmental Atmosphere. The study involved 130 Santri from two HEBITREN-affiliated Islamic boarding schools, namely Muhammad Al-Fatih Islamic Boarding School in Sukoharjo and Al-Izzah Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. A mixed-method approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methods, was employed. The findings indicate that the most dominant factor influencing the entrepreneurial interest of students is self-efficacy due to these factors being frequently emphasized in every learning process within boarding schools and the significant support from Islamic teachings for the development of entrepreneurial spirit. However, other factors, such as risk tolerance and the environmental atmosphere of the Islamic boarding schools, signilittlect the students' entrepreneurial interest. Some internal factors contributing to the low interest among students include inadequate entrepreneurial training facilities, and the boarding schools' human resources need to improve to foster an entrepreneurial spirit. This research is crucial for formulating appropriate policies for the government to support Islamic boarding schools affiliated with HEBITREN in paying attention to the infrastructure that strengthens the emergence of entrepreneurial spirit and the self-sufficiency of the boarding schools.
