Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi terus mengalami transformasi signifikan, terutama dengan kehadiran Artificial Intelligence (AI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis AI yang mampu mengubah paradigma teknologi informasi, dari sistem tradisional yang reaktif menjadi sistem proaktif dan adaptif. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memberikan solusi cerdas dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk manajemen data, otomatisasi proses, dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pendekatan pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Studi kasus diterapkan pada sektor bisnis dan pendidikan untuk menunjukkan efektivitas aplikasi dalam menyederhanakan proses kerja dan meningkatkan efisiensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berbasis AI tidak hanya mempercepat proses kerja tetapi juga memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih akurat dan relevan berdasarkan data real-time. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan AI mampu menggeser paradigma teknologi informasi, yang sebelumnya hanya berfokus pada pengolahan data, menjadi sistem yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan dan inovasi. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam integrasi AI di berbagai sektor untuk mendukung transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi fenomena yang mendominasi dalam dunia bisnis saat ini, mempengaruhi berbagai aspek dari operasi organisasi. Artikel ini membahas dampak transformasi digital pada organisasi, dengan fokus pada implementasi teknologi informasi. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif, artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana transformasi digital mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional, produktivitas, struktur organisasi, dan budaya kerja di dalam organisasi. Penelitian ini juga membahas tantangan utama yang dihadapi organisasi dalam proses transformasi digital, serta strategi yang efektif untuk mengatasinya. Dengan demikian, artikel ini tidak hanya memberikan wawasan tentang transformasi digital, tetapi juga memberikan panduan praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin mengadopsi teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan keberhasilan mereka.

Abstract

The study that is now being conducted wants to measure how the ability to innovate academically, the organizational innovation, and the leadership that can adapt to change will affect the sustainability performance of educational institutions. Educators and administrative staff of higher education institutions made up the sample of 120 participants for the survey and the quantitative explanatory method was used to analyze the data. The analysis result showed that academic innovation capability, organizational innovation, and leadership adaptability were the independent variables, which had a significant positive effect on the sustainability performance of the institutions. As a result, the study not only augments the existing knowledge in educational management and institutional innovation literature but also gives practical tips to educational institutions on how to get better at sustainability by developing academic innovations, organizational innovations, and change-adaptive leadership.

Abstract

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to train new students in utilizing DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool to reduce plagiarism in scientific article writing. The training focuses on improving their understanding of paraphrasing, ethical citation integration, and utilizing DeepSeek's advanced features as a responsible writing assistant. The PKM implementation method is training and mentoring, consisting of three stages: (1) Presentation of conceptual material on plagiarism and writing ethics; (2) Hands-on workshops on utilizing DeepSeek for paraphrasing, idea elaboration, and draft checking; and (3) ongoing mentoring through online discussion groups. Evaluation results indicate an increase in participants' ability to produce manuscripts with greater originality. Analysis using a plagiarism checker on drafts before and after the training showed a significant decrease in indications of plagiarism, as well as an increase in participants' understanding of integrative academic writing. This program effectively empowers new students with AI literacy for responsible academic productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a strategy for developing human resource (HR) competencies in the digital era, characterized by the rapid development of information and communication technology. These changes require HR to possess adaptive, innovative competencies, and the ability to master digital skills. However, in practice, there is still a skills gap between existing capabilities and the needs of the workplace, and the development methods implemented by organizations are suboptimal. This study used a qualitative, descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, with informants selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and its validity was tested through triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study indicate that a comprehensive HR competency development strategy in the digital era requires competency mapping, the implementation of digital-based learning, strengthening leadership roles, and building a culture of continuous learning.

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi di bidang sistem informasi perlu terus beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan kebutuhan industri agar dapat tetap relevan dan efektif dalam mempersiapkan lulusannya. Salah satu hal paling penting dalam manajemen strategik adalah melakukan analisis dari berbagai sudut pandang, baik internal maupun eksternal. Analisis SWOT, yang berarti kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, membantu program studi menentukan kekuatan, kelemahan, dan peluang lingkungannya. Jumlah mahasiswa dari tahun ke tahun mengalami tren penurunan. Dalam penelitian Kristanto et al., (2020) juga menjelaskan terjadinya penurunan jumlah mahasiswa dalam beberapa tahun terkahir. Apalagi jika dibandingkan dengan perguruan tinggi lain sangat jauh dari sebelumnya. Program studi dengan jumlah mahasiswa terbanyak diduduki oleh Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Ibnu Sina Batam, Politeknik Negeri Batam dan juga Universitas Internasional Batam.Namun demikian dari kesemua perguruan tinggi dengan program studi sistem informasi semuanya memiliki akreditasi yang hampir sama yaitu terakreditasi Baik. Sehingga masih ada kesempatan untuk mengembangkan program studi yang ada untuk meraih predikat akreditasi baik sekali. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode SWOT sebagaii variable penelitian. Instrument penelitian menggunakan skala Likert. Dengan responden penelitian civitas akademik Universitas Batam pada umumnya dan Civitas Akademik Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Batam termasuk didalamnya mahasiswa, dosen, staff pengajar , alumni dan mitra-mitra stakeholder di luar lingkungan kampus. Berdasarkan Hasil Matrix Strategic Factors Analysis Summary (SFAS) Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Batam terletak pada kuwadran 2 hal ini berarti bahwa perlu diterapkan strategi diversifikasi dimana Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Batam harus menggunakan kekuatan yang mereka miliki untuk mengurangi atau bahkan menghindari ancaman baru. Ini dapat dilakukan dengan memperbaharui kurikulum yang ada dan terus berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder yang ada.

Abstract

Management of the relationship between educational institutions and the community is essential in the development of the educational institution itself; school branding is also essential in developing educational institutions to create a good image in the eyes of the community. Therefore, the authors researched this matter at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). ) Muhammadiyah 1 Simo, Ponorogo to analyze how the madrasah public relations (PR) strategy is used and how the school branding is. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observation methods to gather information. The results of this research were: 1) Simo 1 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah (MIM), Ponorogo used a strategy by creating harmonious relations between madrasahs and the community so that later both parties cared for each other and could work together in improving the quality of education. The form of concern given by the community to them includes the provision of student classrooms in residents' homes, considering that classrooms at schools are still limited, community service activities in school construction routinely every month, donations of infaq money for school facilities, and the community's willingness to assist school activities. 2) The net result is that in school branding in this industrial era, the institution has a strategy of providing good services and facilities that will create a good image of the madrasa and make people interested in the madrasa based on the school's website to inform the wider community, the programs provided among others: a) tahfidz program, b) madrasah adiwiyata, c) reading the Qur'an ummi method, d) student shuttle car, e) extracurriculars: drum-band, futsal, and badminton. In improving the school's image, its implementation requires the cooperation of all school members, parents of students and the surrounding community through the print media, namely the distribution of banners, brochures and calendars. Technology media is also used for school branding activities, such as publications on the school's official social media, WhatsApp, Facebook, tick-tock, Instagram and the school's website.
