Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru dan komunikasi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Al-Wasliyah Pasar Senen Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Al-Wasliyah Pasar Senen Medan yang berjumlah 60 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrument penelitian dengan menggunakan angket. Angket sebanyak 40 (empat puluh) pernyataan yang terlebih dahulu sudah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh variabel x terhadap variabel y. uji hipotesis (uji t) untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak pengaruh masing-masing variabel x terhadap variabel y dan uji hipotesis (uii f) untuk mengetahui pengaruh seluruh variabel x terhadap variabel y. dan yang terakhir koefisien determinasi simultan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak pengaruh seluruh variabel x terhadap variabel y. uji hipotesis simultan dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji f dengan df = n -1 pada α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel dengan hasil 144,063 > 2,77 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterim, Simpulan, ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja,dan komunikasi terhadap kerja guru. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, kompetensi supervisi dan profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru SD di Kecamatan Batang Kuis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD di Kecamatan Batang Kuis yang berjumlah 359 orang yang tersebar di 28 sekolah dasar, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 189 guru. Dalam memperoleh sampel yang cukup representatif, dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik proporsional random sampling karena setiap sekolah mempunyai jumlah guru yang berbeda. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket yang terlebih dahulu sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 5.1%. (2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi supervisi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 6.3%. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 3.5%. (4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, kompetensi supervisi, dan profesionalisme guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 12.1%. Abstract

ABSTRAK This study aims to determine the effect of participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation, on the professional competence of teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School. The sample in this study were all 53 teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School. This study used a questionnaire as primary data and then the data results were analyzed using multiple regression by conducting a stimulant test, determination test, and partial test with a significant level of 5 percent (α = 0.05) which was processed with the help of SPSS 22. The results of this study are there is a positive and significant influence of participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the professional competence of teachers at Budi Utomo Binjai Private Junior High School as seen through the results of the stimulant test with an F count of 11.534 and probability value or p-value = 0.000 <0.05. The results of the partial test show that participatory leadership has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 109.843, work discipline has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 117.936, motivation has a positive and significant effect of 0.000 and t count of 115.386. positive participatory leadership, work discipline, and motivation on the professional competence of teachers. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of empowerment and work professionalism on motivation and its impact on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers in the Batu Bara district. This study uses a quantitative approach research design with a sample size of 217 people and data collection techniques using questionnaires and path analysis techniques. The study results show a direct and positive effect of empowerment on the teacher work motivation of 0.962 and an immediate effect of empowerment on teacher performance of 0.071. There is an indirect effect of empowerment on teacher performance of 0.0317. There is a direct effect of work professionalism on the motivation of 0.664 and an immediate effect of professionalism on teacher performance of 0.067. There is an indirect effect (impact) of work professionalism on teacher performance through work motivation of 0.044. In conclusion, these findings illustrate that simultaneously empowerment, teacher performance, and work professionalism influence the motivation of State Vocational Schools in Batu Bara District Key Word : Empowerment, Work Professionalism, Motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of achievement motivation, academic culture, and self-development on the performance of lecturers at Tarbiyah College of Batu Bara Regency. The research sample was all lecturers at the Tarbiyah College of Batu Bara Regency, totaling 54 people. This study used a questionnaire for data collection. It was analyzed using multiple regression by conducting a simultaneous test, determination test, and partial test with a significant level of 5 percent (α = 0.05), which was processed with the help of the SPSS 22 tool. The study's results showed the influence of achievement motivation, academic culture, and self-development on lecturer performance. There is an influence of Achievement Motivation (X1), Academic Culture (X2), and Self-Development (X3) together on Lecturer Performance. The magnitude of the influence is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 24.1, which means that Achievement Motivation (X1), Academic Culture (X2), and Self-Development (X3) jointly influence lecturer performance by 24.1% and other factors determine remaining 75.9%. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze whether there is an influence of Principal Leadership and Work Motivation on teacher performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervention variable in Private Middle Schools in South Binjai District. Thesis 2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 44 people, while the sampling technique used was the total population. with a total sample of 44 people. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). Based on the test results it can be concluded that the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (H1 is accepted), work motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (H2 is accepted), the principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance (H3 Accepted), work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (H4 is accepted), job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (H5 is accepted), principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (H6 is accepted), Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable (H7 is accepted). In conclusion, there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership and work motivation on teacher performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
