Abstract

Perkembangan industri ritel modern yang semakin kompetitif menuntut pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, khususnya dalam konteks nilai-nilai etika Islam. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh keberagaman produk (product diversity), penataan tampilan toko (display layout), dan kualitas pelayanan (service quality) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (consumer satisfaction) di Fitrinofane Swalayan, Bandar Lampung. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, sebanyak 97 responden yang telah berbelanja minimal dua kali dijadikan sampel. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan display layout tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya variasi produk dan mutu layanan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam seperti keadilan (adl), kebaikan (ihsan), dan tanggung jawab sosial juga memperkuat hubungan pelaku usaha dan konsumen serta menciptakan nilai tambah spiritual. Penelitian ini memberi wawasan praktis bagi ritel lokal dalam menyelaraskan strategi pemasaran dengan prinsip syariah.

Abstract

Kampanye Boikot Produk bertujuan untuk mengajak konsumen agar menghentikan penggunaan produk yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan pihak tertentu, dalam hal ini produk yang berafiliasi dengan Israel.Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap pandangan konsumen mengenai citra merek dan loyalitas merekmereka terhadap produk tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak kampanye boikot terhadap brand image dan loyalitas merek Pepsodent dalam kerangka bisnis Islam.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Pepsodent yang berdomisili di Kota Bandar Lampung,dengan total sampel sebanyak 96 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling.Variabel yang dikaji terdiri atas kampanye boikot sebagai variabel bebas, serta brand image dan brand loyalty sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kampanye Boikot berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Image dengan nilai koefisien jalur -0.686, dan P-values 0.000 < 0.001. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kampanye boikot menurunkan persepsi positif brand image. Demikian pula,Kampanye Boikot berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty dengan nilai koefisien jalur -0.825 dan P-values 0.000 < 0.001, menunjukkan bahwa kampanye boikot secara substansial menurunkan loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Online shop merupakan toko yang menjual produk atau jasa melalui internet. Online shopping adalah proses di mana konsumen membeli produk atau jasa secara daring. Maraknya penggunaan platform TikTok, yang sebelumnya sempat dilarang karena adanya konten yang tidak pantas, kini telah berubah menjadi media penyebaran informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh konsumen. Saat ini, mayoritas konsumen di Indonesia memilih TikTok Shop sebagai tempat berbelanja karena produk yang ditawarkan memiliki harga relatif terjangkau dan sering disertai dengan diskon menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produk, promosi, dan digital marketing terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dijual di TikTok Shop lebih disukai oleh generasi Z di Bandar Lampung dalam melakukan pembelian impulsif. Hal ini disebabkan oleh relevansi produk yang tinggi dengan kebutuhan generasi Z, baik dari segi kegunaan, model yang mengikuti tren terbaru, maupun harga yang terjangkau. Promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian impulsif. Sementara itu, digital marketing juga terbukti berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian impulsif. Dalam perspektif Islam, bisnis tidak semata-mata berorientasi pada keuntungan (profit oriented), melainkan harus berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip dasar yang menjunjung tinggi nilai moral dan etika. Prinsip inilah yang menjadi dasar dalam setiap aktivitas bisnis.

Abstract

Introduction: This study's background is based on the importance of economic stability and growth in the face of changing global dynamics, where regional economic integration is a key factor in determining the region's competitiveness. Objective: This study analyzes the effect of international trade, foreign investment, and the exchange rate on economic growth in the ASEAN region from 2015 to 2023. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach, using panel secondary data obtained from the World Bank and analyzing it through multiple linear regression models using EViews 13 software. Results: The results show that international trade has a significant and positive influence on economic growth in ASEAN countries, signaling its central role in driving regional economic activity. In contrast, foreign investment does not show a significant effect on economic growth over the observed period, indicating that the role of foreign investment is not optimal or may be hampered by structural factors and domestic policies. Meanwhile, the exchange rate shows a positive relationship with economic growth, which may imply that exchange rate stability supports trade and investment activities. Implications: The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of strengthening foreign trade policy and managing a stable exchange rate as key strategies in promoting sustainable economic growth. In the context of Islamic economics, this study also reflects the importance of balance between economic interests and social values, where growth is not only measured in material terms, but should also reflect social justice, welfare, and sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of government spending, investment, and labor force on regional economic growth in the South Sumatra Region (Sumbagsel) from the perspective of Islamic economics over the period 2016–2024. The study employs a quantitative approach using a Fixed Effect panel data regression model covering 25 districts/cities across three provinces: South Sumatra, Bangka Belitung, and Lampung. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a positive and statistically significant effect on regional economic growth. Foreign direct investment (FDI) exerts the most substantial impact compared to government spending and domestic investment, while the labor force contributes the least, indicating the urgent need to improve labor quality. From the Islamic economic viewpoint, the pattern of regional economic growth has not yet fully reflected key principles such as equitable income distribution, environmental sustainability, and fair business partnerships. A high Gini ratio and a low partnership index highlight the dominance of large economic actors and persistent inequality. This study recommends reforms in fiscal policy, strengthening Islamic financial institutions, and promoting halal-based economic sectors as long-term strategies. Policy implications are directed toward implementing maqashid sharia values ​​in development planning to achieve economic growth that is not only inclusive and sustainable but also aligned with Islamic moral and ethical standards

Abstract

This study aims to examine and compare the performance of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia with the approach of Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI) and Islamicity Performance Index (IPI) as an alternative measurement that integrates the spiritual, social, and economic dimensions in accordance with the principles of Sharia. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in analyzing secondary data obtained from the annual reports of 13 Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the period 2021-2024. The results showed that although most banks showed progress in the dimensions of profitability and transparency, there were still significant weaknesses in education, research, and social distribution indicators indicating that the implementation of sharia principles as a whole was not optimal. BPD NTB Syariah consistently ranks highest in most indicators as the BEST BUS in the achievement of the Maqashid Syariah Index (MSI) in the 2021-2024 period of 37.39%. Supported by the achievement of bpd NTB Syariah which has a high average value of 31.55%, while small banks tend to experience gaps in the implementation of Sharia objective values. Bank Aladin Syariah was identified as the BEST BUS based on Overall IPI with an average of 40.12%. The findings underscore the urgency of adopting maqashid-oriented measurement systems and Sharia integrity in banking managerial and regulatory strategies. Therefore, this study recommends the integration of MSI and IPI as a framework for evaluating the performance standards of Islamic banks to encourage the achievement of economic, spiritual, and social sustainability in the Islamic banking industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of store atmosphere and accessibility on revisit intention with customer experience as a mediating variable at Maru House Coffee Shop in Bandar Lampung. Maru House is a unique coffee shop that combines a café environment with painting activities. However, in the midst of intense competition in the coffee shop industry, strategies are needed to maintain customer loyalty. This research adopts a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and involves 91 respondents who have visited Maru House more than once. The analysis results indicate that both store atmosphere and accessibility have a positive and significant effect on customer experience. Furthermore, customer experience significantly influences revisit intention. It also partially mediates the relationship between store atmosphere and accessibility on revisit intention. In other words, while store atmosphere and accessibility have direct effects, customer experience strengthens the customers’ intention to return. From the perspective of Islamic business ethics, these findings are consistent with the principles of taysir (ease), ihsan (excellence in service), and maslahah (benefit), which emphasize the importance of comfort, ease of access, and quality service as forms of ethical behavior in business. By incorporating these values, Maru House Coffee Shop can enhance customer loyalty in an ethical and sustainable manner. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of marketing strategies based on customer experience and Islamic business values in the café industry.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine the influence of Cost to Income Ratio (CIR), Net benefit (NI) and operating expenses operating income (BOPO) on the impairment loss reserve (CKPN). Methodology – In this study, the sample determination was carried out for 5 years. Determination of sample criteria using purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique derived from certain criteria and obtained a sample of 6 banks so that the total number of samples is 30 samples. The method used is regression analysis of panel data using Random Influence Model approach analyzed through software Eviews 10. Findings – Derived from upshots of the study can be obtained that the partial Cost to Income Ratio has a significant influence on CKPN. Net rewards significant influence on CKPN. Operating expenses operating income has no significant influence on CKPN. Simultaneously Cost to Income Ratio, Net benefits and operating expenses operating income has a significant influence on CKPN in Sharia commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority for the period 2019-2023. In Islamic business management, efficiency (CIR and BOPO), transparency and benefit optimize halal income (NI) and maintain financial stability in accordance with sharia values. Implications – Upshots of this study provide recommendations to each bank in facing different credit risk challenges, both in terms of financing portfolio characteristics, risk mitigation strategies, and financial management policies. Originality – This study provides insight into the importance of risk management in Islamic banking, especially in managing impairment losses (CKPN) as a mitigation measure against potential financing risks.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan katalis yang signifikan bagi perekonomian nasional dan merupakan bagian integral dari kemajuan ekonomi dan industri bangsa. Strategi pemasaran berbasis (SIA) dan penggunaan teknologi informasi integrasi teknologi informasi merupakan elemen penting dalam meningkatkan kemanjuran suatu bisnis. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menguji pengaruh Strategi pemasaran berbasis sistem informasi akuntansi (SIA) dan penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja UMKM. Subjek penyelidikan ini terdiri dari Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang terletak di wilayah Cililitan Grosir Tengah, Jakarta. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah teknik random purposive sampling, dimana kriteria spesifik yang digambarkan meliputi bahwa perusahaan UMKM harus ditempatkan di Pusat Grosir Cililitan Jakarta dan harus beroperasi selama minimal dua tahun. Jumlah sampel penelitian terpilih sebanyak 155 responden.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi akad ijarah dalam sistem sewa sewa lahan sawah dengan metode pembayaran yang dilakukan setelah panen di Desa Sido Mulyo. Akad ijarah, sebagai salah satu bentuk kontrak dalam ekonomi Islam, memungkinkan pemilik lahan untuk menyewakan lahan pertaniannya kepada penyewa. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sido Mulyo, Kecamatan Negeri Katon, Pesawaran. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan salah satu pemilik lahan sawah yakni Ibu Susyati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan akad ijarah di desa tersebut umumnya dilakukan secara lisan dan berdasarkan kesepakatan antara pemilik dan penyewa. Di Desa Sido Mulyo terdapat praktik sewa menyewa yakni pembayaran sewa lahan sawah dibayarkan setelah selesai masa panen dan dibayarkan dengan hasil dari lahan sawah tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi akad ini meliputi kejelasan objek sewa, kesepakatan mengenai tanggung jawab pengelolaan lahan, serta kondisi ekonomi para petani. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa sistem pembayaran setelah panen memberikan fleksibilitas bagi penyewa yang mungkin tidak memiliki modal di awal musim tanam.
