Abstract

This national community service aims to increase financial literacy in financial management and access to financing for MSME actors of the Independent Friends Community (SBM) in Jambi Province. This activity involves training and counseling using lectures, simulations, and direct guidance methods. Participants were given material on financial records, business feasibility analysis, and the use of peer-to-peer lending fintech technology. The implementation was carried out in a structured manner, starting from observation and interviews, followed by intensive training for several days. The results showed an increase in participants' awareness of the importance of financial management and access to financing, as well as enthusiasm in technology adoption. The implication is better business development opportunities and a positive contribution to local economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of team member performance based on social capital and information technology with team member engagement as a mediator (a case study of millennial generation employees of MSMEs in Palembang city). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. This method is used to examine data on populations and samples by collecting data through research instruments and analyzing the data quantitatively. The subjects in the study were Millennial Generation employees. The location of this research was several types of work in MSMEs in Palembang city. The method used in drawing samples in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 80 employees of the millennial generation. Research hypothesis testing used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using AMOS version 24. The results of the study indicate that social capital has no significant effect, information technology has a considerable effect, and team member engagement substantially impacts the performance of millennial generation employees. Furthermore, social capital and information technology are having a significant impact on millennial generation team member engagement. Meanwhile, team member engagement mediates the effect of social capital and information technology on millennial generation team member performance. Based on the findings in this study, future research adds new variables that have not been studied to enrich the study of the current Millennial Generation team member performance.

Implementing Village Management Financial Transparency and Accountability (Case Study of Jirak Village, Jirak Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency) Following are Mr Andrian Noviardy's instructions. The aim of this research is to determine the accountability and transparency of financial management in Jirak Village. Observations, interviews and documentation were used to collect data. Indicators for each stage of village financial management are used as analytical tools in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014. Based on the results and discussions that have been carried out, the The end of this exploration is implementation Transparency and Accountability in financial management in Jirak Village has not been implemented well and the Jirak Village Community cannot easily access village financial information due to not implementing Transparency Based on the findings of this research properly. in accordance with the Ministry of Home Affairs Guidelines Number 113 of 2014 concerning Regional Financial Administration. Apart from that, the Jirak Village Government also continues to close community access to information related to village organizations or government.

Abstract

Research background/Problem: The goodness of the South Sumatra Province regional government's financial reports which have been audited by the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) is seen from 2014 to the present, resulting in an unqualified audit opinion Research objective: What strategies are carried out to assist the disclosures produced in Regional Government Financial Reports that receive an Unqualified Opinion in South Sumatra Province, which are carried out at one of the regional apparatus organizations, namely the South Sumatra Province Water Resources Management Service. Research method: using descriptive qualitative research methods through interviews, observation and documentation with reference to Rangkuti Theory, namely SWOT analysis. research results: Findings obtained through interviews conducted, the author in this research identified important strategies used by the Water Resources Management Service in maintaining good quality financial reports, which have been prepared using SWOT analysis, there are three strategies, namely the use of applications SIPD, reconciliation of monthly financial reports and training and testing of human resource capabilities. Conclusion: Although these findings reveal strengths, there are still several limitations which become weaknesses, namely lack of supervision for employee compliance with regulations, difficulty integrating data from various ongoing projects and programs and lack of monitoring of financial transactions to ensure there are no errors or fraud.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see and study the accounting information system, which is a process that is influenced by the admin, warehouse department, finance department, and other departments. This system is designed to provide sufficient assurance to achieve objectives related to receiving, issuing, and shipping goods. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses primary and secondary data. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that recording inventory using the permanent method is good enough for the accounting information system for receiving and issuing goods. PT Dua Samudra Logistik Palembang uses the FIFO method to value inventory. The earliest incoming goods with the longest DO date are the earliest shipped. This study focuses on the Accounting Information System for Receipt and Expenditure of Goods at PT. Dua Samudra Logistik Palembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metodologi asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 65 pegawai yang diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kompetensi memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara individu maupun kolektif.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian, namun sering menghadapi keterbatasan modal dan akses pembiayaan, terutama di wilayah semi-perdesaan. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, pemerintah meluncurkan program Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) sebagai instrumen pemberdayaan dan penguatan daya saing UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak penggunaan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Kecamatan Sungai Lilin, khususnya dalam memengaruhi kapasitas usaha, modal kerja, dan daya saing. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif fenomenologi dengan purposive sampling, melibatkan lima pelaku UMKM penerima KUR dan satu pihak Bank Sumsel Babel. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan analisis tematik serta diuji melalui triangulasi data. Hasil menunjukkan penggunaan KUR meningkatkan pendapatan, modal, dan omzet UMKM, serta mendorong motivasi dan kemampuan manajerial. Secara keseluruhan, KUR berperan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan dan kesejahteraan UMKM di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan manajemen talenta terhadap produktivitas karyawan, objek penelitian dilakukan pada PT PLN (Persero) UPT Palembang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) UPT Palembang yang berjumlah 70 orang, metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SPSS. melalui teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berskala Likert. Analisis data mencakup uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan nilai t sebesar 2,229 (p = 0.017), lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai t sebesar 3,978 (p = 0,000), Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan nilai f sebesar 14,184 (p = 0,000). Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya manajemen PT. PLN UPT Palembang dalam memperhatikan budaya organisasi yang baik, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, serta membangun kepercayaan diri karyawan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan generasi yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan, Manajemen Talenta berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan. Budaya Organisasi dan Manajemen Talenta berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Produktivitas karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Gema Sungai Musi using financial ratios, consisting of liquidity, solvency, profitability, activity, and profitability ratios. The data used are the company's financial statements for the 2019–2024 period, using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results indicate that the company's liquidity ratios are quite good, as the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio are above the minimum standard. The solvency ratios indicate a relatively controlled debt ratio, with an average Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) of <100%. The profitability and profitability ratios demonstrate the company's ability to generate profits despite year-to-year fluctuations. Meanwhile, the activity ratios indicate the company's relatively stable level of asset management efficiency. Overall, PT. Gema Sungai Musi's financial condition is considered healthy, although improvements are needed to improve asset utilization efficiency and profitability.Keywords:        Financial          statement          analysis,           Financial          ratios, Financial performance, PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of employees who are influenced by work loyalty and work motivation at the Delivery Service Service in Palembang City during the Covid-19 Pandemic, totaling 40 respondents. Purposive sampling was used in this research sample and a survey was conducted to collect data through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and using multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 5% analysis of the dataThis study found that work loyalty and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance with the F value obtained at 6.550 which is greater than F table (3.24), this is also strengthened by the significant level value of 0.004 or the significance obtained is smaller than = 0.05. The results of the t-test of work loyalty show  0.231 0.05, which show that work loyalty has no effect on employee performance. The results of the t-test of work motivation show a t-statistic value of 0.004 0.05, which show motivation partially has a significant influence on employee performance. Thus the multiple regression model can be used to predict employee performance in Delivery Services in Palembang City.
