Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai keagamaan dalam membentuk sikap religius anak usia dini dengan mengambil studi kasus di KOBER-RA Tunas Harapan, Baleendah, Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai religius, kejujuran, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab dilakukan melalui strategi pembiasaan, keteladanan, dan integrasi nilai dalam aktivitas harian. Indikator perkembangan sikap religius diukur melalui observasi perilaku, seperti kemampuan sholat lima waktu, bersikap sopan, dan menunjukkan empati. Kendala utama dalam implementasi meliputi perbedaan latar belakang keluarga dan keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran. Keberhasilan program dipengaruhi oleh sinergi sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekitar. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pembentukan karakter religius anak usia dini memerlukan pendekatan holistik yang menghubungkan pendidikan di rumah dan sekolah dengan dukungan pendidik yang kompeten serta kebijakan lembaga yang kondusif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know (a). Principal Managerial Competence (b). Knowing the Relationship between Principal Managerial Competencies in Improving Teacher Performance and Education Personnel (c). Knowing the Obstacles in Improving the Performance of Teachers and Education Personnel. This research method uses a qualitative approach, which describes the findings and phenomena that occur. Data collection techniques through (1). Interview (2). Surveys (3). Documentation studies are in the form of searching data in the form of archives, pictures, photos, meeting notes. Conclusion (1). The managerial competence applied by the principal is in accordance with the functions and managerial competencies of the principal adopted (2). The relationship between the principal's competence and teachers and education staff, as a managerial competence, the principal has a role in planning programs according to the needs of teachers and education personnel (3).
