Abstract

Kearifan lokal pada intinya kegiatan yang melindungi dan melestarikan alam dan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengkaji dan melestarikan kearifan lokal yang berkembang di masyarakat. Karena Kearifan lokal terbentuk sebagai proses interaksi antara manusia dengan lingkungannya dalam rangka memenuhi berbagai kebutuhannya. Walaupun kearifan lokal bersifat lokal tapi mengandung nilai-nilai moral universal. Terbukti industri kreatif  memiliki peran yang cukup signifikat terhadap perkembangan PDB Nasional. Pada tahun 2017 industri kreatif mampu menyumbang sekitar Rp 952 triliun atau 7,28% terhadap total PDB Nasional. Industri ekonomi kreatif tumbuh 4,95% pada tahun 2017, angka tersebut meningkat dibandingkan pada tahun 2016 yang hanya tumbuh sebesar 4,41%. Kontribusi terbesar berasal dari sektor kuliner sebanyak 41%, mode atau fashion 17% dan kerajinan 14,9%. Terkait pariwisata yang merupakan bagian tak terpisahkan dari ekonomi kreatif, oleh karena itu para pelaku ekonomi kreatif harus menciptakan daya tarik tersendiri. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat pada pelaku ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal (batik) di Kota Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah anasilis AHP dan ANP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa batik dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang bisnis yang menjajikan serta sebagai wadah pembelajaran dan pelestarian budaya dengan terciptanya motif batik berbasis kearifan lokal. Serta tumbuhnya ekonomi kreatif ditengah-tengah masyarakat tentunya sangat berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat khususnya dalam segi perekonomiannya.

Abstract

Ekonomi kreatif adalah konsep yang terus berkembang berdasarkan aset kreatif yang berpotensi menghasilkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kemajuan. Ekonomi kretaif memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun strategi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Malang Raya. Penelitian ini juga mengupdate data ekonomi kreatif persubsektor, mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif diskriptif dengan analisis SWOT (IFAS dan EFAS). Populasi penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang bergerak dalam bidang ekonomi kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah UMKM yang bergerak di bidang ekonomi kreatif di Malang Raya sejumlah 2 919 yang terdiri dari 16 sub sektor dan tersebar di Kota Malang 999, di Kabupaten Malang 506, dan di Kota Batu 686. Hasil penelitian lain menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif antar sub sektor berbeda-beda. Secara umum diantaranya belum optimalnya model bisnis industri kreatif, minimnya apresiasi terhadap kreativitas lokal, terbatasnya distribusi pemasaran, lemahnya institusi industri kreatif, dan terbatasnya pengembangan modal. Dengan adanya berbagai kelemahan tersebut, penelitian ini berhasil menyusun startegi pengembangan secara umum maupun strategi tiap-tiap sektor.

Abstract

Keberhasilan Ekonomi kreatif dalam sebuah negara telah terbukti dengan banyaknya kontribusi yang disumbangkan dalam PDB termasuk di Indonesia. Badan Ekonomi Kreatif (Bekraf) mencatat, kontribusi ekonomi kreatif terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) Indonesia pada 2015 adalah Rp 642 triliun dan pada 2016 menjadi Rp 922,59. Berangkat dari poin inilah, ekonomi kreatif berkembang pesat di Indonesia tak terkecuali di Malang Raya. Tujuan jangka panjang dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal (budaya lokal) yang menjadi kekhasan di pada masing-masing wilayah Malang Raya yakni  Kota Malang, Kota Batu, dan Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni menemukan sub ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan lokal pada batik Malang untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar global. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di tahun sebelumnya terdapat 3 subsektor ekonomi kreatif  yang memberikan kontribusi besar dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di Malang Raya yaitu subsektor kriya, fashion dan kuliner. Dari tiga subsektor tersebut peneliti akan fokus pada pengembangan ekonomi kretif berbasis kearifan lokal baik di Kota Malang, Kabupaten Malang, maupun di Kota Batu. Setelah dilakukan penelitian tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa Batik masuk kedalam tiga subsektor ekonomi kreatif diantaranya subsektor kriya, fashion dan desain produk.

Abstract

In the treasures of Islamic civilization, Muslims recognize many State income instruments, one of which is jizyah, which is a contribution that must be paid by unbelievers who settled in the Islamic State to obtain protection and guarantee that they will live there. With the continued development of science and culture, some scholars state that jizyah is only imposed on the book's people, and jizyah is a form of oppression for non-Muslims, even though this is not true. So, this research seeks to present historical facts taken from history books and research that discuss jizyah. This type of research is a literature review using descriptive qualitative methods. As for the results of the study, that the initial stipulation of jizyah was at the time of the Prophet precisely after the Tabuk war event in 9 H. Then the jizyah continued during the time of Khulafa Rasyidin and continued to grow, especially during the Caliph Umar regarding the provisions of jizyah applicable from those previously imposed on group representation to each capable non-Muslim people. Then, jizyah's wisdom and purpose are contained in Al-Quran Surah At-Taubah verse 29, that with the existence of jizyah, the non-Muslims are given life protection in an Islamic state. With jizyah, non-Muslims get security, comfort, convenience in dealing with Muslims, welfare, and security guarantees for their property.

Abstract

The existence of an economic system of capitalism, an economic system of socialism, and an economic system of sharia are a response to problems regarding the economy as well as an answer to removing people from the obscurity of the existing economic system. It’s hoped that these systems will be the key to the economic success of a society. But there are always advantages and disadvantages to every existing system. The economic system of capitalism is an economic system hi which investors or owners of capital are the movers and rulers. Meanwhile, the economic system of socialism is a system hi which the government is the main control, this system ignores the position of the individual, everything is regulated by the ruler and no one has the right other than the ruler. The considerations positives and negatives of each system have created a sharia economic system where this system has every positive side of the capitalist and socialist economic system but ignores the shortcomings or negative sides of the two systems. This paper discussed how the economic system of capitalism, the economic system of socialism, the Islamic economic system, and the relationship between them. The method used in this writing was library research, in which the authors used various secondary data from books, article, and many more. The results showed that it is clear that there are far differences between the conventional economic system and the Islamic economic system, the conventional economic system includes the economic system of capitalism and the economic system of socialism.

Abstract

The State compiles a variety of planning that aims to realize the prosperity evenly. In the concept of BaitulMaal, it is a balanced budget. The concept that emphasizes the balance between the budget accepted by the budget issued. Thus, Islam allows the debtor but does not recommend. In the management of State finances, the Messenger as the leader is always trying to implement policies aimed at kemashlahatan of the Muslims. Abu Ubaid in Al-Amwal, who explained that the distribution of wealth in a fair and equitable should be based on the principles of good fiscal justice and perfect as possible. One of the biggest sources of funding over the financing of all government spending gained at this time is through taxes. In Indonesia, it is the backbone of the tax revenue of the State. Therefore, in order for tax not incriminating peng in the community than the Government of Indonesia to make related the poll rules. The existence of such a regulation is expected to appropriate tax proportional voting so that no one is harmed. Therefore, the Government of Indonesia sought to maintain the principle of fairness in the poll tax, namely by improving tax laws if found weaknesses in it. However, improvements for the sake of improvement Government Indonesia has done is not bearing fruit, even saw unfairly. So from this, it takes an alternative rule that can manifest justice in society. This research uses a type of research literature (library research) with the theoretical approach. This research study using the method of analysis and critique of the study research. This research using primary and secondary data. Methods of data analysis, using inductive techniques descriptive. The results of this research is the essence of thought Abu Ubaid on managing the finances of the State. This can be substantiated after review paradigm revenue from public ownership and State As like, sadaqah, kharaj, ' fa'i, ursy and khumus zakat, Jizya, and others that are tied to the halal-haram defined by Sharia law. Abstract

The implementation ofthe capitalist system has eliminated the Islamic values in economic practice. After the financial crisis hit the world, the capitalist system reaped many questions and its greatnessbegins to be doubted. The capitalist system implementationprecisely creates new problems in the economy. The concept of individualism which is the main key in capitalist practice only creates economic injustice and misery of the poor. The only economic theory that is expected as a light in dealing with economic problems is an economic system that is able to create justice,the welfare of all parties and blessings both the world and the hereafter. The theory is the Islamic economics which in practice is inseparable from Islamiceconomic law. Abstract

Economic activities in rural areas are still dominated by micro business sectors. The majority of business agents are women who are always constrained by capital in economic activities. Though capital is one of the most important elements in moving the economy in a rural area. Limited capital can prevent creativity in business development. Looking at the facts, people should be able to get capital easily. Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat is a national integrated poverty reduction program and is a community empowerment program launched by the government. PNPM in one of its programs facilitates the community in Obtaining additional capital by providing a capital loan for women who have a business, namely Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) program. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) program and the Islamic economic perspective of the SPP program in an effort to prosper the Cantuk Banyuwangi community. The variables used to measure the effectiveness of the SPP program are the variables of achieving goals, integration, real change, and satisfaction. Program effectiveness is the dependent variable. The study was conducted on 80 SPP lenders. The selection of respondents was by Sampling Cluster method. As for the data processing, the data was done by quantitative statistical analysis method and used a qualitative descriptive method for analyzing qualitative analysis data. Based on the research, the results showed that the effectiveness of the SPP program in Cantuk Banyuwangi Village was very effective with a percentage of 93.3%.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking and financial institutions in Indonesia is getting better from year to year. This development is a benchmark for the success of the Islamic economy. To become a new economic force in Indonesia, the Minister of State Owned Enterprises stated that there are plans to merge state owned Islamic banks namely BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri, as the total assets of Islamic banks will increase and become larger in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the impact of the merger of three Indonesian Islamic banks in the development of the Islamic economy. The research employed a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results have shown that the merger of three Islamic banks consisting of Bank BRI Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri into Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) has positive impacts on the Islamic economy development in Indonesia. Firstly, the increase in banking capital as a result of the merger of the three banks, the increase in economic activity in the field of Islamic capital markets, the promotion of the halal system in all service activities in banking. Secondly, the merger still allows customers to transact using their old accounts from their respective banks throughout the transaction period starting from e-Money, Tapcash, Brizzi, and or card based electronic money. Thirdly, all employees of the three banks are still employees of BSI and there are no layoffs despite the merger of three Islamic banks, and BSI opens talent development programs to all Indonesians to prepare Islamic bank leaders in the future. Fourthly, BSI created a talent development program for the Indonesian community to increase literacy and understanding of Islamic economics and work with economists and Islamic institutions to support the program, promote Islamic economic development by accelerating the completion of the halal value chain.Perkembangan perbankan dan lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia semakin baik dari tahun ke tahun. Perkembangan ini menjadi tolak ukur keberhasilan ekonomi syariah. Untuk menjadi kekuatan ekonomi baru di Indonesia, Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara menyatakan rencana untuk menggabungkan bank syariah milik negara yaitu BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah, dan Bank Syariah Mandiri, karena total aset bank syariah akan meningkat dan menjadi lebih besar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak merger tiga bank syariah Indonesia terhadap perkembangan ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggabungan tiga bank syariah yang terdiri dari Bank BRI Syariah, Bank BNI Syariah, dan Bank Syariah Mandiri ke dalam Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) berdampak positif bagi perkembangan ekonomi syariah di Indonesia. Pertama, peningkatan permodalan perbankan akibat penggabungan ketiga bank tersebut, peningkatan kegiatan ekonomi di bidang pasar modal syariah, promosi sistem halal dalam semua kegiatan pelayanan di perbankan. Kedua, penggabungan masih memungkinkan nasabah untuk bertransaksi menggunakan rekening lama dari bank masing-masing selama periode transaksi mulai dari e-Money, Tapcash, Brizzi, dan atau uang elektronik berbasis kartu. Ketiga, seluruh pegawai ketiga bank tersebut masih pegawai BSI dan tidak ada PHK meskipun tiga bank syariah telah bergabung, dan BSI membuka program pengembangan talenta kepada seluruh masyarakat Indonesia untuk mempersiapkan pemimpin bank syariah di masa depan. Keempat, BSI membuat program pengembangan talenta bagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk meningkatkan literasi dan pemahaman ekonomi syariah serta bekerjasama dengan para ekonom dan lembaga syariah untuk mendukung program tersebut, mendorong pengembangan ekonomi syariah dengan mempercepat penyelesaian rantai nilai halal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of work ethic in human life. Work ethic is a fundamental thing that can determine a person's behavior in meeting their needs. This study found an analysis of the relationship between work ethic, economic values and value systems in Islam. The method of this study is a qualitative method that combines observation, interviews, and documentation related to work ethic. This study is suggested and expected to researchers in developing research on work ethics, especially in relation to economic values.
