Abstract

Learning is a combination composed of human elements, materials, facilities, equipment and procedures that influence each other in achieving learning objectives. The methodology if fiqh learning is a method adopted by educators in conveying Islamic laws that relate to human life both in relation to God and those related to humans.

Abstract

Globalization has a major impact on social, cultural, and economic life throughout the world, including in the field of Islamic law. Fiqh, as a legal system in Islam, is faced with major challenges in maintaining its relevance and sustainability amidst rapid global changes. This article aims to examine the role of fiqh in facing the challenges of globalization, as well as how fiqh can adapt to the times without sacrificing its basic principles. Some of the main focuses in this journal are the application of fiqh in a modern context, the role of fiqh in resolving contemporary social issues, and its contribution to the development of sharia economics in the global world.

Abstract

Mistakes in choosing learning methods have an impact on learning outcomes. So in that case the teacher must be able to determine the appropriate learning method. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject by applying the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning method. The focus of this research is on two things, namely improving post-action learning outcomes and student learning activities. This research was conducted on class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah, Laboratory of UIN Sumatra Utara Medan. This study used the Classroom Action Research method, which was carried out in three cycles. Collecting data using observation, tests, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of students in cycle I got an average score of 76.34 in the calculation of 27 people who had completed and 3 people who had not completed the KKM score that had been determined, cycle II with an average score of 86.66 in the calculation of 28 people has been completed and 2 people have not completed the specified KKM value, cycle III with an average value of 95.12 in the calculation of 29 people has been completed and 1 person has not completed the specified KKM value. This research succeeded in proving the allegation that the giving question and getting answar methods can help improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

Backgrounds: Indonesia is the second-largest cigarette market in the world, with an increased smoking rate among young people aged 10-18 years. The latest data show that smoking is increasingly common in youth. Tobacco control will reduce public demand for tobacco products, especially if the supply of tobacco can be limited. Methods: This study uses a cross-sectional design; research was conducted in July-November 2022. This study was conducted on 130 junior high and senior high schools with details of 78 schools in Tebing Tinggi City, and Pematang Siantar City has 52 schools. This study will also examine smoking behavior among students as many as 3900 in junior high and senior high school, with the distribution of students in the city of Tebing Tinggi as many as 2340 students, and students in Pematang Siantar as many as 1560 students. This study will take the coordinates of the school and the coordinates of outdoor retailers' cigarettes around the school using GPS and then will be analyzed using QGIS 3.0 to describe the school's coordinates with the coordinates of the cigarette seller. Data analysis of retailers' cigarettes around schools and students' smoking behavior in Tebing Tinggi City and Pematang Siantar City will use the STATA 15. Results: This study's results indicate a relationship between the perception that smoking is cool and the smoking behavior of students in Tebing Tinggi City (P-value=<0.001; OR=7.238). Students who perceive smoking as cool are 7.238 times more likely to smoke. there is a relationship between the perception of smoking as a symbol of friendship and the smoking behavior of students in Tebing Tinggi City (P-value=<0.001= OR=15.206). Students who perceive smoking as a symbol of friendship are at risk 15.206 times greater for smoking. there is a relationship between the perception of smoking as a symbol of friendship/friendship and the smoking behavior of students in Tebing Tinggi City (P-value=<0.001= OR=12.597). Students who perceive smoking as a symbol of friendship/friendship are 12.597 times more likely to smoke. there is a relationship between the perception that smoking is cool and the smoking behavior of students in the last ten days in Tebing Tinggi City (P-value=<0.001= OR=9.798). Students who perceive smoking as cool are 9.798 times more likely to smoke in the previous ten days. there is a relationship between the perception of smoking as a symbol of friendship and students' smoking behavior in the last ten days in Tebing Tinggi City (P-value=<0.001= OR=28.140). Students who perceive smoking as a symbol of friendship are 28.140 times more likely to smoke in the last ten days. And there is a relationship between the perception of smoking as a symbol of friendship/friendship and students' smoking behavior in the previous ten days in Tebing Tinggi City (P-value=<0.001= OR=22.853). Students who perceive smoking as a symbol of friendship/friendship are at risk 22.853 times greater for smoking in the last ten days compared to students who do not have smoking as a symbol of friendship/friendship. There is a relationship between cigarette advertisements around schools and students' smoking behavior in Pematang Siantar City (P-value=<0.001= OR=2.547). Students have never smoked. And there is a relationship between cigarette advertisements around schools and students' smoking behavior in the last ten days in Pematang Siantar City (P-value=<0.001; OR=3.678). Cigarette advertisements around schools have a risk of 3.678 times greater for students smoking in the last ten days. Suggestion: Tebing Tinggi City Government and Pematang Siantar City Government to strengthen SFA bylaws in Tebing Tinggi City and Pematang Siantar City by including a ban on cigarette advertising and sponsorship around schools. The Tebing Tinggi City Education Office and the Pematang Siantar City Education Office are expected to coordinate with the Tebing Tinggi City Civil Service Police Unit Agency and the Pematang Siantar City Civil Service Police Unit Agency to regulate cigarette advertisements around the school area with a radius of 1 Km. Government to make Regional Regulations related to the prohibition of cigarette advertising around schools and cigarette sellers in Tebing Tinggi City and Pematang Siantar City. The Tebing Tinggi City Education Office and the Pematang Siantar City Education Office are expected to coordinate with the Tebing Tinggi City Health Office and the Pematang Siantar City Health Office to provide socialization to students about the dangers of smoking actively.

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu dan teknologi kedokteran, penerapan kedokteran kontemporer dalam prosedur perawatan kesehatan saat ini berkembang pesat. Namun, khususnya dari perspektif Islam, penerapan kedokteran kontemporer terkait erat dengan pertimbangan etika, hukum, dan moral. Fiqih, atau yurisprudensi kesehatan, adalah bidang studi interdisipliner yang menggabungkan prosedur medis modern dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah Islam. Berdasarkan kitab suci Islam dan penelitian ilmiah, studi ini berupaya menyelidiki penerapan kedokteran kontemporer dari sudut pandang yurisprudensi kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah riset pustaka, yang menelusuri berbagai buku, artikel jurnal, dan sumber ilmiah yang relevan. Menurut temuan penelitian, pengobatan kontemporer, secara teori, dapat diterima dalam Islam selama mematuhi standar syariah, yang meliputi memastikan halal, memberikan manfaat, tidak menimbulkan bahaya lebih lanjut, dan diberikan sesuai dengan indikasi medis. Landasan untuk menentukan apakah penggunaan pengobatan modern itu halal, terutama dalam hal menjaga jiwa (ḥifḍ al-nafs), adalah konsep maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjamin layanan kesehatan yang aman, bermoral, dan Islami, sangat penting untuk memasukkan yurisprudensi kesehatan ke dalam praktik medis kontemporer.

Abstract

Imunisasi merupakan salah satu intervensi kesehatan masyarakat yang paling efektif dalam mencegah penyakit menular. Namun, cakupan Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap (IDL) di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keraguan masyarakat terkait kehalalan vaksin dari perspektif Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perspektif fiqih terhadap kehalalan vaksin serta mengidentifikasi peran strategis tokoh agama dalam meningkatkan cakupan IDL melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada database Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Portal Garuda dengan kata kunci terkait vaksin halal, fiqih kesehatan, imunisasi dalam Islam, dan peran ulama. Sebanyak 25 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas ulama dan lembaga fatwa Islam di Indonesia maupun internasional menyatakan bahwa vaksin pada prinsipnya halal dan bahkan wajib berdasarkan konsep maslahah, darurat, dan menjaga jiwa (hifzh al-nafs). Meskipun beberapa vaksin mengandung bahan yang secara fiqih problematik, konsep istihalah (transformasi substansi) dan darurat menjadi landasan hukum kebolehannya. Tokoh agama memiliki peran sentral dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan umat, menguatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap program imunisasi, serta menjadi jembatan komunikasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Kolaborasi strategis antara tenaga kesehatan dan tokoh agama terbukti efektif meningkatkan cakupan IDL di berbagai wilayah. Disarankan agar integrasi pendekatan fiqih dalam program promosi kesehatan diperkuat, dan pelatihan bagi tokoh agama tentang isu kesehatan masyarakat ditingkatkan untuk mencapai target cakupan imunisasi nasional.
