Abstract

Science learning in schools often does not connect science concepts with the environmental realities faced by students on a daily basis, this leads to low learning relevance and lack of ecological awareness of students, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of contextual science learning based on environmental problems around schools in improving students' understanding of concepts and concern for environmental issues, this study uses a Systematic approach Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing 27 scientific articles published between 2020–2025, articles were obtained from various reputable databases with inclusion criteria including a focus on environment-based science learning, available in full text, and from primary to secondary education levels, the results of the analysis showed that contextual science learning based on environmental issues significantly improved students' understanding of science concepts,  Critical thinking skills, as well as forming a character of caring for the environment, in addition, this approach is effective in integrating students' real experiences with teaching materials, the environment-based contextual approach is a relevant innovative strategy to support meaningful and sustainable science education in schools.

Abstract

Land disputes in urban areas are increasingly complex legal issues due to the high economic value of land, population growth, and weak land administration. This article aims to analyze the factors causing land disputes in urban areas and review the application of agrarian law in resolving them. Through a qualitative approach with literature studies and normative legal reviews, this article examines the legal aspects, the role of state institutions, and obstacles in resolving land disputes. The findings show that land conflicts in urban areas are generally triggered by overlapping ownership, document falsification, and physical control without rights. On the other hand, the implementation of the Basic Agrarian Law (UUPA) has not been fully effective, especially in administrative arrangements and law enforcement. Dispute resolution is often hampered by lengthy legal processes, lack of coordination between institutions, and minimal protection for low-income communities. Therefore, integrated and participatory law-based agrarian reform is needed to create agrarian justice in urban areas.

Abstract

Regional economic inequality remains a major challenge in many countries, particularly in the context of rapid technological disruption and digital transformation. The concept of regional economic convergence suggests that less developed regions may grow faster than advanced regions, thereby reducing disparities in income and productivity. However, recent evidence indicates that convergence processes are increasingly influenced by technological innovation, spatial spillovers, and structural regional differences. This study aims to analyze regional economic convergence in the era of technological disruption by applying dynamic panel and spatial econometric approaches to capture both temporal dynamics and spatial interactions among regions. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary panel data on regional economic indicators, including gross regional domestic product per capita, digital economy development, infrastructure, and human capital. The analysis applies dynamic panel estimation using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) to identify β-convergence, followed by spatial econometric modeling to examine spatial spillover effects between regions. The results indicate that regional convergence occurs conditionally rather than absolutely, with technological innovation and digital economy development playing important roles in shaping regional growth dynamics. Spatial econometric results reveal significant spillover effects, indicating that technological development in one region can positively influence economic growth in neighboring regions. In conclusion, regional convergence in the era of technological disruption is strongly influenced by innovation spillovers and spatial interactions, highlighting the importance of dynamic panel and spatial econometric models in analyzing regional economic development patterns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of accounting analysis in improving the quality of business decision-making through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This method was chosen to provide a systematic and comprehensive review of previous studies that discuss the relationship between accounting analysis and business decision-making. The literature was collected from various scientific databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect, focusing on publications in the 2020–2025 time frame and using relevant keywords. From the selection results, 15 scientific articles that met the criteria were analyzed thematically. The results of the study show that accounting analysis, through techniques such as financial ratio analysis, cost analysis, and cash flow analysis, makes a significant contribution to the quality of managerial decisions. Decisions based on accounting data have proven to be more rational, measurable, and able to minimize risks, especially in the aspects of financing, investment, and financial planning. In addition, the use of digital technology in the accounting system also strengthens the effectiveness of the analysis by providing information quickly and in real time. However, this study also identifies implementation challenges, especially in the MSME sector, which still faces obstacles such as low accounting literacy and a recording system that has not been digitized. Therefore, improving human resource competency and digitalizing accounting information systems are the main recommendations for optimizing the role of accounting analysis in making quality and sustainable business decisions.
