Abstract

This study aims to analyze the legal certainty in the distribution of joint property after divorce, with an emphasis on the challenges faced in the implementation of the law in Indonesia. The division of joint property is a crucial issue in the context of divorce which often causes disputes between former spouses, where the principles of justice and equality should take precedence. In this study, a normative juridical approach is used to examine laws and regulations, legal doctrines, and court decisions related to the division of common property, with a focus on Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Civil Code. The results show that despite the legal provisions governing the division of common property, its implementation is often hampered by various factors, including differences in interpretation among judges, the existence of cultural values that influence decisions, and technical obstacles in asset valuation. Variations in court decisions create legal uncertainty that not only harms one party, but also impacts the welfare of children involved in divorce. Uncertainty about the rights and obligations of each party has the potential to cause prolonged conflicts and harm all parties. As part of the analysis, the study also highlights the social and economic impact of legal uncertainty in the distribution of assets, especially for the financially weaker parties. To improve fairness and certainty in the division of common property, this study recommends the need for more detailed and uniform guidelines in court decision-making procedures, as well as harmonization between national and local regulations. Thus, it is hoped that the process of distributing joint property after divorce can be carried out in a fairer, more efficient, and transparent manner, so that the interests of all parties, especially children, can be well protected.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of social media on language and cultural changes among young generations. The research aims to analyze how the intensity of social media usage influences the emergence of slang, abbreviations, and borrowed words in daily communication, as well as how it accelerates the adoption of foreign cultural trends, shaping social norms and lifestyles. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 190 respondents through structured questionnaires. Several statistical tests, including validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, multiple regression, t-test, and ANOVA (F-test), were conducted to evaluate the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that social media significantly influences both language and cultural changes, with all tested hypotheses being statistically significant (p < 0.05). The regression model explains 56% of the variation in language and cultural changes (R² = 0.560). These results suggest that while social media fosters linguistic creativity and global cultural exposure, it may also contribute to the erosion of formal language use and local traditions. The study emphasizes the need for balanced digital literacy programs and cultural preservation efforts to mitigate potential negative impacts. Future research should explore long-term effects and additional influencing factors beyond social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of Character Education and school environment support on inclusivity and ethical behavior among junior and Senior High School students in DKI Jakarta province. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression approach. The sample consisted of middle and high school students who were randomly selected. The results of the validity and reliability test show that the research instrument is valid and reliable. The results of regression analysis showed that the implementation of Character Education and school environment support had a positive and significant effect on inclusiveness and ethical behavior, with character education having a stronger influence. The R2 test of 0.659 indicates that 65.9% of the variation in inclusiveness and ethical behavior can be explained by both independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors. In addition, the results of the F test prove that the regression model used is significant in explaining the relationship between variables. These findings underscore the importance of strong character education and a conducive school environment in shaping an inclusive and ethical generation. Therefore, educational institutions are expected to continue to strengthen character education programs and create a learning environment that supports the development of inclusivity and ethical values.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of accounting analysis in improving the quality of business decision-making through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This method was chosen to provide a systematic and comprehensive review of previous studies that discuss the relationship between accounting analysis and business decision-making. The literature was collected from various scientific databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect, focusing on publications in the 2020–2025 time frame and using relevant keywords. From the selection results, 15 scientific articles that met the criteria were analyzed thematically. The results of the study show that accounting analysis, through techniques such as financial ratio analysis, cost analysis, and cash flow analysis, makes a significant contribution to the quality of managerial decisions. Decisions based on accounting data have proven to be more rational, measurable, and able to minimize risks, especially in the aspects of financing, investment, and financial planning. In addition, the use of digital technology in the accounting system also strengthens the effectiveness of the analysis by providing information quickly and in real time. However, this study also identifies implementation challenges, especially in the MSME sector, which still faces obstacles such as low accounting literacy and a recording system that has not been digitized. Therefore, improving human resource competency and digitalizing accounting information systems are the main recommendations for optimizing the role of accounting analysis in making quality and sustainable business decisions.

Abstract

Physical education plays an important role in supporting the motor and psychological development of adolescents. Optimal motor development not only improves physical abilities but also has a positive impact on psychological aspects such as self-confidence, motivation, and mental well-being. This study aims to analyze the effect of physical education on the motor and psychological development of adolescents through a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from in-depth interviews with physical education teachers, observations of physical education learning activities in secondary schools, and group discussions with students. The results of the study indicate that structured and continuous physical education can improve gross and fine motor skills while strengthening psychological aspects such as emotional control, self-confidence, and social skills of adolescents. Social interaction during physical activities strengthens relationships between friends and reduces stress. However, several obstacles such as lack of facilities and variety of learning materials are still challenges. This study recommends improving the quality of physical education by paying attention to the psychological and motor needs of adolescents through innovative learning methods and improving supporting facilities. Thus, physical education can contribute holistically to the development of healthy and productive adolescents.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that has a long-term impact on the quality of human resources. Although the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia shows a downward trend, the figure still exceeds the WHO threshold. One important determinant of stunting is the adequacy and quality of protein intake in early childhood. This study aims to explore parents' understanding of animal and vegetable protein consumption and its relationship to the risk of stunting. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was used to capture the subjective experiences of parents with children aged 0–5 years in areas at high risk of stunting. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews and analyzed using the Colaizzi thematic technique. The results showed that parents' understanding of the importance of protein quality, especially from animal sources, is still low. Economic factors, cultural perceptions, and low nutritional literacy are the main obstacles in providing balanced nutritious food for children. Vegetable protein tends to be the main choice because it is more affordable, although biologically less optimal. This study emphasizes the need for contextual and community-based nutritional interventions, as well as multi-sector policy support to improve community access and understanding of the importance of a combination of animal and vegetable protein in preventing stuntings

Abstract

In the last decade, fermented foods have become an important part of modern nutrition trends that emphasize gut health, immune system, and mental balance. Increasing public awareness of healthy lifestyles, coupled with strong media narratives, have driven the popularity of products such as kimchi, kefir, and miso. Fermentation not only increases nutritional value, but also produces probiotics that play a role in maintaining gut microbiota. Research has shown a significant association between fermented food consumption and a reduced risk of chronic diseases, digestive disorders, and mild mental disorders through the gut-brain axis mechanism. However, these benefits are highly dependent on the type and viability of the microorganisms contained, as well as the consistency of consumption. The lack of adequate regulation and education makes consumers vulnerable to commercial claims that are not based on scientific evidence. This study uses a qualitative approach through a literature review to synthesize empirical findings on the benefits and challenges of implementing fermented foods in a healthy diet. The results demonstrate the need for an evidence-based nutrition approach, accompanied by public policies that support the integration of fermented foods in a contextual and sustainable manner. Collaboration between researchers, governments, and communities is needed so that the potential of fermented foods can be optimized in supporting public health and sustainable food systems
