Abstract

This study's goal was to analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions for the Suzuki All New Ertiga at PT. Trans Sumatra Mainstay Sisingamangaraja Branch. The research was carried out between March 2021 and June 2022 and employs a quantitative methodology. The data collection techniques employed are observations, documentation studies, and surveys on a Likert scale. Using Isaac and Michael's calculation formula, a sample of 162 clients from PT. The Sisingamangaraja Mainstay Branch of Trans Sumatra represents a fraction of the research population of up to 400 persons. The SPSS program's multiple linear regression analysis technique. According to the study's findings, a positive and significant influence on purchases is provided by product quality. Promotions have positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. At PT. Mainstay of Trans Sumatra Sisingamangaraja Branch, promotion and overall product quality have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. The quality of the product and the promotion can explain 91.9 percent of consumer purchasing decisions, according to the study's coefficient of determination (R2), which is 0.919.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of facilities and means of transportation on tourist satisfaction at Monaco Park Sibiru-Biru Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The research population is tourists in Monaco Park Biru-Biru, namely 300 visitors from January - March 2022. To determine the sample size of the known population, there are 300 tourists in Monaco Park Biru-Biru. With an error tolerance of 5%, the number of samples that will be used if calculated using the formula is 172 respondents. The results of the study show that facilities have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Monaco Park Sibiru-Biru. Means of transportation have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Monaco Park Sibiru-Biru. Simultaneously facilities and means of transportation have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in Monaco Park Sibiru-Biru. R Square (R2) shows the coefficient of determination is 0.719 (71.9%) meaning that the percentage of facilities, transportation facilities, and tourist satisfaction is 71.9% while the remaining is 28.1%.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the understanding and capabilities of small business actors in applying the Marketing Mix 4P (product, price, place, and promotion) among flood-affected communities in Aceh Tamiang Regency. The method used was socialization through interactive lectures, discussions, and practical guidance on adaptive marketing strategies in post-disaster conditions. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills. Participants became more aware of the importance of adjusting products to current market needs, particularly by offering practical and essential goods. In terms of pricing, they understood the need to set flexible and affordable prices aligned with decreased purchasing power. Regarding place (distribution), participants gained insights into utilizing both direct and digital channels, including social media and messaging platforms, to expand market reach. In the promotion aspect, they demonstrated increased interest in applying simple yet effective promotional strategies, such as using digital media, customer testimonials, and community networks. Furthermore, participants were able to integrate the four elements of the marketing mix more effectively in managing their businesses. These findings are consistent with previous studies highlighting that the implementation of the 4P marketing mix, especially when supported by digital tools, can improve competitiveness and business sustainability. Therefore, this activity contributes positively to economic recovery and business resilience in post-disaster communities.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Manajemen (KKM) merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan akademik yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman kerja secara langsung kepada mahasiswa agar mampu mengaplikasikan teori yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan ke dalam dunia kerja. Kegiatan KKM ini dilaksanakan di PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart) Area Medan Johor pada tanggal 14 Januari sampai dengan 11 Februari 2026. Selama pelaksanaan KKM, mahasiswa melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan antara lain administrasi, penerimaan barang, pengarsipan dokumen, pelayanan, stock opname, input data, serta pengiriman surat-menyurat. Dalam pelaksanaannya, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti proses adaptasi dengan sistem kerja, penyesuaian ritme kerja, penataan arsip, serta ketelitian dalam input data. Namun, kendala tersebut dapat diatasi melalui bimbingan dari karyawan dan peningkatan koordinasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan KKM ini, mahasiswa memperoleh pengalaman, pengetahuan, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai dunia kerja secara nyata, khususnya di bidang manajemen.
