The study is on the bakground by still lack the influence of peer social support on the learning interest of XI high school protester 1 two villagw pasaman. There is still a phenomenon in the field, symptoms indicating a low interest in learning participants. The purpose of this study is to test the impact peer social support has on the learning interest of the XI class educated in the two passafs districk koto. This type of research is a carbon-descriptive cumulative. The research population is all the sophomines in the state high school 1 second listen koto in the second semester of 2019/2020 for 228 people. The sample is taken by a sample proportionately fandom sampling technique, sample number70, data collection using angket, data analysis using descriptive statistics with percentages and testing correlation. Studies reveral that: (1) social support of peers falls into sufficients categories okay. (2) the interests of learners fall into moderate categiries. (3) found A positive and significant influence between peer social support for the learning interests of learners. This research is entitled Guidance and Counseling Service Program Design in Overcoming Student Learning Problems in Class XI MIPA at SMA Negeri 5 Padang. Thesis, Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, Pgri University, West Sumatra, Padang, 2023. This research is motivated by the problems students face while studying. The research aims to describe: students' learning problems in aspects 1.) Lack of enthusiasm for learning 2.) Saturated 3.) Lazy 4.) Procrastinating assignments 5.) Hating teachers. 6.) do not want to ask. As well as designing programs based on the analysis of the problems faced by students. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 252 students of SMA Negeri 5 Padang. The sampling technique used random sampling technique as many as 72 people. The instrument used is the questionnaire. Data analysis using percentage technique. Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that: 1.) Lack of enthusiasm for learning is in the very high category 2.) Saturation is in the high category 3.) Lazy is in the fairly high category 4.) Procrastinating assignments is in the fairly high category 5.) Hates the teacher is in the very high category. 6.) Do not want to ask is in the high category. The design of the Guidance and Counseling Service Program in Overcoming student learning problems at SMA Negeri 5 Padang in the form of information services with the topic of questioning skills and increasing self-confidence, group guidance with the topic of time management material and bibliotherapy with the topic of learning skills. The problem in this research is motivated by the presence of PGRI University West Sumatra BK Study Program students who have not been able to make decisions or carry out activities that support career planning. This study aims to uncover and reveal and describe the level of student career maturity. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with a sample of 67 students from batch 2019 at PGRI University, West Sumatra. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the percentage technique of the average. The results of the study revealed that career maturity in college students is generally in a fairly high category with a percentage of 32.84%. For this reason, there is a need for special studies and attention related to efforts to achieve the level of student career maturity through various forms of career guidance services.

This research is motivated by a problem, namely students do not do homework or assignments, are less active in learning in class, do not understand learning material. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1) Learning difficulties of students. 2) Guidance and Counseling Service Program Design to Overcome Learning Difficulties in Class IX Students of SMPN 4 Lubuk Attitude. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The study population consisted of 111 students selected by proportional random sampling technique with 53 participants. The instrument used is a questionnaire. As for data analysis using interval scores and percentages. Based on the results of research on the Design of Guidance and Counseling Service Programs to Overcome Learning Difficulties in Class IX Students of SMPN 4 Lubuk Attitude: 1) Shows the results of students' learning difficulties are in the category of no learning difficulties. 2) Service program design to overcome students' learning difficulties, namely basic services with classical guidance service strategies, with the theme of learning strategies based on learning styles, using the Cooperative Learning approach. And individual planning and specialization services, with the theme of overcoming learning difficulties, with a discussion approach. The results of this study are recommended to guidance and counseling teachers so that the programs that have been packaged by researchers can be considered as input in implementing guidance and counseling programs.

This research is motivated by the influence of online game addiction on the learning concentration of students at SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Nagari Kababupaten Agam. The purpose of the research is to describe; 1) Knowing the description of online game addiction at SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Nagari, Agam Regency. 2) Knowing the description of students' learning concentration at SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Nagari, Agam Regency. 3) Knowing the effect of online game addiction on learning concentration at SMP N 2 Ampek Nagari, Agam Regency. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a simple linear regression analysis approach. This research collected data using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population of this research was all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Ampek Nagari, totaling 154 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique as many as 40 people. The instrument used is the questionnaire. Data analysis using percents technique. The results of this study reveal that R Square X to Y is 0.60, so it has an effect of X on Y, namely 60%, the remaining 60% is influenced by other variables that are not visible in this study. Judging from the t count of 1.558 and t table of -3.01 with (α) = 0.05. provisions t table obtained from table t. So it is concluded that the regression coefficient X on Y is significant because tcount > ttable (1.558> -3.01) then the hypothesis is accepted which says there is a significant influence of online game addiction variables on learning concentration.

This research is motivated by the existence of students who have low interest in learning and there are still teachers who are not able to use media in the learning process. This study aims to 1) describe students' interest in learning at SMP Negeri 1 Batang Anai 2) Validate information service media to increase student learning interest which is theoretically acceptable.This type of research is research and development. The steps of this research the researcher limits 5 development steps, namely (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation (validated by 3 examiners), (5) design revision . The population of this study were students of class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Btang Anai totaling 256 people with a sample of 72 people who were selected using proportional random sampling technique. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire and processed using the percentage technique. Based on the results of the study revealed that: 1). In general, there were 38 students (53%) in the medium category. 2) after the media testing was carried out on three validators namely Mrs. Dr. Helma, M.Pd, Mr. Mori Dianto.M.Pd, and Mr. Suryadi M.Pd. with an average score of 3.49 in the category of very acceptable theoretically and feasible to be used to increase student interest in learning

ABSTRACT Learning motivation can be defined as internal and external encouragement in the students to make a change over their behavior. Someone’s learning motivation is affected by various factors which might come either from themselves or from outside. The factor is  gender residence. The purpose of this research was to reveal of religious program insenior high school students learning motivation viewed from residence and its implication in guidance and counseling. This research method was ex post facto by using a factorial design 2 x 2. The population of this research was the students of religious program in senior high school that consist of 108 people. All of the population was taken as the sample. The instrument of the research was Likert scale model. The data obtained in this research was analyzed by using analysis of variant (ANOVA).The results of data analysis indicated that: learning motivation of the students who lived in the boarding school and those who did not live in the boarding school was in high category in which there was not significant difference between learning motivation of student who lived in the boarding school and those who did not live in the boarding school. Keyword : Learning Motivation, Residence ABSTRAKMotivasi belajar merupakan dorongan internal dan eksternal pada diri siswa yang sedang belajar untuk mengadakan perubahan tingkahlaku. Motivasi belajar siswa banyak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri dan luar diri. Faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar diantaranya adalah tempat tinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa Madrasah Aliyah Keagamaan (MAK) ditinjau dari tempat tinggal serta implikasinya pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ex post facto dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2. Populasinya adalah siswa MAK sebanyak 108 orang dan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis varian (ANAVA). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa:  motivasi belajar siswa ditinjau dari tempat tinggal yaitu siswa yang tinggal di asrama dan yang tidak tinggal di asrama berada pada kategori tinggi, dan tidak terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar antara siswa yang tinggal di asrama dan yang tidak tinggal di asrama. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Tempat Tinggal

Belum maksimalnya penerapan teknik budidaya jamur oleh masyarakat telah memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil produksi. Belum maksimalnya teknik yang dimiliki menyebabkan semakin lama waktu pengerjaan dan tingginya kerusakan pada baglok jamur tiram, seperti yang dialami pengusaha MycoAgro. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memperbaiki teknik budidaya jamur dalam rangka meningkatkan produksi usaha jamur yang dimiliki masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Nagari Panyalaian Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar Sumatera Barat. Metode yang digunakan berupa pendampingan masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan mitra dalam pembenahan sarana budidaya, pemantapan teknik budidaya yang sudah dan belum dikuasai mitra. Pembuatan standar operasional alat budidaya dan prosedur keselamatan kerja serta pemberian konseling motivasi wirausaha pada mitra.Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan telah terjadi peningkatan pemahaman teknik budidaya yang dikuasai mitra. Selama proses budidaya telah terjadi penurunan jumlah baglok yang mengalami kerusakan bila dibandingkan dengan sebelum dilakukannya perbaikan tek nik budidaya. Mitra telah mampu menyelesaikan baglok jamur dengan waktu yang lebih cepat dari sebelumnya. Selama proses budidaya baglok yang mengalami kerusakan hanya 10%, jauh lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya. Mitra juga telah mampu memproduksi bibit sendiri, mengetahui teknik budidaya jamur konsumsi selain jamur tiram dan mampu menggunakan media tumbuh selain sekam kayu. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan telah terjadi peningkatan usaha budidaya jamur tiram yang dimiliki masyarakat.
