Abstract

In recent years, the world has been busy with the emergence of the Covid-19 virus. As a result, there are many obstacles faced by the community in carrying out their daily lives, especially regarding work problems. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the government to implement policies to carry out social distancing and require following health protocols, one of which is working from home. This policy has an impact on the performance of employees who usually work in the office to work from home. This study focuses on how much influence the variables of work information, discipline, environment, and motivation have on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely the data collection technique using a questionnaire. The data in this study were 60 respondents, multiple linear regression data processing techniques used SPSS 18. Adjusted R Square test results were 16%. The value of the t test on the work information variable is 1.292, the work discipline variable is 0.175, the work environment variable is 2.692, the work motivation variable is 2.419. The results of this study conclude that the work information variable has an effect on employee performance. The work discipline variable has no effect on employee performance. Work environment variables affect employee performance, and work motivation variables affect employee performance. With the results of this study, it is necessary to concentrate on work discipline to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet which is currently increasingly advance and better, makes digital marketing even faster and better.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of online customer reviews, online customers rating and cash on delivery on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop application.This type of research is quantitative using non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling.The results of the analysis in this study indicate that Online Customer Review partially has no effect on purchasing decisions, partially Online Customer Rating has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Cash On Delivery partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating and Cash On Delivery has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Image, desain produk, dan Customer Experience terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu Aerostreet pada mahasiswa di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan hasil pengolahan data responden sesuai kriteria yang diperoleh dari survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada mahasiswa di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan desain produk dan Customer Experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to explore the intricate relationships between global trade and exchange rate policies. Utilizing data extracted from major academic databases, the research synthesizes relevant literature from the past three decades to identify key thematic areas, influential authors, and the evolution of research trends over time. The analysis reveals how exchange rate volatility impacts global trade dynamics, highlights the theoretical underpinnings such as the Mundell-Fleming model and the Purchasing Power Parity, and identifies gaps in the current literature. The study's findings provide significant insights into the role of exchange rate management in economic stability and the interconnectedness of global markets. Practical implications are discussed with a focus on policy formulation and strategic financial management, while theoretical contributions offer enhancements to existing economic frameworks and propose new areas for empirical research. This research not only enriches the academic field of international economics but also serves as a foundational resource for policymakers and economic strategists navigating the complexities of global trade.

Abstract

This study analyzes the internal control of the payroll system at PDAM Tirta Sembada with internal control components according to COSO. This type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, documentation, and checklist of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is to compare the internal control of the payroll system run by the company with the theory according to COSO The results show that the internal control of the payroll system at PDAM Tirta Sembada has been running well according to the COSO component. Abstract

In an effort to break into foreign markets, this study looks into how brand equity and market position are affected by sustainability marketing, corporate social responsibility (CSR), ethical branding, and green consumerism in the Indonesian fashion sector. Data obtained from 197 Indonesian fashion customers was subjected to a quantitative analysis. The associations between the variables were examined using Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 and structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings show a strong positive correlation between brand equity and market position and sustainability-related criteria (green consumerism, CSR, sustainability marketing, and ethical branding). The results highlight how crucial sustainability and ethical branding are from a strategic standpoint for Indonesian fashion firms looking to gain a competitive edge and become more visible in the international fashion scene.

Abstract

Bagi para wanita, kosmetik menjadi salah satu kebutuhan penting untuk mempercantik diri baik wajah maupun tubuh. Namun, penggunaan kosmetik harus didasari pada ketelitian dalam memilih produk yang memenuhi unsur keamanan, kehalalan, dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus permasalahan pada pengaruh pencantuman label BPOM, logo halal, dan logo green dot pada kemasan produk kosmetik Wardah terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, penelitian ini memiliki besaran sampel 100 orang responden dari para wanita yang berdomisili provinsi DIY, berusia minimal 17 tahun, dan sedang atau pernah menggunakan produk kosmetik merek Wardah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) SmartPLS 4, serta pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5% ini menunjukkan bahwa pencantuman BPOM pada kemasan produk kosmetik Wardah tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun pencantuman logo halal dan logo green dot memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dalam model penelitian ini, ketiga variabel independen tersebut memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 47,2% dan sisanya sebesar 52,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian

Abstract

Pada era digital ini, pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam industri perdagangan dan jasa. Salah satu yang mengalami perubahan signifikan adalah industri e-commerce, dimana konsumen dapat dengan mudah melakukan pembelian melalui platform online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, Digital Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dengan Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening pada Pengguna Aplikasi Shopeefood di Kabupaten Sleman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria sampel yang ditetapkan yaitu pelanggan yang menggunakan aplikasi Shopeefood dan telah melakukan transaksi minimal satu kali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, (2) Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, (3) Digital Marketing tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, 4) Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, (5) Kualitas Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, (6) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, (7) Digital Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, (8) Kualitas Pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening, (9) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening, (10) Digital Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening

Abstract

Kemudahan dalam berbelanja membawa pembeli menuju perkembangan teknologi yang berupa online shopping dan menuntut penjual maupun penyedia lapak e-commerce untuk lebih kreatif dalam penjualannya. Tujuan penelitian ini guna menganalisa pengaruh siaran langsung, ulasan dan penilaian terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e-commerce di Kabupaten Sleman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling dalam menentukan sampel, diperoleh 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan alat bantu statistik SPSS versi 25. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa siaran langsung, ulasan dan penilaian secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada e- commerce di Kabupaten Sleman
