Abstract

This study aims to find out how much in attracting consumers to buy the products offered, it is necessary to have high quality product quality, competitive price perceptions, and diverse product variations, so as to provide satisfaction to consumers. This research is a quantitative approach using the SPSS Static 25 program with a sample of 100 respondents who live in Jabodetabek who have purchased Bunda Collection clothing using non- probability sampling and purposive techniques. The results of this study t test shows that product quality has an effect on customer satisfaction with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.5 and a t value of 10.923 > 1.984 so that product quality is very important Mother Collection, price variable 4.075 > 1.984 has an effect and product variation variable 118.004 > 1.984 has a significant effect . The benefit of this research for Bunda Collection is as input or evaluation material in order to maintain and improve product quality, price, and product variations in order to excel from other competitors.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) play a crucial role in the economic development of Indonesia, including in West Java. However, many UMKM struggle to compete in a highly competitive market due to resource limitations and limited access to information. This research aims to examine the influence of social media presence and market orientation on the performance of UMKM in West Java. Data were collected from 300 UMKM owners in West Java using a self-administered questionnaire. The results of multiple regression analysis indicate that social media presence and market orientation significantly predict UMKM performance. The findings of this research have important implications for UMKM, policymakers, and government agencies in formulating strategies and policies to support the growth and development of UMKM in West Java and other regions.

Abstract

This research presents a comprehensive examination of the impact of the creative industry on economic growth in the developing nations of Malaysia and Indonesia. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analyses and qualitative insights, the study explores the intricate relationships between creative industry performance, government policies, and cultural dynamics. Quantitative results reveal a statistically significant positive correlation between the creative industry and economic growth in both countries, with variations observed in export earnings and innovation. Government policies were found to significantly influence the creative sector's contribution to GDP. Qualitative findings underscore the pivotal role of cultural dynamics in shaping creative outputs and highlight challenges and opportunities within the industry. The synthesis of these results offers valuable insights for policymakers, economists, and stakeholders seeking to harness the economic potential of the creative industry for sustainable development in diverse socio-cultural contexts.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the ways in which Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by digital marketing, word-of-mouth, brand image, and financial literacy. Students were the research population used in this study. Purposive sampling and non-probability sampling, totaling 400, were the methods used in this study's sample strategy. By distributing questionnaires, this study employed a quantitative methodology. Using SPSS version 23.0, the acquired data was examined for data quality. Next, statistical data will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) variance-based structural equation model. The findings of this study indicate that The interest of Generation Z in Sharia banking is influenced by financial literacy. The findings of this study indicate that interest in Sharia banking among Generation Z is influenced by digital marketing. According to the study's findings, Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by brand perception. Based on the research findings, Generation Z's interest in Sharia banking is influenced by word of mouth.

Abstract

Pengukuran pengetahuan lingkungan generasi Z, analisis dampak pengetahuan lingkungan terhadap niat generasi Z membeli minuman kemasan, dan analisis pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap niat generasi Z membeli minuman kemasan menjadi tujuan utama penelitian ini. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian ini, survei online digunakan. Generasi Z, yang membeli barang-barang kemasan, merupakan populasi penelitian. SEM-PLS dengan SmartPLS adalah metode analisis yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota generasi Z memiliki pemahaman yang sangat baik terhadap lingkungan. Kemungkinan melakukan pembelian sangat dipengaruhi oleh informasi lingkungan. Niat membeli secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh gaya hidup.

Abstract

Sustainable economic development is a process that balances the recovery of economic growth by considering the environmental and social impacts of society in improving the economy. It is one of the practical tools for strategic adaptation to achieve economic and environmental sustainability. Abstract

In Jakarta, Indonesia, this study explores the complex interrelationships among social capital, cultural diversity, and community resilience. Participants from a varied sample of 500 people, spanning a range of socioeconomic classes, and nationalities, shared their perspectives on social capital, cultural diversity, and community resilience. The results show a culturally diversified and affluent community where people feel they have strong social ties and are resilient. Indicators of community resilience, social capital, and cultural variety all show favorable connections according to statistical analysis. Regression analyses highlight the important roles that cultural variety, social capital that bonds, bridges, and links, and environmental, social, and economic resilience play in enhancing the overall resilience of Jakarta's communities. The sample's diversity in terms of demographics improves the findings' external validity. This research offers significant perspectives for practitioners and policymakers that aim to promote resilience in urban environments with various cultural backgrounds.

Abstract

Populasi ternak kambing dari tahun ke tahun terus bertambah. Hal itu disebabkan karena minat peternak untukmemelihara kambing semakin meningkat. Alasan utama peternak memelihara kambing adalah untukmendapatkan keuntungan dari hasil penjualan kambing. Budidaya beternak kambing “Kembang Arum”merupakan kegiatan warisan nenek moyang yang bersifat turun menurun, dimana hasil ternak kambing tersebutbelum maksimal karena hanya berwujud penghasilan tambahan. Kelompok peternak kambing ”KembangArum” merupakan kelompok masyarakat peternak kambing di dusun Pakelan, desa Sumber Arum, KecamatanMoyudan, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pembentukan kelompok peternak kambingbertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota kelompok peternak kambing. Anggota kelompok inisaling bekerjasama dan saling membantu untuk kepentingan bersama. Saat ini yang dijalankan oleh kelompokini adalah memelihara indukan, pembesaran anakan kambing, dan memanfaatkan limbah kotoran kambinguntuk diolah menjadi kompos sehingga dapat membantu usaha pertanian. Salah satu permasalahan yangdihadapi oleh peternak adalah kandang kambing yang masih sederhana, kurang layak dan belum memenuhistandar. Padahal hal pertama yang harus di perhatikan dalam beternak kambing  adalah kualitas dari kandangyang akan di gunakan untuk tempat kambing. Ukurannya harus sesuai dengan jumlah kambing yang akandipelihara dan kandang yang kita buat juga harus memenuhi standar kualitas. Keterbatasan modal menjadikanperkembangan peternakan kambing mengalami kendala. Padahal untuk menghasilkan ternak kambing yanggemuk, sehat dan bernilai jual tinggi diperlukan bibit kambing yang berkualitas. Pemilihan bibit kambing yangbagus dan berkualitas memang harus dilakukan dengan baik dan tepat, karena akan mempengaruhi hasilkesuksesan dalam memulai usaha peternakan kambing. Untuk menambah penghasilan, mitra memanfaatkanlimbah kotoran kambing, menjadi hasil olahan pupuk organik. Namun karena pengetahuan mengenai pembuatanpupuk organik hanya berupa ilmu turun temurun maka kualitas hasil olahan pupuk organik kurangberkualitas.Kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan ternak menjadikan mitra tidak selalu berhasilmenangani dengan baik permasalahan kesehatan ternak kambing, sehingga terkadang menyebabkan ternakkurus dan kurang sehat. Kondisi ini menyebabkan harga jual ternak menjadi rendah. Perlu adanya peningkatanpemahaman peternak dalam pemeliharaan ternak, agar ternak kambing berkualitas, gemuk dan sehat.Keterbatasan kemampuan anggota kelompok dalam pengelolaan keuangan menjadikan usaha ternak kambingkurang berkembang, dimana peternak tidak mengetahui dengan pasti berapa keuntungan atau kerugiannya.Keuangan keluarga dengan keuangan usaha belum ada pemisahan keuangan. Dengan PKM, melalui bantuanmodal, peternak mempunyai kandang kambing yang sesuai standar, serta bibit kambing yang bagus akanmempengaruhi hasil kesuksesan dalam usaha peternakan. Peningkatan jumlah kambing melaluipengembangbiakan ternak kambing. Peningkatan penghasilan melalui penjualan pupuk organik yangberkualitas, peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan ternak kambing, manajemen pemeliharaan danpeningkatan pemahaman manajemen usaha, sehingga ada pemisahan  keuangan, antara keuangan keluarga dankeuangan usaha, ada analisis usaha, dan pembukuan sederhana serta mitra mengetahui secara pasti berapa modalsesungguhnya yang telah dikeluarkan dan berapa keuntungan yang diperoleh, serta berapa kerugian yangditanggung bila ternyata ternak sakit atau mati.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in Indonesia is still completely unable to lift positive contributions from the current poverty line, even though the potential for entrepreneurship is currently very large with various current conditions by issuing their own creative ideas. education. entrepreneurship. The university is responsible for educating and providing entrepreneurial skills to its students so as to create a generation that dares to choose entrepreneurs.This study aims to determine (1) the factors that influence student interest in entrepreneurship (2) determine the motivational factors affect the interest of entrepreneurial students (3) from the motivational factors affect the interest of entrepreneurial students (4) from the family environment influence factors influence the interest entrepreneurial students (5) from business capital factors influencing student entrepreneurial interests (6) from creativity factors influencing entrepreneurial student interests (7) proving that there are factors that influence student interest in entrepreneurship.This researcher uses a qualitative approach with the type of correlational research. This research was taken from 100 students throughout the 2017 – 2021 class as research subjects. The research instrument used a questionnaire, while the collection technique used a questionnaire. And data analysis using multiple regression.The results of this study there is a significant positive influence between all factors on motivation and family environment.
