Abstract

Tempura is a kind of snack well liked by children because they are delicious and its inexpensive.Being so inexpensive there is always a possibility that some aspects of food quality are compromised. Thisresearch was intended to learn on the quality of tempura snacks on the basis of their physical, chemicaland microbiological aspects.This was considered as a descriptive research, focusing on the quality of tempura snacks sold byvendors in the vicinity of SON Bogem I, to be riviewed from physical aspects (color, smell, taste, andtexture), chemical (borax and formalin) and microbiological aspects (bacterial count). The population to bestudied were all tempura snacks sold by vendors in the vicinity of SON Bogem I. In this research 3 samplesof tempura snacks were taken. These samples were selected using simple random sampling. .The result indicated that the physical quality of all sample were poor. On inspection of chemicalquality all samples were positive for borax and formalin contents. Examination of the bacterial count onsamples tempura snacks resulted in a mean of sample 1 as 493.3 colonies/gram, sample 2 was 133.7colonies/gram and sample 3 was 560 colonies/gram. Therefore, according the quality standard desionatedin Surat Keputusan Kepala Badan POM RI No. HK.00.06.1.52.4011 Tahun 2009 Tentang Penetapan BatasCemaran Mikroba dan Kimla Oalam Makanan, that is 100,000 colonies/gram, this meant that sample 2exceeded the limit.This research concluded that based on their physical, chemical and microbiological aspects,tempura snacks sold by vendors in the vicinity of SON Bogem I, kecamatan Sukomoro kabupaten Magetanshould be disqualified for consumption. The study is warning the community to be more selective andtaking a good care in buying of snacks, specially of tempura snacks.

Abstract

Simpang Empat Titik Nol KM Yogyakarta menjadi pusat lalu lintas sebagi pertemuan jalur utama yang menghubungkan berbagai wilayah di Kota Yogyakarta. Kendaraan yang melintasi simpang ini menghasilkan kadar emisi gas buang kendaraan yang signifikan tiap harinya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian untuk mengoptimasi kinerja Simpang Empat Titik Nol KM sehingga dapat meminimalisir emisi gas buang kendaraan yang dihasilkan. Analisis kinerja simpang menggunakan perangkat lunak PTV Vistro metode Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) 2010 berdasarkan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) dan tundaan (D), pada kondisi eksisting dan setelah optimasi. Analisis emisi gas buang kendaraan menggunakan rumus dari LAPI-ITB. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kinerja simpang yang ditandai dengan penurunan nilai tundaan simpang setelah dilakukan optimasi kinerja. Kinerja Simpang Empat Titik Nol KM menghasilkan nilai tundaan (D) = 30,18 det/smp menjadi 22,3 det/smp pada jam sibuk pagi serta nilai tundaan (D) = 50,47 det/smp menjadi 27,4 det/smp pada jam sibuk sore. Peningkatan kinerja simpang berpengaruh positif dengan menurunnya nilai emisi gas buang kendaraan yang dihasilkan. Emisi gas buang kendaraan mengalami penurunan sebesar 52,85% pada jam sibuk pagi dan 63,26% pada jam sibuk sore dalam semua jenis gas yang dianalisis.

Abstract

The construction of the Solo-Yogyakarta toll road is part of the National Strategic Project. At the construction stage, toll road infrastructure needs to assess the impact of traffic on surrounding roads and intersections, considering the many security and safety problems. Road performance evaluation is critical to overcome traffic problems that may arise during toll road operations in the future. This research aims to calculate traffic performance at signalized intersections, which are influenced by the construction of the Solo-Yogya toll road. The locations studied were four signalized intersections on the Solo-Yogya toll road using primary data on the number of vehicles, travel time, and vehicle speed. The performance of signalized intersections is calculated using the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines, while the distribution of future movements is carried out using JICA STRADA Software and the Gravity model with applicable toll road rates. The traffic growth is 5.6% per year, according to data on the number of vehicles in Jawa Tengah Dalam Angka. The performance of signalized intersections after constructing the Solo-Yogya toll road in 2022 has an average Volume Capacity Ratio (VCR) value of 0.78. In 2046, it will be 1.47. At intersection-3 Bangak Barat and intersection-4 Condong Catur, building an Interchange before 2032 is recommended. The recommendation is to reduce vehicle delays, as in 2032, the VCR value will be more than 0.8. The study gives insight into the combined methods of forecasting traffic growth on signalized intersections near freeways. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had prevented students and teachers from carrying out teaching and learning activities in physical classroom due to activity restrictions, social distancing, or lockdown. The problem that occurs is the unavailability of an IT-based (online) learning management system in many schools causing the teaching and learning process from outside the school to be delayed. Covid-19 has not only caused a health emergency, but also an educational emergency. This research aimed to develop an LMS and implement it free of charge in several schools in eastern Indonesia and analysed the impact of implementation over 2 years. The research method used is the Prototype Method with the stages of Communication, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. At the Communication stage, data collection was carried out through interviews with several school parties regarding system requirements. At the Modeling stage, system design is carried out using Class Diagram, Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, and Sequence Diagram. At the Construction stage, application development is carried out using the PHP web programming language with a MySQL database. In the Deployment stage, implementation is carried out on the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. The results of the research shown that the implementation of the LMS provided an increase in score for the exact sciences (Mathematics) and the language sciences (English) fields. As for the field of social sciences (Citizenship) did not show a significant increase.

Abstract

Introduction: Job stress is a feeling of pressure felt by employees in relation to their work as a result of an imbalance between individual characteristics and job demands and the environment which has an impact on the employee's behavior and physical and psychological condition. Objectives: The aim of the research is to determine the factors related to work stress among nurses at Hospital X, Bogor Regency in 2024. Method: The approach used in data analysis for this research uses a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional design. Result: The gender variable from the statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.356 with an OR value of 0.455, the age variable from the statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.005, the education variable from the statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.008, the length of service variable from the statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.003, the wage or income variable from the statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.008, the workload variable from the statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.001 with. There is a relationship between work stress and age, education, length of service, wages or income, and workload in nurses at Hospital X, Bogor Regency, but the gender variable is not related to work stress in nurses at Hospital X, Bogor Regency. Conclution: There is a relationship between work stress and age, education, length of service, wages or income, and workload for nurses at Hospital X Bogor Regency, but the gender variable is not related to work stress for nurses at Hospital X Bogor Regency.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, competition among companies in providing goods and services has become increasingly intense, making organizational success highly dependent on competent human resources. Technology-based startups in Indonesia face challenges in acquiring high-quality IT personnel, leading many to adopt outsourcing as a recruitment solution. PT XYZ, a logistics startup that relies on technology and mobile applications, collaborates with outsourcing vendors to meet its IT workforce needs. However, PT XYZ faces difficulties in selecting high-performing vendors due to the absence of an objective and structured selection system. This study aimed to evaluate the reliability of PT XYZ's vendor recruitment assessment system, analyze the criteria and weights used in selecting recruitment vendors, and design a more objective and accurate vendor selection system. The research employs a mixed-method approach, incorporating descriptive analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine vendor criteria weights, as well as MPE analysis to design the system. The findings indicated that PT XYZ's current vendor assessment system is unreliable, with an average evaluation score of 1.9. The key criteria for vendor selection included integrity (0.157), cooperation (0.094), quality (0.235), timeliness (0.219), cost (0.244), and resource utilization (0.05). Based on the analysis, this study proposes a more effective vendor recruitment selection system to enhance PT XYZ's efficiency and competitiveness in acquiring IT personnel that align with the company's needs.

Abstract

Panti Yayasan Cinta Kasih (YCK) Ibu Teresa adalah salah satu panti berlokasi di Surabaya Barat yang merawat anak dan bayi serta orang tua lanjut usia yang membutuhkan perawatan dan pendidikan keluarga. Bantuan dari masyarakat sekitar terkait pangan sudah memenuhi kebutuhan di Panti YCK Ibu Teresa, namun pendidikan dasar kesehatan belum sepenuhnya diperoleh secara berkala bagi warga panti ini. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta perilaku yang mendukung pendidikan dasar kesehatan pada anak dan orang tua lanjut usia. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) serta penyuluhan cara menyikat gigi yang benar. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat dan cara sikat gigi yang benar diikuti secara menyeluruh oleh warga YCK Ibu Teresa dan antusias dalam memberikan pertanyaan terkait materi yang diberikan. Diharapkan dalam waktu periodik dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat sejenis serta pelayanan kesehatan lainnya untuk merawat kesehatan warga YCK Ibu Teresa Surabaya. Yayasan Cinta Kasih (YCK) Ibu Teresa Orphanage is one of the orphanages located in West Surabaya that cares for children and babies as well as elderly parents who need family care and education. Assistance from the surrounding community regarding food has met the needs of the YCK Ibu Teresa Orphanage, but basic health education has not been yet fully provided on a regular basis for the residents of this orphanage. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge and behavior that supports basic health education for children and elderly parents. The implementation method used is in the form of counseling on Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) as well as counseling on how to brush teeth properly. The results of the community service counseling on Clean and Healthy Behavior and the correct way to brush teeth were followed thoroughly by YCK Ibu Teresa residents, and enthusiastically ask questions related to the material presented. It is hoped that in the periodic time similar community service and other health services will be carried out to care health of YCK Ibu Teresa residents, Surabaya

Abstract

Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Semambu Segar PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal (IT) Palembang memainkan peran penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bantuk kemitraan, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kemitraan, efektivitas program CSR, serta kontribusi kemitraan terhadap CSR dalam proses pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah implementasi program CSR Semambu Segar Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Palembang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kajian pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Palembang melibatkan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah daerah, dan perusahaan swasta untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kemitraan multi-sektor menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program pemberdayan masyarakat melalui CSR Semambu Segar Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Palembang. Kolaborasi yang erat antara multi-stakeholders harus terus dijaga bahkan diperluas cakupannya guna memperkuat dampak pemberdayaan masyarakat dari program CSR tersebut. The Semambu Segar Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal (IT) Palembang plays an essential role in community empowerment. This study aims to examine the forms of partnership, the factors influencing such partnerships, the effectiveness of the CSR program, and the contribution of partnerships to CSR in the community empowerment process. The research was conducted in the implementation area of the Semambu Segar CSR program of Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Palembang. A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing literature review as the primary data collection method. The results indicate that PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Palembang engages multiple stakeholders, including local governments and private enterprises, in supporting community empowerment. Multi-sector partnerships are identified as a key determinant of the program’s effectiveness and sustainability. Sustained and expanded collaboration among stakeholders is therefore crucial to strengthening the community empowerment outcomes of the CSR program.

Abstract

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di lingkungan sekolah adalah praktik kebiasaan hidup bersih dan sehat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari baik selama siswa berada di kelas maupun di luar kelas. PHBS di sekolah perlu mendapatkan perhatian terutama anak usia tingkat sekolah dasar, karena masa tersebut anak-anak rentan terhadap penyakit infeksi dan masih tingginya in absentia siswa dikarenakan penyakit berbasis lingkungan. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa sekolah dasar mengenai PHBS. Metode yang digunakan pre-test dilanjutkan ceramah dan tanya jawab menggunakan power point mengenai pencegahan Stuntung, selanjutnya diakhiri dengan post-test. Hasil dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini responden yang memperoleh skor baik padapre-test sebesar 71,8% meningkat menjadi 96,8% responden pada hasil skor post-test. Sehingga didapatkan simpulan terdapat peningkatan skor responden antara pre-test dan post-test. Perlu adanya promosi kesehatan yang lebih intensif tentang CTPS sehingga adanya perubahan perilaku pada siswa.
