Abstract

The development of tourism in an area brings the impact of benefits to society economically and socially and culturally. Rembang Regency has many attractions including attractions Dampo Awang Beach. It takes a proper strategy in influencing tourists interest to the attractions of Dampo Awang Beach. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that conducts assessment on alternative strategy of planning and development of Dampo Awang Beach attraction based on internal and external factor analysis. Population in this research is visitor of Dampo Awang Beach tourism object with research method with SWOT analysis approach. The results of this study are internal and external factors affect the level of visits on the attraction of Dampo Awang Beach is very large. SWOT analysis is a planning and development strategy that can be applied to the attractions of Dampo Awang Beach

Abstract

Supply Chain management is business process system used to manage planning started from process of acquiring basic material until finished product got by the consumers. The problem occurs is  how the industrialist in supply chain able to distribute the product related to  just in time concept. Such as Batik Tulis Lasem Industry which still faces the problem about applying supply chain model. All this time  is still based on a going custom.  This research aim is to produce appropriate supply chain for characteristic and  condition of Batik Tulis Lasem Industry. Analysis data used is descriptive analysis. The research result is managing basic material properly has important role in developing Batik Tulis Lasem Industry. The research result shows that the  effective and appropriate supply model chain for Batik Tulis Lasem Industrialist  is basic material supply model and no agent distribution product

Abstract

This research aims to prove and explain the influence of corporation, enterprise age, education level, foreign language mastery, number of labours, production capacity and promotion activation to ward export market orientation of batik lasem industry. The tehnigue of data analysis used in this study is logistic regression model. The result of this study shows that the variable of foreingn language mastery influences significantly in predicting export market orientation. While variable of corporation, enterprise age, number of labours, production capacity, promotion activation are not proved to give significant influence in predicting export market orientation. This study is expected to add other factors that are estimated able to predict export market orientation like product quality and capital.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the developing strategy alternative implemented in Batik Tulis Lasem enterprises. Data analysis used is SWOT Analysis. SWOT matrix result shows that developing strategy for Batik Tulis Lasem industry is SO strategy (agresive strategy), the strategy that uses strength to make use the available opportunity. This strategy implemented marketing line development by exploiting networking, developing quality control and improving productivity using modern technology.

Abstract

This research aim is to formulate multy-stakeholder synergy model to develop Batik Tulis Lasem Industry. The research object is Batik Tulis Lasem Industry, in Rembang Regency. Data collecting method used is questioner and interview. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Analyzing data used is SWOT and triple helix concept. The research result shows that there are twenty two strategic formulas in SWOT matrix, they are six strategy formulations of S-O strategy, seven strategy formulations of S –T strategy, three strategy  formulations and  six strategy formulations of W-T strategy. Based on the strategic formulation  in SWOT matrix, the results are fifteen triple helix  perspective strategy formulas, they are five strategy formulations of S-O strategy, four strategy formulations of S-T strategy, two strategy formulations of W-O strategy, and four strategy formulations of  W-T strategy. The strategy formulations are the multi-stakeholder synergy model as the collaboration of the government, college and industry to develop Batik Tulis Lasem.

Abstract

This research aim is to formulate business model for developing Batik Tulis Lasem Industry. The research object is Batik Tulis Lasem industry in Rembang Regency. The collecting data used is questioner and interview. The sample is 42 Batik Tulis Lasem entrepreneurs taken by purposive sampling. Analyzing data used is descriptive analysis technique, SWOT analysis and Business Model Canvas Approach. The result of the research shows that business model developed is Business Model Canvas by considering Existing condition. Some segment blocks must be developed and created. Customer segment block is the customers’ segment based on the area developed. Motif and design patent proposed have to be developed in value propositions block, and creating interesting design, motif and the packaging. The use of Dekranasda Showroom has to be improved in channels block and created the outside area promotion, e-marketplace and online selling. In costumer relationship block must be improved the services qualities and created customers’ fulfillment and loyalty. In revenue stream block must be developed and created the existing currents from product variation. In key resources block must be improved the labor skill. Key block activities must be carried out to improve capacity and quality of human resources. Key partnership is the existing condition improved and networking created for the same field entrepreneurs. Cost structure is the existing condition survived

Abstract

Management ability should be the activity that supports small and medium enterprises to be more effective and efficient in carrying out the enterprise in order to have high competitiveness. The problem occurred is there are many small and medium enterprises have poor management. The same problem also faced by Batik Tulis lasem industry, so the competitiveness of Batik Tulis Lasem industry is not optimal. This research aim is to obtain the proper enterprise management model as the effort to improve Batik Tulis Lasem competitiveness. Data analysis used is qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. The research result is the enterprise management model developed consists of production management, human resources management, marketing management and financing management. In implementing this enterprise management model is also developed criterion of enterprise performance measurement. The enterprise subjects have to carry out SWOT analysis for their enterprises, so the enterprises conditions and the competitor position this time can be identified.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate the Quadruple Helix model in developing the Lasem Batik Tulis industry. The object of research is the Lasem Batik Industry, Rembang Regency. Methods of data collection used questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis used SWOT analysis and the Quadruple Helix concept. The results show that the formulation of the right combination of SWOT matrix strategies as an effort to develop the Batik Tulis Lasem industry is the Strenghts Opportunities (SO) strategy as many as 10 strategies, namely:  (1) Implementation of regulations for the preservation of Batik Tulis Lasem, policies and business empowerment of Batik Tulis Lasem, (2) Optimization of studies and research to support product, service and managerial creativity, (3) Improvement and facilitation of batik lover events, (4) Improving the quality of exhibitions for all batik entrepreneurs who already have new names and businesses, (5) Update designs and follow development of modes to compete with other products, (6) Improving the quality of facilities and services, (7) Utilizing loan facilities for business development, (8) Maintaining product quality, (9) Optimizing training and mentoring programs (10) Increasing the role of the Government in strengthening batik cooperatives and clusters. Furthermore, the 10 strategies are described in the Quadruple Helix model scheme for the Development of the Lasem Batik Handicraft Industry.

Abstract

The inclination to save in Islamic banks indicates the public's acceptance and utilization of Islamic banking savings products. Comprehending the determinants affecting this purpose is crucial for Islamic banks to formulate tactics that promote increased engagement. This study examines the impact of Islamic Financial Literacy (IFL), Islamic Financial Inclusiveness (IFI), and religiosity on students' intentions to save in Islamic banks. The study sample consists of persons who have completed courses in Islamic banking, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings demonstrate that IFL, IFI, and religiosity each have a substantial and affirmative impact on the intention to save in Islamic banks. The findings indicate that Islamic banks ought to intensify initiatives to elevate financial literacy, broaden financial inclusivity, and promote religiosity among prospective clients, thus augmenting the use of Islamic banking products and allowing a greater number of individuals to derive benefits from them.
