Abstract

This study was conducted at Puskesmas Rembang 2. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the relationship between the variables of competence, motivation, and work environment with the performance of the employees at Puskesmas Rembang 2. To collect data, a questionnaire method was used. This study involved all the staff of Puskesmas Rembang 2, totaling 65 people. Saturation sampling was used in the sampling method. Subject data is the type of data used, while the source of the data is primary data—data obtained directly from the research object, namely the completion of questionnaires given to respondents. Reliability and validity tests are used to evaluate the data. On the other hand, data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing stages using the t-test and determination test using the R2 test. The research results show that the variables of competence, motivation, and work environment significantly contribute to employee performance at Puskesmas Rembang 2. The determination test results indicate that these variables contribute 79.5% to employee performance, while other factors, not included in this study, contribute 20.5%

Abstract

This research explores how work discipline, compensation, and job satisfaction impact employee performance at PT Sasana Antik in Rembang Regency. The researchers used a sample of 62 employees and collected data through questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. The Adjusted R Square value shows that 19.9% of the variation in employee performance can be attributed to the three independent variables, while the remaining 80.1% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The inclination to save in Islamic banks indicates the public's acceptance and utilization of Islamic banking savings products. Comprehending the determinants affecting this purpose is crucial for Islamic banks to formulate tactics that promote increased engagement. This study examines the impact of Islamic Financial Literacy (IFL), Islamic Financial Inclusiveness (IFI), and religiosity on students' intentions to save in Islamic banks. The study sample consists of persons who have completed courses in Islamic banking, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings demonstrate that IFL, IFI, and religiosity each have a substantial and affirmative impact on the intention to save in Islamic banks. The findings indicate that Islamic banks ought to intensify initiatives to elevate financial literacy, broaden financial inclusivity, and promote religiosity among prospective clients, thus augmenting the use of Islamic banking products and allowing a greater number of individuals to derive benefits from them.
