Abstract

Teknologi informasi memegang peranan penting dalam sebuah perusahaan atau instansi lainnya, namun untuk melihat kesesuaian teknologi dengan kebutuhan perusahaan diperlukan evaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan, fokus evaluasi meliputi divisi Data Management PT Telkom Gaharu dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 dengan domain EDM04 (Ensure Resources Optimization), MEA01 (Managed Performance and Conformance Monitoring) dan DSS03 (Managed Problems) yang berfokus pada sistem informasi yaitu Unified Inventory Management. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data studi literatur, observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner yang dikelola menggunakan pengukuran skala Guttman dengan bantuan perhitungan Microsoft Excel. Evaluasi yang dilakukan berfokus pada nilai Capability Level dan Gap Analysis yang disajikan dalam bentuk Tabel dan Grafik Radar. Nilai Capability Level dari domain EDM04 sebesar 92% (Fully Achieved) dengan Gap Analysis 0.97 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa proses tata kelola teknologi informasi untuk domain EDM04 sepenuhnya sudah tercapai. Nilai Capability Level domain MEA01 sebesar 94% (Fully Achieved) dengan Gap Analysis 1.33 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa proses tata kelola teknologi informasi untuk domain MEA01 sepenuhnya sudah tercapai. Nilai Capability Level domain DSS03 sebesar 81% (Largely Achieved) dengan Gap Analysis 0.25 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa proses tata kelola teknologi informasi untuk domain DSS03 sepenuhnya sudah tercapai.

Abstract

Indonesia's plantation sector, especially palm oil, has a high selling value and its attractiveness continues to increase. The price of palm oil is strongly influenced by external factors, especially the price of crude oil (CPO) and palm oil production globally. Unstable price fluctuations have become a challenge for companies such as PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations, Tbk. in planning harvest time and optimizing profits. To overcome this uncertainty, this study proposes the use of the Multiple Linear Regression method to predict palm oil prices. Price and production data from 2021 to 2023 are the main basis for developing the prediction model. In this study, 4 independent variables were used, namely year, month, oil price and total production. The amount of data used in this study is 33 data. In testing the Multiple Linear Regression method has an RMSE value of 0.24 and the predicted value of palm oil prices from January to December 2024 is the price of palm oil with the highest value in January 2024 of Rp. 2,276.931 / kg and with the lowest value in December 2024 of Rp. 1,474.75 / kg.

Abstract

Habitat Coffee adalah salah satu kafe yang menawarkan berbagai jenis menu minuman dan makanan dengan harga yang beragam yang disajikan kepada pelanggan. Habitat coffee dapat menjual ratusan transaksi dalam sebulan yang mengakibatkan penumpukan data transaksi yang kerap tidak digunakan dikarenakan terbatasnya waktu dan jumlah data yang besar sehingga sulit dalam pengelolaan data. Untuk mengubah penumpukan data transaksi tersebut menjadi sebuah informasi tentang menu yang dibeli pelanggan secara bersamaan maka dibutuhkan sebuah metode atau teknik sehingga pihak Habitat Coffee dapat berinovasi dengan membuat paket menu makanan baru yang dapat meningkatkan keuntungan penjualan karena dapat menjual banyak menu dalam sebuah paket makanan dan mengetahui bahan baku apa saja yang harus di siapkan atau disediakan menggunakan teknik data mining yaitu metode algoritma apriori. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali menggunakan 150 data transaksi dengan menetapkan nilai minimum support, minimum confidence serta lift ratio untuk menentukan tingkat kevalidan suatu aturan maka menghasilkan kombinasi menu yaitu jika membeli lontong spesial maka akan membeli es teh manis dan kentang goreng, jika membeli nasi soto betawi maka akan membeli es teh tawar dan es teh manis.

Abstract

APTIKOM (Asosiasi Pendidikan Tinggi Informatika dan Komputer) is an association that brings together Indonesian Universities offering Computer Science and Information Technology programs, playing a role in curriculum development, educational standards, and professional certification in the field of Information Technology (IT). Predicting the number of participants at the APTIKOM National Conference can provide an estimate of the number of participants for the following year, helping the conference organizing committee plan activities more effectively anda data-driven using the Least Square method. The prediction results are analyzed and categorized into activity levels based on participant attendance frequency. The model evaluation results indicate that the Least Square method can be effectively used to predict participation patterns and generate useful category analyses as a basis for decision-making by APTIKOM.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Girsang Sipangan Bolon District through the use of social media and marketplace platforms as digital marketing tools. The main challenges faced by local MSMEs include low digital literacy, limited market access, and suboptimal use of technology in product promotion. The program was implemented through initial surveys, training, and workshops for MSME partners. Training materials covered social media management (Instagram and Facebook Business), opening online stores on marketplaces (Shopee and Tokopedia), and promotional content strategies. The results of the program showed a significant improvement in participants' digital skills, such as creating business accounts, regularly uploading content, and managing online stores. Some partners also began to attract new customers outside their local area.

Abstract

Financial administration and SPP (tuition fee) payment management at Perguruan Kristen Methodist Indonesia (PKMI) Kutalimbaru currently face various obstacles when conducted conventionally, such as the risk of recording errors, delays in report preparation, and difficulties in monitoring student arrears. This research aims to design and implement a Web-Based Information System for Financial Management, SPP Payments, and Student Administration. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using the PHP programming language with MySQL database management. The result of this research is a functional and integrated web-based application capable of managing student master data, processing SPP payment transactions (both online and offline), managing other student administrative data, and generating financial and arrears reports automatically and in real-time. The implementation of this system is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the school's financial and administrative management, as well as make it easier for parents to monitor payment histories.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in various sectors, including religious organizations such as the church. The church, as a non-profit organization, requires an effective information management system to support services, administration, and decision-making. Management Information Systems (MIS) play a crucial role in integrating congregational data, finances, services, and church activities in a structured and accurate manner. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Management Information Systems in churches and its benefits in improving administrative efficiency and service quality. The method used is a literature study and descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of MIS in churches can enhance work effectiveness, information transparency, and support more precise decision-making.

Abstract

The extremely rapid development of information technology in the era of digital transformation has pushed organizations to continuously adapt to various technological innovations in order to maintain and enhance their competitive advantage. One of the innovations experiencing rapid growth is Artificial Intelligence (AI). The utilization of AI is no longer limited to mere technical aspects but has been widely applied across various organizational functions, including in management information systems. Specifically, AI is increasingly being integrated into sales information systems as a tool to support operations and managerial decision-making. This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the influence of AI implementation on the performance of sales information systems. The research approach used is a literature study, by reviewing and synthesizing various relevant academic sources, such as scientific journals, textbooks, and previous research publications. The results of the literature review indicate that the implementation of AI in sales information systems can improve operational process efficiency, enhance the level of accuracy in sales forecasting, and support faster and more precise decision-making. Furthermore, AI also contributes to improving service quality, customer experience, and levels of customer satisfaction. The implementation of AI is inseparable from a number of challenges and the emergence of risks related to ethics and data security. Therefore, careful planning and managerial strategies are necessary so that the implementation of AI in sales information systems can provide maximum benefits.
