Abstract

Pada era digital 4.0 saat ini banyak sekali upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi penggunaan kertas untuk berbagai keperluan. Dalam dunia Pendidikan, telah banyak yang menerapkan ujian online, suevey online dan pembelajaran berbasis komputer yang secara konvensional dilakukan menggunakan rkertas sebagai medianya, saat ini telah bertransformasi menjadi media berbasis digital.  Perubahan ini perlu dikampanyekan agar upaya mengurangi penggunaan kertas menjadi lebih massive, salah satu upaya yang dilakukan melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan mensosialisasikan dan melatih pelaku Pendidikan, yaitu siswa dan guru dalam memanfaatkan Google Forms untuk meningkatkan keterampilan. Google Forms dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai manfaat di dunia Pendidikan, seperti quiz, survey, dan pendaftaran kegiatan Pendidikan lainnya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan di SMAN 9 Kota Bengkulu, karena sekolah tersebut dipandang layak untuk diberikan pelatihan mengingat pemanfaatan Google Forms belum begitu familiar di Kota Bengkulu. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran melalui pemaparan materi kemudian memberikan latihan untuk mempraktikkan secara langsung cara memanfaatkan Google Forms dalam kegiatan Pendidikan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pengabdian ini adalah, sebagian besar siswa mudah memahami dan telah dapat menggunakan Google Forms.Kata kunci: Pemanfaatan, Google, Forms, media, pembelajaran

Abstract

Kegiatan pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah sudah mulai terdigitalisasi dan online. Sebagai pendukung sarana dalam bekerja, pegawai Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dituntut menguasai Microsoft Office dan Internet Troubleshooting. Kondisi saat ini, kemampuan Staf Sekretariat daerah masih dikatakan kurang atau masih pada kemampuan dasar. Keterbatasan pengetahuan tersebut dikarenakan belum adanya pelatihan yang memadai terhadap Staf Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Sehingga pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan pembuatan laporan atau surat menyurat memerlukan waktu yang lumayan lama. Oleh karena itu, Pelatihan Microsoft Office dan Internet Troubleshooting perlu diberlakukan untuk menunjang kinerja pegawai pada Staf Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan melakukan pendampingan praktik langsung kepada peserta. Pengukuran atas pemahaman terkait dengan materi yang disampaikan akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online.  Khalayak sasaran pada pengabdian ini adalah 22 orang Perwakilan Staf Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Hasil evaluasi setelah pelatihan menyatakan 89.5% peserta mampu menggunakan fungsi mailing merge, 78.9% mampu mengoperasikan Ms.Access dan 57.9% mampu untuk menyelesaikan masalah troubleshooting pada jaringan.

Abstract

Abstrak — Kemampuan Kognitif merupakan sebuah proses berfikir untuk dapat menyelesaikan masalah, berfikir logis, dan mengingat. Masa keemasan perkembangan otak manusia terjadi pada usia 5 tahun pertama, umumnya berada pada tingkat Pendidikan Usia Dini dan Taman Kanak-kanak. Anak-anak pada usia tersebut memerlukan pengembangan kemampuan otak terutama pada kemampuan kognitif dengan berbagai rangsangan melalui pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi permainan menghitung (Permen) berbasis smartphone sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa pada usia dini. Pengembangan aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Human Centered Design (HCD). Setiap siswa yang menggunakan aplikasi ini akan didampingi oleh guru atau orang tua. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemampuan siswa dalam berhitung, dilakukan pre-test yang kemudian akan dibandingkan dengan post-test setelah menggunakan aplikasi. Berdasarkan penelitian, didapatkan hasil pre-test sebesar 63,6 dan hasil post-test sebesar 79 yang menunjukkan terjadinya penambahan kemampuan siswa dalam berhitung dengan menggunakan aplikasi PERMEN. Kata Kunci—Kognitif, anak usia dini, permainan, smartphone, human-centered design Abstract — Cognitive ability is a thinking process to be able to solve problems, think logically, and remember. The golden age of human brain development occurs at the age of the first five years, generally at the level of Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten. Children at that age need the development of brain abilities, especially in cognitive abilities with various stimuli through education. This study aims to develop a smartphone-based counting game application (PERMEN) to improve students' numeracy skills early. The development of this application is carried out using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach. A teacher or parent will accompany every student who uses this application. To determine how far the students' ability in arithmetic is, a pre-test is carried out, which will then be compared with the post-test after using the application. Based on the research, the pre-test results were 63.6, and the post-test results were 79, which indicated an increase in students' ability to count using the PERMEN application. Abstract

Forests are cleared to expand residential areas and plantations or change the allocation of forest land to non-forest (deforestation). This study aims to create a map of the condition of the forest area and find out the areas affected by deforestation and determine the rate of change in the forest area in the Taba Penanjung District forest area. First data on Landsat 8 images geometric correction performed to position image data so that it matches the actual coordinates and performing Radiometric Correction is used to correct if an error or distortion occurs due to imperfect operation and sensors. NDVI Method is the method used for comparing the greenness of vegetation in satellite imagery, which uses band 4 (Red) and band 5 (NIR), which is processed by ArcMap software. The results of this study produced a map of the condition of forest areas and the area of land affected by deforestation. Forest turn-over rates were described in the annual trend from 2013 to 2018. Furthermore, this research shows that deforestation in the Taba Penanjung district has happened in 58% of the total area of 23,747 ha. Although the deforestation has decreasing value in 2015 by 1.6%, it showed that there were increasing values in deforestation rate in 2014, 2016, 2017 by 1.4%, 1.9%, and 9.5% respectively from the total area of 23,747 ha.

Abstract

The security of academic information systems needs consideration to anticipate various threats, resulting in data leakage, misuse of information, modification, and data destruction. There are 36 public and private universities that utilize the academic information system provided by the software developed by Company XYZ. Limited resources in universities contribute to the weak handling of vulnerabilities in academic information systems. The research aims to determine the vulnerability level of academic information systems developed by Company XYZ through penetration testing. The research employs a deductive approach to explore academic system vulnerabilities based on incidents related to system security issues at a university. The research utilizes a combination of two testing methods: Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES) and Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), chosen for their reliability, ease of use, and support by penetration testing tools. Penetration testing follows the PTES, involving seven steps: pre-engagement interaction, information collection, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, exploitation, postexploitation, and reporting. The threat focus in the research aligns with the top 10 of 2021 OWASP, ranking the ten most critical security risks. Results reveal eight critical security issues based on measurements using the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS) method. There are two high-level vulnerabilities, five medium-level vulnerabilities, and one low-level vulnerability. Moreover, the three principal vulnerabilities are Structured Query Language (SQL) Injection, broken access control, and weak encryption. Universities can enhance data integrity by independently remediating vulnerabilities discovered in the research. Furthermore, universities are encouraged to raise awareness within the academic community regarding the security of academic data.

Abstract

E-commerce has recently become a place that is in great demand by consumers to shop. In general, e-commerce is a term used to describe the sale of goods and services via the internet. Among the many e-commerce services in Indonesia, one of them is JD.id. This research aims to look at the IT services used by JD.id previously by looking at the processes of domain service operations with the ITIL V3 framework and finding out the extent of management of the IT services used by JD.id before JD.id closed. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method and the assessment of the results of this research is based on the answers to the questionnaire given to respondents using a Likert scale. The sample taken was 100 people who were JD.id users. The data sources obtained in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis carried out was calculating the Maturity Level of the Service Operation subdomain. The results of the research obtained the lowest value, namely the problem management variable with a value of 3.70, meaning that the JD.id marketplace is still not very optimal in terms of preventing incidents from occurring and there is no permanent improvement process and is not very optimal in terms of continuous service improvement. However, the overall maturity level (Maturity Level) on average is at level 4 with a score of 3.97 this means that the IT service processes in the JD.id marketplace have been planned and implemented well and consistently, but automation with the information technology tools used is limited.

Abstract

Desa Wisata Rindu Hati Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah merupakan pusat rekreasi berbasis alam yang belakangan ini menjadi tujuan wisata bagi masyarakat Bengkulu. Peluang adanya kawasan wisata dan banyaknya wisatawan yang berkunjung belum mampu dieksekusi menjadi peluang usaha mikro yang mampu mendatangkan keuntungan secara ekonomi bagi anggota pengelola wisata Rindu Hati. Salah satu usaha mikro yang cukup potensial adalah kopi siap saji, mengingat Desa Rindu Hati merupakan produsen Kopi Petik Merah yang berkualitas. Permasalahan prioritas yang dialami oleh mitra adalah belum terampilnya semua anggota kelompok dalam merancang, membuat dan mengaplikasikan teknologi desain grafis dalam membuat desain kemasan berbasis digital. Pelatihan ini membekali kelompok pengelola Desa wisata Rindu Hati untuk mengembangkan desain kemasan dengan pendekatan teori dan praktik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan memberikan ceramah tentang dasar-dasar desain grafis, serta melakukan pendampingan membuat desain kemasan kopi siap saji menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa mitra secara mandiri telah berhasil meningkatkan krativitasnya dalam melakukan desain kemasan dengan menerapkan teknologi yang telah dipelajari

Abstract

Indonesia possesses considerable capacity for renewable energy as a result of its plentiful natural resources, including geothermal, solar, wind, hydro, and biomass. However, the nation's existing energy composition is predominantly dependent on non-renewable resources, with fossil fuels constituting approximately 95% of its overall energy consumption. Recently, Indonesia has made notable advancements in augmenting its renewable energy output in years. Nevertheless, there is still obscurity about the identification of suitable regions for the installation of solar power plants in order to facilitate the development of solar energy. This study employed a methodology to investigate and forecast the solar energy potential in Sumatra, Indonesia. The data utilized consists of MERRA-2 reanalyzing information spanning from 1980 to 2019, collected on a daily basis. The data is analyzed and shown using Inverse Distance Weighting and ARIMA techniques to visualize the spatial variation of solar energy potential in Sumatra. ARIMA is employed as a supplementary method to the interpolation technique in order to get long-term projections of solar energy potential for the period spanning from 2020 to 2029. The analysis of the best interpolation method for estimating solar energy potential reveals that the IDW approach with a power of 5 yields the most accurate findings, with an RMSE value of 28.33. For long-term prediction of solar potential in Aceh province, the ARIMA (1,0,0) method is recommended, which has a MAPE value of 0.0219. The findings indicated that Lampung and Bengkulu frequently experience the distribution of solar energy with an intensity ranging from 1400 to 1450 kWh. In addition, the forecast of the potential over Sumatera Island yielded encouraging results using the GAM model, with a root mean square error rate of 0.05103.

Abstract

Sign language is a method of communication that does not use sound but uses physical movements such as hands, body, and lips. One of the sign languages that many deaf people use to communicate is Indonesian Sign Language (BISINDO). This study aims to implement an object detection and image classification model for BISINDO alphabet gestures using the You Only Look Once (YOLO) version 7 algorithm. This research uses video image data consisting of 26 alphabet letters. In this study, three experiments were conducted with different parameter values. Evaluation was carried out using the metrics of mean Average Precision (mAP), precision, recall, and F1-Score. Based on the experiments conducted, the best accuracy was obtained in experiment 1 with parameter values of epoch = 100, batch size = 64, learning rate = 0.001, weight decay = 0.0001, and momentum = 0.9, resulting in mAP@IoU 0.5 value of 0.995, recall 1.00, precision 1.00, F1-Score 1.00. However, it was found that in the application of the model to real-time scenarios, the detection results were not as good as the results obtained during the training process.

Abstract

Banjir atau genangan merupakan peristiwa dimana air melimpah atau menggenangi daratan atau lahan yang semestinya kering yang menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi bagi penduduk. Salah satu tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui hasil dari implementasi metode MOORA pada sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan prioritas penanganan genangan banjir berbasis web. Kriteria yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi kedalaman genangan, luas genangan, lama genangan, dan frekuensi genangan kriteria kerugian ekonomi, kriteria gangguan sosial dan fasilitas pemerintah, kriteria kerugian dan gangguan transportasi, kriteria kerugian pada daerah perumahan, serta kriteria kerugian hak milik dan pribadi. Metode MOORA adalah salah satu metode yang diperkenalkan oleh Brauers dan Zavadskas pada tahun 2006. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa Kelurahan Rawa Makmur mendapatkan rangking 1 dengan nilai Yi 0.235556 dan rangking 30 yaitu Kelurahan Betungan dengan nilai Yi 0.13033. Hasil pengujian keakuratan sistem yang mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 100% dan pengujian black box dengan akurasi 100%. Kata Kunci: Banjir, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode MOORA.
