Abstract

Pengadilan militer adalah pengadilan yang bertugas untuk mengadili tindakan kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh personel militer, baik itu aktif maupun pensiunan, yang melanggar hukum militer. System pembantu perkara yang dibuat sebelumnya berisi tentang jadwal sidang, yang mana dalam jadwal sidang tersebut hanya berisi tanggal sidang, nomor sidang, jam sidang, dan ruang sidang. Sedangkan putusan, petikan dari sidang belum tertera didalam systemnya sehingga informasi mengenai hasil dari sidang tersebut tidak ada pada system sebelumnya. Tamu yang ingin mendapatkan informasi mengenai putusan ataupun ringkasan sidang masih harus melalui kantor pengadilan militer, juga staff pengadilan masih kewalahan dalam system sebelumnya, mereka harus memberikan hasil sidang melalui arsip file pengadilan militer. Oleh karena itu dibuat pengembangan dari sitem pembantu perkara menggunakan metode Prototype evolusioner dengan menganalisis kebutuhan, membuat prototyping awal, mengevaluasi, dan mengembangkan rekayasa produk dan menggunakan analisis PIECES Framework yang dapat melihat daftar masalah pada sistem lama dan solusi yang harus dimiliki oleh sistem baru, Dengan pengembangan sistem pembantu perkara (sibara) dapat membantu proses penanganan perkara pada pengadilan militer. Sistem ini memudahkan proses penanganan perkara dan memberikan informasi yang akurat kepada pihak yang terkait. Sistem sibara dapat juga meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas dalam penanganan perkara di pengadilan militer.

Abstract

Developing technology provides convenience in almost every field. One of them is the introduction of a campus that will be an option for prospective students. Almost every campus promotes its campus by using banners, brochures, and others. The use of flyer or brochure for introduction the Faculty of Engineering and Computers Harapan Medan University was less efficient because of student candidates were not familiar with the Faculty of Engineering and Computers Harapan Medan University. The use of Augmented Reality will attract the interest of student candidates to become more familiar with the Faculty of Engineering and Computers Harapan Medan University. The method used for Augmented Reality is markerbased tracking, and for system development method is using waterfall. The application is built using Unity3D and uses Vuforia as the software development kit, and also uses C#(Sharp) for its programming language. Based on the results obtained, the system is running well as desired, such as displaying 3D of Faculty of Engineering and Computers Harapan Medan University Building and the location of the FTK Building. Augmented Reality provides a better picture of how access, buildings, locations and administrative centers are in Faculty of Engineering and Computers Harapan Medan University.

Abstract

Stream Cyber Café is one of the icafe in Medan, categorized as mid-high end due to its excellent services, facilities, and PC specifications for playing various online games. As a result, this icafe, founded by the STREAM UNIVERSE company, has a significant number of customers. The high number of customers often leads to a crowded and full environment, causing some customers to feel disappointed when they visit but cannot play because there are no available PCs. Therefore, this research aims to address the issues faced by internet cafe customers by designing a Prototype Internet Cafe Booking Application using the Design Thinking method. This prototype application will make it easier for internet cafe customers to check PC availability and book PCs using their smartphones. It will also provide valuable insights to the STREAM UNIVERSE company regarding an application that can enhance the quality of service at their icafe.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly sophisticated and developing technology, the use of computer-based technology is not only used in the world of education and offices, but is widely used as a medium of learning and digitalization for students. There are many applications and software that can be used to support digital-based learning for students at school such as blog media. Blog is a form of web application that can contain writing that can be accessed by anyone who wants to get information. Where this student blog will contain various student experiences in learning at school. Peng activities. This community service activity was carried out at Nur Azizi Tanjung Morawa High School, Deli Serdang Regency by utilizing Blogs as a medium to hone writing, where the participants of this activity were 30 high school students. The purpose of this activity is to increase insight, knowledge and experience for high school students in web writing learning activities and sharing information and learning experiences for others. The results of this training activity are expected by high school students to increase the use and use of digitalization-based information technology as a medium to hone writing and a means of sharing learning knowledge through Blog media.

Abstract

The development of computer technology nowadays has progressed very rapidly in line with the development of computer and telecommunication technology, making communication more open and information exchange faster, however not all developments in communication technology have had a positive and beneficial impact. One of the negative impacts of technological development is the existence of wiretapping, with the presence of encrypted tapping, the security aspect in exchanging important information. The problem of sending messages (e-mail), be its agencies, education, government, private and others, must contain confidential information, so encryption of the message is required. Encryption of information is important to support information security, because it can guarantee message security. Therefore, encryption is needed by users who have information that is guaranteed its confidentiality. One way to store data sent via email is to use cryptography. The Affine Cipher is an extension of the Caesar Cipher which multiplies the plaintext by a value and adds a shift. Creating an application by implementing cryptography using the Affine Cipher is one way of maintaining the confidentiality of information and is very important. The results obtained from this research are that the application created can change the content of existing messages and can store information that is available when sending e-mails. The process of encoding messages using the Affine Cipher algorithm is successfully used to hide secret messages into text.

Abstract

E-commerce dapat diartikan sebagai proses bisnis atau perdagangan yang dilakukan secara elektronik melalui jaringan komputer atau internet, meliputi berbagai aktivitas seperti pembelian dan penjualan produk atau jasa, pemasaran, distribusi, dan pembayaran. Kendala yang terjadi pada dapur A&A dalam melakukan aktivitas penjualannya yaitu dapur A&A masih menggunakan sarana penyebaran informasi yang sederhana melalui jejaring sosial seperti fecebook dan instagram, untuk pemesanannya melalui whatsapp dan datang langsung ketempat untuk melakukan konfirmasi pesanan secara terperinci. Karena itu, pemesanan pelanggan kurang efektif saat memesan atau hanya mengetahui informasi tentang kualitas produk dari segi kualitas, varian, rasa, dan jenis makanan yang dijual di dapur A&A. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk dapat memaksimalkan volume penjualan dan meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan pada dapur A&A. Rapid Application Development (RAD) merupakan metode pengembangan sistem informasi dengan waktu singkat, sehingga di nilai tepat digunakan dalam pembangunan E-Commerce. Hasil penelitian Implementasi menggunakan metode RAD pada Sistem E-Commerce Food Dapur A&A terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan solusi yang responsif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan mempunyai berbagai fitur menu yang didesain untuk memudahkan pengguna mengakses dan mendapat informasi penjualan seperti jumlah stok yang masih tersedia dan harga. Dengan menerapkan sistem ini dapat mempunyai potensi untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan, tidak hanya di tingkat lokal tetapi juga hingga antar kota.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi pengajuan uji produk di Balai Standarisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri (BSPJI) Medan menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking). Aplikasi berbasis web ini dikembangkan untuk mengatasi berbagai kendala dalam proses manual, seperti keterlambatan, kesalahan pengisian data, dan kurangnya transparansi. Dengan aplikasi ini, pelaku industri dapat mengajukan uji produk secara online dengan lebih cepat, efisien, dan terstruktur. Sistem ini memungkinkan pelanggan mengajukan permohonan, yang kemudian diproses oleh admin untuk menentukan tarif. Tarif yang telah disetujui oleh pelanggan akan dilanjutkan ke proses penugasan kalibrasi oleh petugas terkait. Setiap akun dalam sistem memiliki tugas yang terorganisasi, sehingga alur kerja menjadi lebih jelas dan efisien.Pengembangan sistem mengikuti tahapan metode FAST, mulai dari investigasi awal, analisis masalah, perancangan kebutuhan, hingga konstruksi dan pengujian aplikasi. Aplikasi ini mengotomatisasi tahapan penting, seperti pemeriksaan awal dokumen, pengujian produk, dan evaluasi hasil uji. Fitur pelacakan status pengajuan secara real-time meningkatkan transparansi proses bagi pelaku industri. Diharapkan, implementasi sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional di BSPJI Medan serta memberikan kepercayaan lebih terhadap produk yang telah diuji sesuai standar

Abstract

AbstractThis program aims to enhance the digital literacy of students at Pondok Pesantren Saifullah An-Nadliyah Namorambe through computer training. The training covers basic computer skills, word processing software, internet use, and ethical social media practices. The method used includes hands-on training and practice, with skills assessment before and after the sessions. The results show that the students have become more proficient in using computers, searching for information, and using social media responsibly. The program also sparked an increased interest in technology among the students. However, challenges such as limited computers, unstable internet access, and a lack of qualified IT instructors remain. Ongoing support from the pesantren, donors, and the local government is crucial. Overall, the program has a positive impact by preparing students for the digital era. Additionally, the program aims to strengthen the institution's international reputation and expand collaboration with foreign institutions. The two-day training in collaboration with Politeknik Sultanah Bahiyah Malaysia (PTSB) is expected to enhance the students' computer skills and establish computer studies as a mandatory subject at the modern pesantren..

Abstract

Deli Serdang is a regency located in North Sumatra Province. Where one of the villages in Deli Serdang district is Tembung village. Judging from the resources available in Deli Serdang, especially Tembung Village has resources that have good potential to develop businesses. One of the businesses in Tembung Village is a laundry service business that was started in 2020. Based on the results of the survey that has been carried out, the proposer determines the laundry business group owned by Mr. Sugeng and his wife as a partner. The proposer and partners agreed on several problems that have been faced by partners, including that in the production process, making liquid detergent is still done manually (stirring without tools) so that the production results cannot be thick, the texture of liquid detergent is watery and the production capacity is not large. In addition, the process of making liquid detergent takes a long time to dissolve all the raw materials. In addition, the liquid detergent concoction is only used for the laundry business. However, the business owner wants to market his liquid detergent concoction to the wider community in order to get additional income. This has not been possible because the distribution license of the liquid detergent product does not yet exist. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide socialization, training and mentoring to partners regarding: 1) making liquid detergent using machine tools, which was previously done manually; 2) making marketing applications and helping with product distribution licenses. The method of service implementation is to provide socialization, training and mentoring to Karomah Laundry partners. The targeted results in this Community-Based Empowerment Program are the increased efficiency of the liquid detergent production process with the existence of a more modern liquid detergent making equipment in the partner industry so that it can increase the economy of laundry entrepreneurs. More effective product marketing methods, by making product marketing applications and training on the use of applications as a tool in marketing products that are more clearly effective and efficient. With the issuance of a distribution permit for the liquid detergent product, the partner can officially market the product to the wider community. The results of the community service also showed that most participants were interested in making their own liquid detergent products so that it could be an opportunity for them to get additional income from making liquid detergent. Participants also felt satisfied with the activity. Because this can be related to developing participants' interests and talents in making liquid detergent. In the future, this activity will still be held as a continued form of community service activities.
