Abstract

This article had a purpose to identify research themes related to work settings during the Covid-19 pandemic. The benefit of this research was to provide an overview of research related to work settings in the future. The approach in this study used bibliometric analysis. In the first stage, a search for articles with the keywords work setting and Covid-19 was carried out, with the search year 2020. Furthermore, there were found as many as 458 articles sourced from Elsevier data. After obtaining the article data, the researcher used the VOSviewer software to describe the research work setting. This article showed that there were 7 clusters in the latest work setting research, namely: Cluster 1 consisted of clinical work, depression, disability, feasibility, hospitality setting, mental health, physical activity, sick leave, and workability. Cluster 2 consisted of autonomy, emotional exhaustion, recovery experience, social support, stress, work characteristics, work management. Cluster 3 was included burnout, career, happiness, job satisfaction, work environment, work-life balance, and workplace violation. Cluster 4 consisted of complexity, identity work, motivation, self-care, and workload. Cluster 5 consisted of cognitive problems, communication technology, social work, and social workers. Cluster 6 covered a commitment organization, Equal pay, productivity, and workshops. Abstract

JT Express isĀ  an express delivery company that applies technology development as the basic system. Extensive network that JT Express facilitates express services for customers throughout Indonesia. JT Express serve the delivery within city, inter-city, inter-provincial, and also e-commerce customer. JT Express provides pick up service with high transmission speed, at the same time also support the growth of e-commerce business. JT Express in operation management provide the good services to customers for had good time e-shopping and quality goods cooperate with some companies like Tokopedia, Shopee and Bukalapak and etc. JT Express always improve their services by used the new technologies as like AI system for control the shipping of goods and also social media as like Facebook, WeChat, Twitter, Instagram, Line and YouTube for connected with customers and always upload new information at there. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of E-Recruitment on employee recruitment effectiveness. This research is a quantitative research, with a questionnaire as a method of data collection. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, with the criteria of respondents is generation Z, born in 1995-2010. Data analysis tools use simple linear regression. The results of this study found that E-recruitment affects the effectiveness of employee recruitment. This shows that when a company uses technology, one of them is E-recruitment, then job seekers will be interested in using the facility. Thus, companies can obtain candidates with a very large number of workers and have the opportunity to get the best competent employees.Keywords : E-Recruitment, Effectiveness Of Employee, Generation Z
