This study aims to analyze aspects of the service, whether in accordance with customer expectations Islamic banks, in Banyumas region and to formulate appropriate marketing strategies. The sample used in this study amounted to 33 respondents, an Islamic bank customers in Banyumas. To answer the problem used a quantitative approach to analyzing the five dimensions of quality of banking services, using analytical tools IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). The results showed that Islamic banks in Banyumas has a good performance on the dimensions of assurance, empathy, and tangible. Major constraints experienced by Islamic banks in Banyumas associated with dimensions of responsiveness, while the dimensions of reliability has been able to provide the same services to the average consumer's expectations. Some implications are given based on the results of the study.

Desa Baseh Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan desa wisata baru yang sedang berbenah. Ada beberapa potensi pariwisata yang ada di Desa Baseh antara lain Curug Gomblang, Situs Baturagung dan situs makam Abah Kusuma. Permasalahan di bidang kesehatan yang ada di obyek wisata Desa Baseh antara lain kurang kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya obyek wisata yang bersih dan nyaman dan sarana prasarana kesehatan yang kurang. Sampah yang berserakan, keberadaan lalat dan bau kurang sedap menyebabkan kekurangnyamanan pengunjung obyek wisata.Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk menjalin kemitraan antara universitas dengan pihak desa terkait dengan pelaksanaan desa wisata yang sehat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendidikan dan pelatihan, pembentukan kader desa wisata, pendampingan dan membantu melengkapi sarana dan prasarana kesehatan di desa wisata. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi: (1) pendidikan kesehatan bagi kader dan tokoh masyarakat mengenai pentingnya kebersihan dan kenyamanan lokasi wisata, (2) pembentukan kader kesehatan desa wisata, (3) pelatihan hygiene sanitasi bagi penjamah makanan di lokasi wisata, 4) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yaitu pembuatan bangunan MCK dan tempat sampah, serta (5) penyediaan spanduk dan poster tentang himbauan kebersihan. Hasil kegiatan yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya kebersihan dan kenyaman di lokasi wisata, meningkatnya pengetahuan penjamah makanan mengenai hygiene dan sanitasi dan terpenuhinya sarana dan prasarana kesehatan di lokasi wisata (bangunan MCK, tempat sampah dan spanduk/poster pesan kesehatan) dan terjalinnya kemitraan universitas dengan desa.

Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan metode dan strategi pembelajaran. Tujuan Penelititan Tindakan Kelas ini adalah :1) Untuk mengetahui hal apa saja yang dianggap penting oleh mahasiswa dalam belajar; 2) Untuk mengetahui gaya belajar mahasiswa dalam mempelajari Manajemen Strategis; 3) Mengevaluasi apakah pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penalaran, komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah pada mata kuliah Manajemen Strategis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ekonomi khususnya pada kelas Manajemen A dengan jumlah siswa 86 orang, pada saat mata kuliah Manajemen Strategis berlangsung.Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan strategi Problem Based Learning (PBL), mahasiswa mempunyai tingkat kedisiplinan yang cukup tinggi dalam perkuliahan ini. Berdasarkan analisis baik proses maupun output pembelajaran, strategi PBL pada mata kuliah Manajemen Strategis mampu meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penalaran, komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah pada mata kuliah Manajemen Strategis. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari indikator baik proses maupun output yang sesuai atau bahkan melebihi target yang diharapkan.

Penelitian eksplorasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan zakat di wilayah Purwokerto. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan ahli zakat, empat pengelola ZIS dan 31 penyumbang zakat infak dan sedekah di wilayah Purwokerto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui program-programnya organisasi pengelola zakat sudah melakukan usaha-usaha untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan masyarakat melalui transparansi, laporan yang akuntabel, pengelolaan zakat infak dan sedekah dengan adil, dan bertanggung jawab. Hasil penelitian ini juga memerlihatkan beberapa faktor-faktor penting tata kelola zakat dalam persepsi penyumbang dan pelayanan yang diinginkan penyumbang ZIS. Beberapa implikasi diberikan dalam penelitian ini.

This research is a study case on Badan Amil Zakat Daerah (BAZDA) Kabupaten Banyumas. It’s purpuse is to explore and to analyze BAZDA’s management based on Balanced Sroecard with three perspectives namely customer, internal bussines Procces, learning and growth. Data were collected using interview with BAZDA managers and literature study about BAZDA annual reports.This research shown that BAZDA only use annual panning in performing it’s activities and has not use strategic planning yet. Contribution of this research is strategic planning prototype for BAZDA Kabupaten Banyumas in Balanced Scorecard frame.

The aims of research are first to find out and analyze the effect of culture, social, personality and psychology on buying decision of shar’e product. The second it aims to find out and analyze which of the four factors has the greatest effect on buying decision of Shar’e product. Sample of this research consist of 100 customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Purwokerto Branch. Path analysis is the instrument used to find out the direct or indirect effect of the four variables on customers buying decision. Based on the result of analysis using F-test and t-test shows that that only personality variable (X3) and psycology variable (X4) have significant effect on Shar’e product buying decision, as they are greater than t-table Next based on the result of calculation, it has got that Path coeficient of personality variable greater than Path coefficient of psychology variable. It shows that effect of personality variable is greater than psychology variable.

This study aims to explore the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance in non-profit organizations. In addition, this study also explores the role of moderators of collaborative conflict management on the influence of the composition of perceptual task conflicts on group performance. Data collection is done by questionnaire. Data were analyzed using hierarchical regression analysis. This study involved 232 respondents from 58 teams / working groups from non-profit organizations namely college scouts, libraries, village level government institutions, early childhood education, PKK organizations and dasa wisma. The results of hierarchical regression analysis indicate that the composition of perceptual task conflicts negatively affects group performance. However, there is not enough evidence of the role of collaboration conflict management in with the influence of the composition of the conflict on the task of the group on group performance. Several implications are given based on the results of this study

This study aims to find out and analyze in depth how the strategic management of early childhood in North Purwokerto district Banyumas. The strategy used in this research is case study. The data required is about the history and development of early childhood up, Vision, Mission, Goals and strategies, early childhood programs, data on the implementation of early childhood, data on customer satisfaction. These data were collected through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Based on data analysis and discussion, concluded that the strategic formulation in early childhood usually do not go well. The study also concluded that the performance aspects of early childhood visits from satisfied customers (parents) in general is good. This study provides implications, the need for long-term strategy formulation, or surveys of consumers with different indicators.

The aims of this research are to analize the degree of employee statisfication and employee retention at Purwokerto Islamic Hotel. Descriptive methode and single case holistic explorative used in this research. Qualitative and quantitative data were used in this reseach, and 48 employesss of Purwokerto Islamic Hospital participated in this research. Data collected by questioner, interview, and literature study. The result indicated that the the employee shows statisfied with their jobs. The employee retention in 5 years latest around 1-4 percent and showing decreasing trend. The implication of this research are the following: 1) Purwokerto Islamic Hospital has to retain its human resources policy, and 2) Purwokerto Islamic Hospital has to formulate regulation that tied employee to stay in Purwokerto Islamic Hospital so the new employees are no too easy to resign from Purwokerto Islamic Hospital.

This research is a survey of state junior high school teachers in the city of Purwokerto. The aim is to find out whether there is emotional exhaustion of teachers due to the application of the 5-day school policy, as well as its impact on job satisfaction and affective commitment. Data were obtained from 94 respondents who were determined using the purposive sampling method. Analysis using descriptive statistics shows that (1) there was no emotional exhaustion on the teacher due to the application of 5 school days. In addition, the regression analysis shows that (2) emotional fatigue does not negatively affect affective commitment, (3) emotional fatigue does not have a negative effect on job satisfaction, (4) job satisfaction has a positive effect on affective commitment, and (5) job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between emotional exhaustion and affective commitment. Some implications are given based on the results of the study
