Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how human resource management in East Java Province's Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises affects workers' professional advancement. Qualitative methods including documentation, interviews, and observations were used in the research. This research presents a significant challenge due to its qualitative nature and phenomenological approach. Human resource management's impact on workers' professional development in East Java Province's Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises is the subject of this phenomenological investigation. Indicators include scholarship information, fair career behaviour, and attention from direct superiors. A person's capacity to obtain a job or position that satisfies their life demands can be enhanced through career development. When people in a group or social setting act in a certain way, it can have a major effect on the outcome of the situation. This is called a role. Employees of the East Java Province Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises benefit from HR management in terms of career development, according to research. Each line and department is responsible for certain tasks in keeping with the existing organisational structure of the corporation. Consequently, employees are well-managed because they are given the resources they need to succeed in their future jobs and contribute to the company's success.

Abstract

Research in this internship program was carried out to find out the company's work activities resulting in a fairly large turnover and the process of recording financial reports in companies engaged in advertising and stamp making services in Surabaya. The performance of the sales and marketing team as well as the management team has an important role in the process of recording financial reports and the expected stability of turnover. Recording financial reports must involve all necessary activities and aims to serve as an information medium for management to plan and control and report on the company's conditions and operations. Companies need financial reports to evaluate financial performance for stakeholders who need this information. The more balanced the relationship between individual and group performance, the better the value of the company's performance. This business process which operates in the field of advertising and stamp making services in the current era is very popular and is needed by corporate agencies and individuals to introduce their business to the public. Forms in this advertising creation service can include neon boxes, embossed letters, banners and stamps. The management system plays a very important role in this advertising business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the extent to which leadership style, motivation, and salary influence employee performance at the dr.X primary clinic. The research method is a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample taken was 18 respondents. In data collection using online questionnaires and direct observation. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The findings of the study indicate that employee performance increased significantly due to the positive impact of leadership style, motivation, and salary.

Abstract

A mechanism is needed to control the problem of bad claims that often occurs in financial institutions. This study aims to measure the extent to which internal credit controls contribute to the reduction of bad claims. A descriptive qualitative research approach was used. Although there are still some limitations, this study shows that the implementation of internal controls in the credit system can help improve credit quality and reduce the percentage of bad claims.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between pilgrimage tourism to Wali tombs and halal tourism, focusing on the integration of Sharia values in the management of religious destinations. In the context of East Java, this research examines the application of Sharia principles by site managers to maintain the sanctity and integrity of the sites, as well as its impact on the experience of Muslim tourists. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with site managers, tourists, and local communities, along with direct field observations. The findings show that the application of Sharia management in site operations not only enhances tourist satisfaction but also strengthens the local economy and cultural preservation. However, the study also found a lack of understanding of Sharia values among some site managers. This research provides recommendations for site managers to create tourist destinations aligned with Sharia principles, supporting the growth of halal tourism in Indonesia. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for developing policies on sustainable and responsible religious tourism.This study has several limitations, including the geographical scope limited to East Java and restricted access to all pilgrimage site managers. Therefore, the findings cannot be generalized to all religious tourism destinations in Indonesia. Further research covering a broader area is recommended to enrich the findings.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and improve the performance of human resources (HR) at PT Mestika Nusantara Agrokimia, a manufacturer of herbicide chemicals. The method used was descriptive qualitative through direct observation and distributing questionnaires to five key employees. The results show that low HR performance is caused by unclear division of tasks, unstructured workload, limited work facilities, lack of rewards, and lack of feedback. Work safety conditions are also a concern due to the lack of personal protective equipment (PPE). This study recommends improving work facilities, explaining job descriptions, proper reward systems, and periodic performance evaluations to increase productivity and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Kampung and tourism villages in Indonesia are a positive phenomenon that can function as an effort to increase the income of the village or village community directly and indirectly for local and central government. Efforts to present the local wealth of the region as an added value of an area, so that the growth rate of tourist visits in an area in Indonesia is increasing from the past. The number of village and tourist village destinations in Indonesia has also increased from the past and entrepreneurial activities have become an option for most members of village and tourism village communities in various forms. Efforts to explore and develop local capabilities and wealth will provide optimal results when the government provides full support for the capabilities and creativity of local communities in all matters, including training for community members who are interested and have a desire to increase knowledge and increase their creative abilities, so that they can become human resources who are able to compete in the future and have character. This support is carried out continuously because villages and tourist villages in Indonesia currently also have an educational function for all ages and levels of education.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Balai Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Penelitian Kominfo Surabaya. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Balai Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Penelitian Kominfo Surabaya, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 karyawan menggunakan metode total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara simultan budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Secara parsial, budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kinerja karyawan dapat dicapai apabila organisasi mampu menumbuhkan budaya kerja yang positif, menegakkan disiplin, serta memberikan motivasi yang mendorong produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi finansial (fintech) di Indonesia menunjukkan potensi signifikan dalam mendukung inklusi keuangan, termasuk pada sektor pertanian yang selama ini menghadapi keterbatasan akses permodalan. Namun, tingkat adopsi fintech di kalangan petani masih relatif rendah dan terhambat oleh berbagai faktor struktural maupun kultural. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dinamika penerimaan fintech oleh petani di tiga wilayah utama, yaitu Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, dan Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan survei sederhana terhadap 30 petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi fintech didorong oleh kemudahan akses pinjaman, kepraktisan pembayaran, serta alternatif permodalan usaha. Akan tetapi, resistensi muncul karena rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur internet, serta kekhawatiran terhadap keamanan data dan risiko penipuan. Data survei memperlihatkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan fintech tertinggi terdapat di Jawa Barat (42%), sementara Jawa Tengah menjadi yang terendah (28%). Temuan ini sejalan dengan model technology acceptance model (TAM) yang menekankan peran persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa edukasi literasi digital, pembangunan infrastruktur, serta penguatan ekosistem berbasis komunitas menjadi kunci percepatan transformasi digital di sektor pertanian.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan sebuah perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat di era modern. Karyawan dengan performa yang baik tidak hanya mampu mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi, tetapi juga menjadi penggerak penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing perusahaan. Dalam konteks ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk memastikan bahwa setiap individu dalam organisasi memiliki kompetensi yang memadai, mendapatkan pelatihan yang sesuai, serta memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kompetensi, pelatihan, dan kedisiplinan dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Garuda Sertifikasi Indonesia dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital yang terus berkembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan seluruh populasi karyawan sebanyak 80 orang, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga semua anggota populasi dijadikan responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier berganda untuk melihat hubungan dan pengaruh antar variabel, sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja sebesar 27,9%. Selanjutnya, pelatihan memiliki pengaruh paling besar yaitu sebesar 35,2%, dan kedisiplinan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 26,2%. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan total kontribusi mencapai 58,1%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi, pelatihan yang tepat, dan kedisiplinan kerja yang konsisten sangat penting dalam upaya mendorong peningkatan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan
