Abstract

This article explores the notion of the cognitive social theory of careers. The social theory of cognitive careers is a theory about a career that adopts the behavioral theory of bandura to take a career decision. The purpose of the social in this theory is the client's expectations of career decisions taken, while the intent of cognitive is the belief of the client. To help one's career decision making can be done by using a career's social cognitive theory, because this theory can assist clients in developing, transforming, teaching the careers that their clients demand. This theory also relates to self efficacy, ie individual beliefs about his ability to perform tasks or actions necessary to achieve certain results. This article focuses on individuals who are still in their early adolescence. The career guidance done by the author succeeds in assisting clients in making career decisions in accordance with the client's belief. Abstract

Gardner menjelaskan bahwa kecerdasan adalah beberapa kemampuan yang dimiliki seseorang, yang tidak akan sama dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki orang lain, karena mereka memiliki banyak tipe, Gardner menyebutnya kecerdasan ganda. Pengembangan strategi pembelajaran dimaksudkan untuk memberikan paradigma alternatif dalam rangka mempersiapkan guru PAUD / TK / RA yang memiliki keterampilan khusus dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lebih lanjut tentang efektivitas strategi pembelajaran anak usia dini berdasarkan kecerdasan majemuk dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru RA. Metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, yang melibatkan 116 guru RA di Kabupaten Pemalang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik Paired Sample T-Test, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas strategi pembelajaran berbasis AUD berdasarkan kecerdasan majemuk dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD / TK / RA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan signifikansi paired sample t-test 0,000 (<0,05) dengan nilai t 9,555. Dengan demikian, hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik, efektivitas strategi pembelajaran anak usia dini berdasarkan kecerdasan mulitple dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru RA diuji.

Abstract

Hasil belajar adalah tolak ukur untuk menentukan tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam mengetahui dan memahami pelajaran yang didapatnya berupa pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan setelah siswa mengalami proses belajar. Hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah perhatian orang tua dan motivasi belajar. Tingginya perhatian orang tua dan motivasi belajar dapat menunjang prestasi belajar yang dicapai siswa. Penelitan kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh perhatian orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa SMP Negeri 01 Pemalang dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Permasalahan yang diungkap adalah bagaimana perhatian orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak, bagaimana motivasi belajar peserta didik SMP Negeri 01 Pemalang dan bagaimana pengaruh antara perhatian orang tua dan motivasi belajar secara bersamaan terhadap prestasi belajar pendidikan Agama Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhatian orang tua terhadap pendidikan anak ialah tinggi, dan motivasi belajar para peserta didik SMP Negeri 01 Pemalang juga termasuk tinggi.

Abstract

Keberhasilan belajar-mengajar tergantung pada proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh pendidik yang mampu mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan, dan menjadikan proses pembelajaran peserta didik menjadi senang oleh bentuk pembelajaran yang disajikan oleh pendidik atau guru. Dalam proses pembelajaran guru dituntut memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, dengan kompetensi ini dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran yang variatif dan menyenangkan, sehingga peserta didik tidak jenuh ketika mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kompetensi pedagogik guru dan mutu pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam (PAI) di MTs Negeri Pemalang, serta pengaruh dari kompetensi tersebut terhadap mutu pembelajaran PAI. Peneliltian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode angket, yang ditujukan kepada seluruh guru PAI di MTs Negeri Pemalang, sejumlah 14 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis uji regresi linear yang mengungkap pola hubungan atau pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap mutu pembelajaran PAI di MTs Negeri Pemalang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji regresi yang telah dilakukan, kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap mutu pembelajaran PAI di MTs Negeri Pemalang.

Abstract

Islam teaches the difference in someone's level of religiosity. The level of human religiosity can change from one moment to another. Humans have evolved a religious life. Including human experience in adulthood elderly in life and face the problems of life. This study focused on the real description of the attitude of religiosity which is owned by the elderly. The study was taken from the students at the boarding school Elderly Islamic boarding school (Pesantren) of Roudlotul Muta'allimin Dracik Kramat Batang. The research method used descriptive qualitative approach to straight dialogue (interview) of the respondents, namely the students of Elderly Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren). The study results showed that each of the students have the different religious involvement in filling elderly period (retirement). The involvement includes Ritual Involvement, Ideological Involvement, Intellectual involvement, experimental involvement, and consequential involvement.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the efforts of school counselor in establishing the Psychological Self Concept learners from minority cultural backgrounds in schools through counseling across cultures and religions. The subjects were students of class VII MTsN II Yogyakarta. At this time, students still bring cultural and religious upbringing of his childhood. Results showed that the influence of childhood subject in the establishment of Psychological Self Concept and the role of the school counselor effect, by providing guidance and counseling services which is based on social, cultural and religious and result conceptual steady against self-concept and improve aspects of the diversity of learners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in discipline of learning santri through guidance and counseling. The scope of the study refers to: obedience at the time of entrance of activities, obedience and compliance to the rules in the pesantren, completing the tasks of teachers in boarding schools, coaching sanctions for those who violate. The research method using Descriptive Qualitative Research, with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interview. The subjects of the study were santri in Pondok Pesantren Al-Hadi Min Ahlisunnah Wal Jamaah Pekalongan. The results showed that the discipline of learning santri low, so that the boarding school pesantren impose a system of punishment on students who are not disciplined. Students feel bound by the rules but do not implement and comply with the rules that apply in the boarding school. Through the role of boarding school board members in providing guidance and counseling services using behavioral approach, able to improve the discipline of learning santri.

Abstract

Sufism is often accused of causing the decline of Islam because its teachings are full of fatalism, occultism, escapism, and irrationalism. Adherents of the trek are also often regarded as an exclusive, selfish, and asocial community. But in fact, the existence of Sufism can go hand in hand with the teachings of jihad, which is one of the teachings with values that are contrary to the assumption of the importance of Sufism. This article aims to reveal that the trek's practice in its history moved the spirit of struggle. This article was written using historical methods such as heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. It can be concluded in this article that the teachings of jihad can be well applied to tarekat adherents, especially to the Samaniyah order in the Menteng war incident. The involvement of the Samaniyah orders in the Menteng war proved that Sufism, apart from being identical to the spiritual dimension, could also move into the social size. The teachings of jihad introduced by Abd Shomad al-Palimbani, as well as his students' involvement, became the key to the participation of the Samaniyah order in the Menteng war of 1819, which led to the victory of the Palembang side over the Dutch in the Menteng war of 1819.

Abstract

Having poor problem solving skills may cause someone to experience verbal bullying. Verbal bullying in adolescents can be manifested into several forms, for instance giving nicknames, reproaches, slander, cruel criticism, insults, gossip, ostracism, and so on. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to test the effectiveness of group guidance using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) approach in reducing students' verbal bullying. The research used the first experimental design in Pre-Experimental Design (non-design), namely One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, which involved 16 students of MAN 2 Pekalongan. Data were collected using a verbal bullying behavior scale (r1=0.367-0.0650 =0.807), questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The data was then analysed using Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results of the study showed that there were differences in their verbal bullying behavior (research subjects) after given the group guidance services, with Z = -2,358 and p-value = 0.018 (p = value 0.050). This indicates that group guidance using the REBT approach can reduce students' verbal bullying, so that the group guidance model using the REBT approach can be used to develop students' positive behavior.

Abstract

The spiritual quotient (SQ) has a vital role in humans because it serves as the foundation of other intelligence. This study aims to present new insight on the taxonomy of the SQ learning outcomes for students, namely from the tasawwuf perspective. Using a qualitative meta-synthesis approach to explore various sources related to the taxonomy of the SQ learning outcomes through interpretative process, the study found that, in general, the SQ helps a person develop into a complete human being through the inclusion of the sense of worship in every action and thought. The taxonomy of the SQ learning outcomes includes the dimensions of taubat, wara’, zuhud, tawakal, zikr, khalwat, ikhlas, and ridla. If implemented in Islamic education, the said taxonomy will help students know their God, prioritize their conscience to solve problems in life and the learning activity, live life more meaningfully, and be motivated to benefit themselves and others in their learning process. Taken together, these findings strengthen the view that the spiritual quotient can make other intelligence function more optimally.
